is the new cornellverse update out yet?

hi i checked the thread but it didnt say and i checked the site and there was new pics but not any new data. i was just wondering as adam said he was trying to have it out the first week of august. thanks

IMO, the thread is very clear about it being released and what it entails and how to install it.:) and it is annouced that the update was released on the main page. i hear trumpets ;)

Sure it says the new GAME update is available on the main page. But it says nothing to indicate whether the or not the updates include new C-Verse workers. And in the thread, I've seen plenty of posts from which you could accurately infer the new workers are out. But not a post that broadcasts that fact to everyone. I would have though there'd be a temporary sticky proclaiming the arrival of the new workers or something. But nothing of the sort exists. So I can see the confusion.

I just did an uninstall/reinstall. For some reason just reinstalling over the old didn't stick. All's good now. :)

I've been away from these boards for a while now and, by my understanding, there is an database update for C-verse. Can someone supply a link to it because I can't find it. I've downloaded temp patch 1.2 - but that's not the same is it? Sorry if I seem a bit special... :confused:

download the full upodate, TEW 1.1, it can be found on the main page. That has all the new wrestlers in it.

I downloaded full update 1.1 and it doesn't seem any different. There are no extra workers, or dojos. Nothing. Nada.

Download the whole full game. You just downloaded the patch.

For those who are having trouble with the whole "download the full game and reinstall" aspect of getting the updated data files, here's a zip of the data taken right after I reinstalled to version 1.1: [URL="http://www.s90120014.onlinehome.us/files/tew/TEW08DefaultData1.1.zip"]1.1 Data Files[/URL] Either install it over your default data folder or create a separate folder for it. If Adam doesn't want the data available this way, just let me know and I'll take it down.

I just purchased the game today and have version 1.2 does that mean it has the new workers and such? How can I check this?

if you purchased and install the FULL game, and not just a demo to retail update, then you should have all the new stuff from 1.1. Since most of the updated workers were in the UK/Europe area, look over them and see if you find new pictures, bio entries and wrestlers.
