Remianen
Okay, time to spill it so I can steal ideas....err, I mean admire your creativity. What are the best alter-egos you've come up with? Mine are: Dark Angel II - usually used by Brianna Wilson (custom worker I created as Cliff's daughter) but I've also given it to other workers who are good all-rounders. OMM - folks familiar with EverQuest will probably recognize the initials (that's where I got the idea :p) but in this case, it's the heel persona of Olivia (Martha) McFly. Created a unique moveset for it and everything with move names taken directly from the AE effects of the EQ boss (Torment of Body, Void of Suppression, Mark of Death, etc). Boricua Madness - the heel persona of Joanne Rodriguez. This year, with nationality spelled out, I've given her either Maryam Vega or Monique as manager to fit the gimmick/persona best. In 07, she was a part of a tag team (with Miss Mexico) called Mexicana Madness which is where the concept for the alter ego came from. Michelle Cox - better known as Katherine Goodlooks, I felt she needed a new persona if she was going to be anything but a comedy wrestler. I set her up as a technical mistress with finishers like the Cox Exploder '08 and the Cox Crossface (the crossface that you know, but with the victim's far arm trapped under their body so the only way to submit is to scream it out). Incidentally, I've taken to giving many workers alter-egos for the opposite disposition because of a trend I've seen develop in sports (especially (American) football). Players typically have an alter-ego that's used for promotional purposes (for good or ill). For example, Deion Sanders & Prime Time, Terrell Owens & T.O., Chad Johnson & Ocho Cinco, Mark Schlereth & Stink, Michael Irvin & Playmaker, etc. So it made sense to me to do the same thing since the precedent exists (Ric Flair & The Nature Boy). It can be used as a prefix as with Flair or as a standalone name.
Malioc
Azteco Cayazactl - Warren Technique as a native Aztec. Actually he is as much as Aztec as Tracy Smothers is Italian.

Sometimes with folks who don't know the wrestling origins of it. But once I explain it, everyone gets a kick out of it. So if a real person like Tracy Smothers can do that shtick why not a fictional character in a wrestling game?
Superkevd
I turned Aaron Andrews into the Golden child(as TCW aint high on gimmicks hes just arrogant) and Davis Wayne Newton is now the VIP.

Also I'm thinking about turning American Elemental to a heel persona called "Black Elemental". Basing on the fact, that he didn't became Elemental 3, therefore turning against whole Japan.
