In freestyle mode, what is the difference between playing as owner and head booker?

In freestyle mode, what are some of the difference between playing as owner and head booker? Just curious. Id like to play a game as owner of WWF, but if I were to do that, all of relationships of Vince McMahon that would effect the promotion would go null, since the user doesnt start out with any relationships right? If freestyle head booker isnt much of a difference, I'll just do that.

Straight Edge - you receive owner goals that are required to keep from being fired. You cannot be an owner in this mode unless you have a high enough reputation to start your own company. The owner can also overrule you on decisions such as if were to attempt to fire a member of their family. They'd prevent you from doing it, or may renew the contract of someone they're loyal too even if you intended for it to run out. Free Style - the user character can start as owner. In which case no owner goals are assigned and you can only really fail if you go bankrupt. When not playing as owner you still get no owner goals but can be fired for poor performance, such as allowing WWE to drop in size, etc. I'd recommend playing as owner since it's alot of fun being a tyrant. I love reading about how extremely compassionate my user character self is, yet I fired a pregnant Stephanie McMahon and a paralysised Droz in the same day. Yeah, real compassionate.:D

I'm pretty sure the only difference between free-style and straight-edge are the owner goals. In other words, the owner can still prevent you from hiring someone he doesn't like, he can still stop you from paying your top-star the bucks he wants and he can still fire you

As the booker, you can still be fired for poor performance or bleeding money. I also imagine that an owner like Sam Strong could still force to keep Peter Valentine on board even in free mode. As the owner, you're the only one in charged, so you can do pretty much all you want.
