Scotland
Hi guys. I am about to start a new WWE game in 08 but I was just wondering do you think if I brought back brand only PPV's they would work? I mean I would still have Rumble, Mania, SummerSlam, Survivor Series and Night Of Champions tri-brand ppv's but the other 7 months of the year I was thinking of having New Years Revolution (RAW), No Way Out (Smackdown/ECW), Backlash (RAW), Judgment Day (Smackdown/ECW), Great American Bash (RAW), Unforgiven (Smackdown/ECW), No Mercy (RAW), Vengeance (Smackdown/ECW). Do you think this would work?
Greg2511
I was always a fan of the separate brand Pay Per Views. If there is going to be separate brands for TV then why shouldn't they get their own Pay Per Views? Plus it allows for more character development as you are forced to think up more stories leading into your own pay per views (with the added bonus of more than just one months build up as well). So I say all the best. If its a success you could always separate the brands entirely and give them both one PPV each month. I personally think that ECW should get at least one ECW only PPV but thats just me.
lazorbeak
Sure it'll work, as long as you don't mind Scotty 2 Hotty vs. Mordecai being reserved for PPV.
James Casey
I'd like to think no-one playing a game they intend to do well in would book S2H/Mordecai on a PPV... :p
Kehi7
it could work, just send them to development for ten years! :p

Stennick
I've started a WWE with the KYR database. I've decided to stop the SD/ECW brand unites thing. ECW wrestlers are still start of the SD brand but only wrestle on ECW shows. So with that its hard to get SD to a B overall rating. I'd kill myself trying to book a succesful SD ppv. Or at the very least it'd take some time and time isn't something you have in the game since you'll lose pop if you do too poorly

When they hd two months to build a PPV, they still threw everything together at the last minute.
