Rocland
Hey one quick question when during a match I get a note saying that the match really needed somebody with better knowledge to construct the flow of the match or whatever (i'm going off memory).. Is that a reflection on the wrestlers? or on the road agent?
Vladamire Dracos
It means that if you had the match scripted (via road agent note), it's a reflection on your road agent. If you had it called in the ring (again by note), it's a reflection on the wrestlers (especially the one who had the higher psychology as he would be expected to help the less skilled guy through the spots). It basically means that there was no one in charge to hold the match together, so the pacing was all over the place. If you had the match scripted, you may want to replace your road agent with someone more competent. If you had them call it in the ring, or didn't set a specific note, don't put them together again unless you have the match scripted to make up for the wrestlers poor grasp of pacing. WeeMan
Not connected with the topic, but also a question: Is there any way to play with feds that are children feds to other companies from the start? If there's a way, what is it?

I've been paying more attention to scripting more matches and I've noticed a definite improvement especially in my midcard matches.

I've gotten the note on matches scripted by Crusher Ichihara (B psychology) and matches where BOTH workers have B or better psychology. Unless the people involved have 100% A* in the required area, there is a chance you'll get this on ANY match. Personally, even with Luis Montero and Manuel Prieto on the roster, I'm not replacing Crusher and I'm sure as heck not going to ditch Suzanne Brazzle vs Wanda Fish because they don't have 100% psychology. It happens, and can happen with anyone with less than perfect (100%) psychology.
Hyde Hill
I've gotten the note on matches scripted by Crusher Ichihara (B psychology) and matches where BOTH workers have B or better psychology.
That generally means there is somthing else then psychology going on as I have noticed. That message then serves as a default message that somthing is not right with this matchup apart from chemistry. It is mainly with workers not liking to work against bigger/smaller/other style/same style etc workers. Watch the radio interviews for this. A classic example which happens in most games is Wolf Hawkins not liking to work against wrestlers bigger then him. So even scripting that match with the Crippler as RA and for instance Rick Law as opponent you will still get that note. Depending on how bad it is it can go away when all workers involved have very high A or A+ psychology or it can never go away.

Like do other factors come into determining what kind of opponent a wrestler wants to work with? Aside from watching for personal relationships and what not.. Most of the time you'll never know it's there, but the in-game webpage can give hints in the form of radio interviews.

djthefunkchris
Damn, I thought someone on this forum said that it is possible... :/
A while back I was asking for that possibility, so me and my son could build up a promotion, and train them. We were going to have the main promotion done by me, and He was going to do the training for me. That's the only way he wants to play. I was going to get the game for his computer, but he only wants to play if he can be the development promotion, or be both. I don't know why, but that's what he wants, lol. Anyways, I was told that we could play it similarly like that by having the working aggreement between us. The only aggreement you can't have with another player I guess, is the development aggreement, as you cannot play as a development promotion. Hyde Hill
I have seen it posted that it is possible to get the headbook job from a child promotion but that it is ultra hard and that you have to eliminate or keep eliminating all or most competition so that in the end you get the book. But you know what... why not? Well, other than that I've heard about it causing the AI to go insane.

As for the cheating aspect, I agree - does it really matter? Its a game, play it the way you want to play it. The only time I have issue with someone cheating is when they try to claim they accomplished something or point out how great they are, when they got there by cheating.
