Knickout
I play this game since the 2005 version.. But I never understood one thing. When you have a touring promotion, what do you have to do... I see the results of other companies saying ".... tour" Are those just weekly events???
D-Lyrium
Yup, just set up as many weekly events as you want (2-4 usually) and then a bigger yearly show at the end of the month, and bang, you have a tour :)

Knickout
I have another question.... In advance booking what should we promise for TV shows?? Although they are just highlight shows its always harder to have good ratings if you dont promise anything
Hyde Hill
I generally do all the matches on the non dark time part of the card. Just the bigger matches can only work. What also works well is Big Star vs to be announced if he is going to face a midcarder or lower, then anounce the match during the tv show or in dark time. FINisher
Actually, don't book anything on the tv-show, just for the event, i.e not GCG Stars Of The Golden Canvas, but for the event (example GCG Roar Of The Tiger Tour (Monday). Don't pay any focus on tv-show, because it's only a highlight compilation. :P Just advance book your weekly events and PPV's, NOT the tv-show. Ironmike
When creating the weekly touring events is there a rule of thumb for the setting of the size of the show and length compared to your promotion size? And do these things effect the turnout of fans/tv ratings?
FINisher
Just think of them as normal events, there's nothing to it actually :) When playing GCG, which has D popularity all over Japan at the start, or D-, I always booked Medium sized events (and the PPV at the start of a month).. Just go with the size that suits your popularity :) EDIT: For clarification, I wasn't talking about weekly PPV's, just one PPV event a month "outside" of the weekly touring schedule. D-Lyrium
But don't put your regular touring shows on PPV. ;) Something tells me 17 Pay Per Views a month isn't going to do wonders for your audience figures. :p
