Never again will I even attempt something like this... unless I find a kick ass Venom to do. Anyway... here's about 30 hours worth of work;

Thanks guys! Nah... doubt I could get more than $10 for them if that, wouldn't really be worth the time I put into them. I've got them hanging all over the house though.
The work is great, but actually you couldn't sell them, not that people wouldn't want to buy them but it's some one else's intellectual property and you can't make a profit off it or they can sue you.
spiderman counts as "intellectual property" its a frikkin human spider, whats intellectual about that? :D
I dunno... I mean if I stuck it on E-Bay and ended up making $6 on it I'd be plenty pissed about it! lol
You might be surprised. The first render I sold made £0.32 on it. Now I sell them at £30 a pop, and I don't have as much natural artistic talent as you. Just a talent for semi naked elves :cool:
Really good work. I tried drawing back in the day and it looked like Muhammad Ali drew it. Once in eighth grade art class my teacher told me I was "artistic without the r"...true story.
So she was caling you atistic? Good job she wasn't an English teacher.
So she was caling you atistic? Good job she wasn't an English teacher.
It was more the pronunciation of it than the spelling, but I got it when she said it. Bad thing is that it was probably true, I couldn't draw my way out of a paper bag. I'm trying to think back, was it you that drew the Eddie Guerrero and the Bret Hart, because those were awesome too.

I was gonna do Venom in pencil like I've done everything else... but I decided I would finally try to do an ink drawing;

Have you ever been to an Artist's Alley at a comic book convention? That Venom picture alone is better then some of the other art sold. If he got enough pictures done, Ransik could easily mass produce these and sell them at any con for five bucks a pop.

I have seen (and on the internet too) quite a bit that aren't even close to his detail. I would like to see the Alex Ross style in full swing though, because I think Ransik can do it (at least in pencil).
