crayon
When setting relationships, is the order you select the people important or is it interchangable? ie. If I select Boss A, set relationship to "loyalty" and then select Jobber B on the other side, does it mean they're loyal to each other, or that Boss A is loyal to Jobber B, and Jobber B has no commitment to Boss A? I would assume it's the later, but better to be certain.
