Eisen-verse
So, one thing that I'm thrown off on (and I've been playing TEW for years and have seen this happen with this same character over the years... At least I think) is Angry Gilmore when it comes to segment grades for promos. I'll have him do a 6 - 8 minute promo (thinking that he is currently at a B+ in popularity, has high momentum at a B+, and as you know... Absolutely amazing entertainment skills) and expect to get a good grade out of it... Yet... Every time... It's around a B. Now I know that a B isn't terrible, but for someone who has everything going for him like Angry Gilmore... Why does he continue to put on average promos as he continues to grow in popularity? You would think with his talent and overness that he would be able to put together A* promos like Faith and Bruce in my games... However, never seems to happen. Does that have to do with the hidden destiny stat? If not, then is it just some where thing where he can't seem to put something great together? Eisen-verse
Not currently. I'm working him into one however with Christian Faith... A respected rivalry. I suppose Faith's A* popularity will help him get better segments but it just seems weird that he can't do it on his own.
The Swanton825
Well, from my understanding, a guy like him would have to already be in a red hot feud with Faith to get good ratings for the segment, so I would recommend using Faith more in the angles for the first few weeks. Reply With Quote[/QUOTE] Thank you. That's what I've been doing... Having them interact in angles more to build up the momentum of the storyline (as I had them wrestle a few months back and they landed an "A" so I know the in-ring work will be good). Cheers. Thanks again.

praguepride
Don't forget that in a Sport Entertainment fed, popularity is worth more then skill. So having him "only" at B+ Entertainment would result in promo's in the 'B' range. As a way to demonstrate this. Start a new game but edit his popularity to '0' and cut an angle. You should get grades in the F-D range. Remember, the grade isn't so much the quality, but how into the match/angle the fans are. So you could be the most entertaining worker in the world, but if the fans don't care about you, they won't care about who you're going to beat up next.
