Eisen-verse
So I've thrown some of my young superstars into development (I'm playing as the SWF) and pretty much all of them were willing to go (Minus Shady K... But... he went anyways). My question is... Will the game let you know when they have developed as far as they can under your developmental territory? Or will the worker start to get annoyed after being down there long enough and demand to be brought up? Or can I pretty much leave them there for the next year without hurting their morale or anything? Thanks!
Hyde Hill
As far as my experience goes playing a half year with tcw and 3 dev feds where I shift the entire training roster prior to an event (trainers and trainees), no notificatian when finished training plus it doesnt hurt their morale. jesterx7769
Does anyone know if development is helped/hurt if you do/do not send trainers to development as well?
Hyde Hill
helped if you do send good trainers. not hurt if don´t send any. No idea if hurt if you send bad ones. My trainers for instance: Entertainment: Nemesis, Katie Cameron, Adrian Garcia, Tom Townsend, Melanie Flores Wrestling: Pistol Pete Hall (brawling), Jeremy Stone (technique), Nicolas Lopez(flying), Steve Flash (basics), Archie Judge road Agent. You cant sepcify what they train of course but i gues they automaticly train what they are best at. Entertainment skills go slowly thats why so many entertainers plus i want my dev fed to be purely filled by my workers hehe. Also have Sebastian Cabrera as a talented ref lol. Whenever I send people down to RIPW.. someone gets fired.... or can you send down as many as you want without hurting the company?
sabataged
The people they are firing are their own contracts. I usually send atleast 15 plus a few trainers. It doesnt matter if they work shows or not they still gain skills every month.
jesterx7769
His development promotion probably fires people like RIPW, but lets say you send a great prospect down, who cares if a crappy one gets fired b/c of it.

Hyde Hill
The only ones getting fired are the workers you do not own yourself e.g have written contracts for. So its even better if they get fired because your own workers will get more over. If playing as SWF with RIPW sign the ppa guys you want to keep to written contracts before sending the rest down. Dont edit the owner not necessary. Nobody gets hurt because of it except the non talented worker that got fired. For all intents and purposes the dev companies even RIPW are independt componies that get workers on long term training loan from the big componies. Even if the big company virtually ownes the smaller compony like SWF with RIPW the AI wont see it that way. Its not like OVW and DSW used to be and the Florida fed with WWE in wich WWE calls al the shots. I for one think that would be a nice addition to the game tough seperating a owned dev compony and a partner dev compony in wich you get more control over a owned dev company as in setting the product and apointing head booker etc.
