How do you get superheavyweights over?

Recommended Posts

i wanna push these guys as monster heels, but i seem to have trouble no matter what i do. i use notes like domination, keep strong, protect (cause they usually suck in the ring.) is there something i'm missing? p.s. my product setting is: key feature: traditional heavy: mainstream medium: modern

I'd raise the realism to low or medium and see what happens. As it stands now, your product is focused on fast paced action (Modern) with the face/heel interaction (Traditional) with overness as a large factor (Mainstream). Fast paced action doesn't really favor monster heels so I think adding some realism would at least get folks to pay attention. My product at the moment is: Key: Traditional & Modern Heavy: Mainstream & Realism Medium: Lucha & Daredevil everything else at none. My bruiser types do very well, even in matches against out&out flyers. But then, my bruiser types are highly skilled (Gorgon, Yu Hashimoto, Karen Bilous, Mary Beth Chase, Ikuko Temko) with exceptions (Tai, but she's gettin' there!).

It seems like the problem might be that your main in-ring product setting is Modern, which places emphasis on high fliers and chain wrestlers. Superheavyweights are neither, at least to my knowledge. Either sack the Sup or throw some Realism in there; Realism will make a Superheavyweight seem totally unstoppable, at least to an extent. Realistic, yeah?
