Crawler25 Posted October 1, 2005 Share Posted October 1, 2005 I recently was forced to reformat my computer and now I can not use my licence for Wrestling Spirit. I had this problem once with TEW and they reissued my license for me. This time when I ask for assistance by filling out a support form I get a email saying a new ticket has been created, and to use that ticket number in the subject for all my replies. Does anybody know what I am supposed to do with this ticket number. As instantaneously as the replies come I doubt they have even looked at my problem. GardnerFTW Posted October 1, 2005 Share Posted October 1, 2005 Yea, that doesn't mean a whole lot. Just means to include it in the subject line if you need to email them.
