Dealing with stubborness in addicts

Is there any way to approach failed drug tests with workers who are jackasses and get them help to tone it down on the drugs? I'm about ready to can Hall & Luger... I fined them both 3 times in 2 weeks... then suspended them both... they came back, had one match... I tested them both manually... and even checked their stats through the editor... hasn't budged an inch! Currently Eddie is on suspension as well... I cannot do anything to get through to those 3. I got Nash and Hogan to reform... and Hogan is from what I can tell the most evil person in the game! Anyone have any tips? I mean I'll deal with Guerrero as long as I can but I'm about ready to job Hall and Luger out a few times and can them... they're both messing up my locker room!

How the hell did you get Hogan to reform ? He's been giving me a very hard time. However, I somehow got Guerrero to kick the habit.

I dunno... that's what is so weird about it. Sure I had to fine Hogan to the point of where he was working for a hot dog and a soda... but eventually he gave up the roids. Hall, Eddie & Luger though just won't stop no matter what I do with them.

its all random. Some guys just dont learn. Not much you can do about it.
