OK if the repetitive booking Trigger is set to 4 matches, is the best of Seven Matches Storyline going to work? I would like to use this with some lower card wrestlers i have but i don't want to use it if the trigger is going to kick in right in teh middle of the storyline. Is it going to be useless to use?

If you build the story up with good matches the story momentum will go up, as will the worker momentum. As those go up the matches will get better. Although toward the end I will look into doing more prestigious gimmick matches maybe match 4 is a best 2/3, match 5 is a tables match, match six is a dog collar match and match seven is a cage or steel cell match,

Not at all. It makes it harder to succeed, sure. But the fact of the matter is, 99.96% of all Best of Seven Series' in the real world DID start to suck half way through. :p It's not 'impossible' or 'useless', it just required a bit of planning, thought, and - above all - luck.

The whole point of a "Best of" series is that it's between two very good workers. You won't ever see Festus vs Mark Henry best of 7. It's somethng you trust your best workers, whom you know can rise above the occasion. The Creative Meeting section for "show stoppers" should give you an idea of who could pull it off.

A best of seven series is always going to be a difficult proposition, but if you're not a crappy booker it's doable. Don't try for a best of seven unless you have two guys at a Benoit/Jericho/Guerrero/Malenko-ish level of talent. Carefully book their encounters so that you'll build to better and better matches. You may even want the first three matches to "work the crowd" so the workers involved won't have trouble topping themselves in the subsequent matches. Remember that there is nothing preventing you from putting workers into matches against one another more than three times in six months. The only thing is that it gets gradually more difficult to successfully get good matches out of those workers. But given the natural progression of popularity you can expect from a hot storyline, you're not going to get an F- out of the seventh match unless you've made it abundantly clear in the preceding segments that you have no idea how to play the game.

I think people get confused with the repetitive booking thing. It doesn't mean you can only book the same 2 wrestlers in a match X amount of times, and anymore after that will suffer penalties. Basically, all you have to do is make sure the matches get better as they go along - it's only when the latest match is the worst (or worse than the average, I'm not sure which) that you'll get a penalty. As long as the matches continue to improve as they go along you can book them to face each other as often as you want (up to a point, I'm sure eventually it will be nigh on impossible to continue to better the previous effort, but you get the idea).
