His contract is up in 30 days. Do you guys think I should keep him around? He has been filling in at the Upper Mid level since the start of the game and he has been doing fine in that roll. One part of me wants to not resign him because he is on the wrong side of 30 and he is not going to improve much more than his C+ performance skills. Other part of me looks at him as a kinda staple of the company. Been in TCW since 1998 and could be a bigger star if I pushed him. Any thoughts????

If you have no specific preference, then just look at the basic replacement theory of it. Look at who you would then use in the same role you currently use Rahn in. If you replace him, who takes his spot? How does that worker compare in terms of overall skill, popularity, consistency, potential feuds, chemistry, everything. If you cannot adequately replace him at the moment, then why wouldn't you resign him?
