Jonfun
I am really looking forward to this game, I have been waiting for a good music manager sim for years. I'm happy to announce that MWR is coming along very nicely and we'll be rolling out more info about the game very shortly but for now here's your first look at some features to expect from the game v Check out the “interactive mode” and see how critics and audiences react to your artist’s material. v Realistic record sales across six locations - sales are influenced by population, economy and seasonal trends. v Send your artists into the studio to craft an award winning record or strategically have them rush out their next release to capitalize on market trends v Extensive discography and history of bands to track any artist’s career from start to finish. v Arrange your band’s next local or international tour or have them participate in music festivals in hopes of reaching new audiences. v Detailed and realistic music charts to track the weekly progress of your record releases. v Release your greatest hits, albums, and singles across six regions (USA, Canada, UK, Europe, Australia, and Japan.) v Executive control over your band’s writing process; choose the song writers, the genre, subject and more. v Manage every detail of the recording process from the studio to the producer and decide which songs make the final cut. v Strategically decide the best way to promote your upcoming releases whether it’s a costly advertising campaign, a national tour or a run through the media circuit. v Oversee the financial aspects of your record label and see what you need to do to stay out of the red. v In game editor that allows you to create and mod your own music universe. Customize everything from artists to song titles. http://www.wolverinestudios.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=
robertocarlos87
Wouldn't hold your breathe. He was originally making it for my forums, for over a year infact, and time and time again all he could show us of what he had done was a flimsy menu screen, that was around april of this year, so unless things have drastically changed with antuan.... hurricanendp
tbh, yeah he burned us, but, i still have faith in him. His previous games were good and took up plenty of my time, and i'd be willing to give this one a shot too. The main thing however putting me off this is the fact he's now charging for it, something that he knows alot of people were against. Still, the game is in development, and once it's released i hope it does some good business for him.
CraigInTwinCities
I think in the end it's the product that'll matter. If he pulls together a great game, everything else will be forgotten and, heck, as for charging for it... doesn't a person deserve a shot at making a living off doing what they love? It's not like EA Sports or anything....
Jonfun
Money talks and I think that will get him to work. I don't think they would have signed him without seeing some of the game progress.
CraigInTwinCities
I've heard they're offering some help on the graphics and interface, which should lead him to focus on just the coding and the gameplay and such... that should help speed development along. Previous versions were fun; I expect this one will come out and be fun to play also.

I reckon the game will go on to be a success with the backing of Wolverine.
hurricanendp
i hope it does i really do, because Antuan deserve's to see his series become a success. He is a dedicated worker on his games always has been, but a few self imposed exiles from various boards have given him a bad rep which unfortunately it will be hard for him to shake off. But, the guy has got himself with a big company to produce his game, there's no doubt it will be finished, and if Wolverine have hired an artist purposely to allow him to focus on the coding of the game, the idea's we were told about will definately make this one of the best Music sim's around.
