I cant understand why their isnt many posts on this topic, but since i just started playing Allenverse for the very first time as a way to shake up my 97 game's while i wait for the 70s mod... i just wanted to say i'am loving playing with CNWF and despite having to spoon feed Outkast its really enjoyable :) A few of the workers seem a little over skilled but the popularity levels kind of balance it out inititaly, im worried CNWF is going to be too powerful for SWF to compete with given a year or 2's game play tho! Anyways after playing the Allenverse 97 i just wanted to say thank you to the creator and say that i hope when the 70s mod comes out we will get another eddition of the Allienverse.

Outkast is kinda like the "Kevin Nash" of the CNWF, back when WWE had Diesel. He isn't really meant to get over and he has horrible ring skills... Yeah i actually did pick up on alot of them, as i said in another thread im currently trying to build a semi-early 90s WWF title linage with them with Outkast having just droped the title to Ace after a year long run, who will of course lose it to the belts current staple holder Denise with the title flip floping bettwen the 2 every 3-4 months during their fued, eventualy i think Nemesis is going to come in and take the title from Ace (as a kind of Sid Justice persona) only to be taken out by Doomsday who i actually plan to give a very long run too as he is still undefeated in my game and i intend to give his streak to one of the younger up and coming guy's like RDJ or Troy Tornado who i'am trying to steel away from HGC. I have an awesome tag division since i signed the Machines to be my staple guy's and built all my lower card guys into tag teams to gain expirance. I just really wish you had put out more backstory on the Allenverse, its such an amazing expantion to the default data. A 70's version is on my wish list for sure.

I had ambitions to design a website similar to Adam's CornellVerse one with explainations of AllenVerse characters, but I wasn't sure if there was enough interest. Plus I haven't had the time to do it all the way I want to. Since it looks like at least one person is interested (LOL), I will start to put together something, at least a text version of the stories of the AllenVerse characters. There is a 2007 version of the AllenVerse as well, but I find the 97 a lot more fun myself.

Paul Starr proved too much of a problem for me to handle when combined with his wife, i ended up sending them to development to train people (against their will), i cant help but feel i just sent the biggest potential star on my roster down to OVW =P Ill keep an eye out for them folks, i simply can not wait to get some more "offical lore" for this expantion, the bio's are great and full of history but its missing something to tie it all together, even if its just text.

Speaking of naturally, Ive also Arthur King (Nature Boy, naturally - most tenuous link ever right lol) vs Dread in a semi Flair vs Vader style fued...even got a stable made up of Dread, Greater, The Demons Of Pain and Killer Denucci managing called.....The Dungeon Of Doom....too much? But i have a question and i know you said you would publish some back story at some point but i really need to know just one thing right now, Why the hell has Sean Holloway got a family fued with his uncle Payne MacLeod? Payne better known as Doomsday is my undertaker style char (I switched his picture to the texas pete undertaker style alt and ran with the super natural gimmick, i even hired Collosus and used him as an on-screen brother & counter part like Kane but without the mask working under the new name Devestation), anyway i like the idea of having a Sean Holloway in HWO learning from Paul Starr & Tommy Styles as a possible replacement for Doomsday when he retires.... What is the storyline behind the family fued?

(Just started a job as a Systems Engineer for MUSC, after I get my feet wet, I'll have time to do it). Sean Holloway is a selfish egomaniac and often brags about being the nephew of Doomsday as a way to get promoters to hire/push him. Payne MacLeod, being the old-school veteran that he is, doesn't look too highly of this, as he came from an era where you earned your stripes by your own ability and working the territories. In the 2007 version of the AllenVerse, Holloway has burned a lot of bridges and has pissed off a lot of big names in the business that have a ton of respect for MacLeod. For this reason, MacLeod pretty much disowns his nephew. Personally, I use Doomsday as the "Taker" style gimmick, and I usually bring in Vengeance (aka Skull DeBones) from DaVE and use him as the "Kane". Thanks for asking. Any others history/storylines/etc that you want to know, just ask and I'll do my best to post them on this thread. Eventually I'll put a site together for this (hopefully before summer or so).

Excellent, thanks for the quick response, i will play the 2007 data of Allenverse shortly as i'am clearly missing out on some of the backstory that could be gained from seeing your vision of the future for Allenverse, im just enjoying my 97 game so much at the moment that i cant bring myself to start over. [B][U]Question ::[/U][/B] I was wondering if in your mind Dennis Williams would end up leaving the company and heading to SWF or HGC as a result of Lexx Victors hate of him and the on going Kliq vs Dennis fued that seems to hold the promotion together (ala Shawn/Brett), his contract has 4 months left and he has just completed his 3rd title run for me (After Outkast droped to Ace Allen i had Ace have a 5 month run before dropping to Dennis who has almost had another year with the title) As much as i have come to love Dennis im finding that he has awful chemistry with everyone in my promotion (bad luck i guess) above upper midcard, so it seems he is destined to become the "gate keeper" of the main event working with the younger guys, i did intend to keep him as my staple Heavyweight Title holder re-gaining the title every 2 run's with the title by someone else, but im not sure that will be the case, im now thinking of waiting untill November and having a little "screw job" involving one Ace Allen ;) [B][U]Whats going on in my game ::[/U][/B] Edgar Edwin Edington got droped by HGC around the same time they droped to cult (their national again now) and i realised Ricky Dale Johnson who i had stolen a few months earlier who to my happyness HGC instantly re-signed so i considered it a fair trade, i re-named him Triple E and have him fueding with my current Continental Champion Scott Leonhart and Steve Flash who is now running under "The Flash" gimmick with a Sting style alt picture. [B][U]The Death Of NOTBW ::[/U][/B] North Of The Border Wrestling went out of buissnes after the first year, i hired all of the Stones along with Dallas & Dean McWade (Dean had a broken neck so i sent them both down to HWO with Dan Stone Senior & Victoria). Jeremy & Dan Stone Jr are an excelent tag team at the moment, mostly since i have nothing going on for them as singles wrestlers right now but i guess i will end up useing them. [B][U]Who's That Jumping Out The Sky R.E.Y....Mysterio? ::[/U][/B] I stole Johnny Lee aswell (or Blue Dragon) and intended to start a cruiserweight division around him in order to give Duane Stone & K-Dogg something to do, but he hasnt worked out so great in my promotion, i guess the product dosnt lend its self well to cruiserweights. [U][B]A few issue's... ::[/B][/U] Holocost got stolen from me by HGC along with Physco Dave when i hit hard times early on, so i never got to play with them much, both were pissed off with me for not useing them as often as i should have, i guess they got "lost in the mix". [B][U]History Re-write's ::[/U][/B] I took Craig Prince early on since in the orignal data he ends up breaking his neck or something and becoming a road agent ending what would of been an amazing career, i decided that in this version of history that didnt happen and he went on to beat Slasher Sieera for the Continental Championship before droping it to Scott Leonhart 6 months later. [B][U]Heavyweight Title Picture ::[/U][/B] I managed to sign Nemesis when he left SWF, but im stuck with him requesting a main event title run so i intend for him to take Dennis Williams title of him next month ending almost a year long 3rd title reign, it will be a short and painfull Nemesis title reign of only 3 months leading me into the "Sizzlin' Summer of Slams" PPV were he will drop the title to Doomsday starting his second run with the belt, this is planned to be a strong 6 month reign potentially leading to a 4th Dennis Williams title reign depending on your answer to my question, as the alternative option is to have Doomsday drop the title at the "Breaking Point" PPV to him leading into a "screw job" with Ace Allen at the November "Trick or Treat" PPV. [B][U]Tag Team Division ::[/U][/B] Other than that i have been busy signing up some of the stronger elements of the HGC tag team division when possible (in between their ping pongs bettwen national & cult/contracts ending) having signed Guide & Scout when they debuted, and Joel Bryant / Robert Oxford. Puerto Rican Power / Shawn Gonzalez are also a pretty strong fixture in my tag division fueding with Sumo / Jumbo and i actually made a really nice tag team out of Joel Kovach (Ex-AMW who went out of business pretty early on) / Charles I. Hello, I may have PMed the wrong person on this as I haven't gotten a response back yet, and considering that no one has posted in this thread since the middle of a march, it may be a long shot, but I thought I should try anyway. I'm trying to receive permission to use the Allenverse Pictures for another simulation base game (Based on the Movie Business), and rather then explain myself again (because I'm also trying to get permission to use GDS verse pictures as well) I'll just quote what I wrote in the GDS-Verse thread: [quote] I'm trying to receive permission to use these amazing pictures, not for a wrestling simulation mod, but for another simulation game based on the movie business. Just wanted everyone to know that there will be a 2010 version of the Allenverse 97 and possibly Allenverse 2010. I do plan on starting a website for the Allenverse, detailing more history of the add-on characters of the Allenverse. Hope everyone enjoys.
