I don't know if this has been noticed before, or if it really matters at all. I was just curious. But does anybody else have the problem with not being able to get TEW08 in their Windows Start Menu? Usually the most used programs are lined up, and I know TEW08 makes my other programs cower in fear over probable usage statistics. I'm on Windows Vista, maybe it's fine in XP. I'm not overly concerned, just curious.
I'm on Windows Vista, maybe it's fine in XP.
No, the same things happens in XP. And I've wondered this myself. It's certainly not a major issue, as I pasted a shortcut on my desktop, but it definitely made me curious.

Yes! I got TEW07 there easy just like any other prgram, but TEW08 and WMMA whether I open them from a desktop, start menu "All Programs" or direct from the folder, they never show up in the "recently used programs" thing in the main start menu. XP and Vista.

I think one could try using TweakUI to make sure that TEW is not by default excluded from the list of programs "allowed" to appear in the start menu frequently used programs list. Another thing I've discovered is that under Add/Remove programs from the control panel, TEW is generally listed as "rarely used" or "ocassionally used' whereas I use it every day! And sometimes, on more than one ocassion per day, and much more than any other program save Firefox.
