PWM Magazine Weekly by John Ryan Hello Pro Wrestling Maniacs! This week has been crazy so far. From WWE's new booker to the oddest iMPACT! ever...let's recap America's top two promotions. Let's start with TNA, who held their oddest-Russo booked TV show ever. Vince Russo showed the wacky booking again when he had Austin Starr go over rising star, Samoa Joe in the opening bout. I heard by a little bird that both have been contacted by WWE to go to development, I mean, they already packed up Christopher Daniels to OVW...what's next? Chris Harris vs. Tomko was the worst match of the night. The Wildcat won, it's realistic, but still...the match sucked. Brother Ray & Rhino vs. The Steiner Bros. was the craziest match of the night. I mean, Ray's a heel, Rhino's a face, and RayNo wins the match. Huh? Brother Devon & Christian Cage vs. VKM is your main event. Wait, what? Did Team 3D & Cage and Rhino switch teams or something? Billy/Kip James and Road Dogg/BG James...I see em as TNA World Tag Champs in the future...but having Da Cage go over, eek... WWE on the other hand had a neat week. All specialty headliners or card, and 4 major announcements by the real VKM: Val Venis beat Viscera in a dark match or as some people call it these days, piss break matches. Vince came out and said: 1: He's vacating the ECW Title. 2. Next week on RAW, he will have a new GM. 3. The ECW Brand is ending next week. 4. In two weeks, we will hold the WWE Draft. ECW Title..meh.... GM...hmm...Bischoff has filled in for JR at the announce booth. Is that a hint? Disfunctioning the ECW Brand...good move in my opinion. It'll put a lot of ECW superstars on the unemployment line, but I see Dreamer being the only ECW Orginial to stay in the E. Maybe, just maybe, Sandman, since he is the ECW Champion. But ECW marks will be happy that WWECW will be ending. Mickie James beat Melina to begin her fourth reign as Women's Champion in a Cage Match. Remember the other time they tried a Cage Match? It failed. So did this one. I see Mickie James becoming the next Trish with about ten reigns when she retires, and Melina might be a five time champ before she retires, possibly. The Tag Title TLC Match was all Hardy's. I mean that ain't Cade & Murdoch's match. I rate it 4/10...just because of Jeff's high spots. The IC Title Deathmatch. They bring the Deathmatch into the WWE, but they have the wrong participants. Kenny Dykstra takes the title, and I was hoping Jim Duggan would've won. Barbed wire 2X4 to the head of Carlito was gruesome. 6/10. The Elimination Chamber saw Shawn Michaels win the WWE Championship to make him a five time World Heavyweight Champion. Awesome match. 8.5/10 On SmackDown!, we saw every title change hands: In the piss break matches, Jimmy Wang Yang beat Shannon Moore, and Kristal beat Jillian Hall. We opened up SD! with a Ladder match for the Cruiserweight Championship, and Brian Kendrick won the belt when he beat Chavo and The Miz. Rating: 7/10 William Regal and Dave Taylor beat Deuce 'n' Domino to win the Tag Titles when the beat em two falls to none. The Blue Brand's Tag Titles are Blue Blood now. Rating: 5.5/10 The United States Championship changed hands when Paul London beat Chris Benoit and The Boogeyman in a Triple Threat Barbed Wire Steel Cage. That is quite possibly London's biggest win, and a 540 OFF OF THE TOP OF THE CAGE IS AMAZING!!!! Rating: 8/10! "The Glorified Stuntman" Mick Foley beat "The Nature Boy" Ric Flair in a "dream match". When these two came out, I thought it was going to be a crappy match with Flair dominating. Turns out, I was wrong on both. Foley won! Rating: 8/10 Kane finally once again became World Champion. FINALLY! We know he's gonna hold it for more than 24 hours now. Yay Kane! Rating: 8.5/10 ECW was a craphole as always. The only high is Sandman is your new ECW Champion (6th time), and it still counts, he's only a 5 time World Champ since PWM doesn't recognize the WWECW Championship as a World Title.

PWM Magazine Weekly MONDAY NIGHT RAW RESULTS The fireworks go off as the camera pans to Vince McMahon's office where he is talking on his cell phone. We cut to the ring where Eric Bischoff is coming out. Eric Bischoff & The Great Khali vs. Jim Ross & Jerry "The King" Lawler Eric Bischoff came to the ring in a lot of heat, The Great Khali looked pissed he was put in a tag match. Jerry Lawler came out to love from the crowd, as his partner, "Good Ol' JR" got booed? The bell rang as Khali and King started, King jobbed. King got tossed around for around 2 minutes where he tagged in Ross. Ross tried a clothesline, and Khali roared. Khali did a Double-Hand Chokeslam, and dominated Ross. We were around the 7 minute mark where Khali tagged Eric in. Eric ordered Khali to hold up JR. Eric lifted up his leg and wound back, hitting a perfect Roundhouse Kick that KO'd JR. Eric covered JR to become the Announcer of RAW. Truthfully, I think JR's career with WWE is over after seeing that match. WINNERS: Eric Bischoff & The Great Khali Shawn Michaels's music hits. He comes to the ring with a trash can, a bag in his shoulders, and a remote control. He slides into the ring and grabs a mic. HBK: Man, I've been reading online about the hatred of the WWE Championship belt design...(huge pop) ...so tonight, let's just say...I'm getting rid of this belt. He straps the belt off and places it in the trash can, where we see Cena race to the ring like his house was on fire. It is too late though as Shawn presses the button and we hear a huge bang, to a huger pop! HBK: OOOPSS! Shawn drops the control, and undoes the bag, he takes out a belt, the old WWE Championship, the last we saw of that belt was around the waist of JBL. Shawn straps the belt around his waist. Cena hammers on the ring and literally goes psycho. HBK: I'll be seeing you in the ring tonight, Cena. *COMMERICIAL BREAK* Umaga vs. Val Venis & Jim Duggan Umaga totally dominates the match. 'Nuff said. Whole moveset. Samoan Spikes to both of them, and pin both. WINNER: Umaga The camera goes to Todd Grisham with a mic. TG: Hello wrestling fans, I'm standing by with the man who will be facing Shawn Michaels for the WWE Championship tonight, John Cena! Cena grabs Todd by the throat with both hands and lifts him up, Todd choking out. JC: I don't want an interview, I wanna beat down Shawn Michaels, that disrespectful little punk! John throws down Todd and goes off to find Shawn. Randy Orton & Johnny Nitro vs. Cryme Tyme Orton & Nitro were in control most of the match. Nitro dominated JTG, then Cryme Tyme had a bit of control. Cryme Tyme hit a couple team moves on Nitro, then he tagged in Orton which hit RKO's on JTG and Shad, and pinned JTG to win the match. Orton and Nitro looked at each other for a couple seconds, then Orton left the ring. WINNERS: Randy Orton & Johnny Nitro *COMMERCIAL BREAK* Hardcore Non-Title WWE World Tag Team Champion Hardy Boyz vs. WGTT Jeff and Shelton start off, where the Hardy Boyz take early control. At about 6 minutes, Shelton goes for a T-Bone but gets reversed into a Twist of Fate from Jeff. Jeff goes up for the Swanton, but gets knees. They are both down for a bit, but both get tags. Charlies tries to powerbomb Matt, but Matt counters and flips Charlie over his head. Charlie gets up and gets hit with the Twist of Fate for the cover. WINNERS: The WWE World Tag Team Champions, The Hardy Boyz! WWE Women's Championship Mickie James (c) vs. Melina The match was ehh...they went at it, but they didn't click. Mick wins in around 18 minutes to retain. WINNER: AND STILL WWE WOMEN'S CHAMPION, MICKIE JAMES!!! Intercontinental Championship Triple Threat Kenny Dykstra (c) vs. Santino Marella vs. ??? The mystery opponent re-debuted in the WWE for the third time. The mystery opponent was Test. Test completly dominated the whole match. At 16 minutes, he hit the TKO on Kenny Dykstra for the three count. Test smiled, and strapped on the belt and walked off. WINNER: AND THE NEW WWE INTERCONTINENTAL CHAMPION, TEST! *COMMERCIAL BREAK* We are back and Carlito's music hits. The Cabana is set and Carlito grabs a mic. Carlito: Whazzup pendejos? This is Carlito's Cabana, and Carlito is here to interview a new member to the RAW roster. Carlito demands you to come on down here, so c'mon! Carlito wants to show you not to mess around on Carlito's show! The crowd boos and waits in anticipation. After about 20 seconds, a familiar theme hits. One very familiar to the Minnesota crowd. It is one of Brock Lesnar. The fans go bizzerk. 30 seconds hit, no Brock. Carlito is laughing his head off. Carlito: You idiots actually think that the WWE signed Brock Lesnar? What are you, retarded? Hahahahahaha! The crowd cheers, as a legend is behind Carlito. Carlito: Thank you, I know you fans love Carlito! Carlito turns around and sees Goldberg, who delivers a thunderous Spear. Goldberg grabs the mic. Goldberg: WHO'S NEXT!?!?!?!?! The fans go crazy, as we go to commercial. *COMMERCIAL BREAK* WWE Championship Shawn Michaels (c) vs. John Cena The match begins, and it's an all-out war. Cena has the anger of a madman, and Shawn has his resilience. At 22 minutes, HBK misses a Sweet Chin Music, and gets FU'd. Cena goes for the cover, and gets the 3-count. Cena suprisingly ended HBK's 5th World Title reign, starting his 4th. WINNER: AND YOUR NEW WWE CHAMPION, JOHN CENA!!! JC: See what happens Shawn? You see what happens when you mess with me? You pay. Now, I wanna know who my new boss i- A familiar manical laugh is heard. Everyone's got a price...and I am your new RAW General Manager! Muhahahhahaahahaha! Cena looks shocked, as Ted DiBiase steps out onto the ramp. The crowd cheers like crazy. Million Dollar Man: John, now, let's focus on Backlash, your opponent for Backlash, well, he's right behind you... Cena looks confused, as he turns around and sees Brock Lesnar. The final clip is Sandman winning the ECW Championship for a 6th time. The fireworks go off, and the fans are going loud in the old ECW Arena. Joey: Tonight will be the last ever ECW broadcast to you by WWE, and possibly the last ECW broadcast ever! Joey: Balls gets the starting advantage.... Heyman: Man, I'm glad Vince made this a Extreme Rules match... Balls stomps on Burke, but steps back, and allows Burke to get up. Bad move though, as Burke powers a thunderous clothesline that was heard around the arena. Cover.... 1..... 2....... NO! Joey: Nice clothesline by Burke, but no cigar. Heyman: *Snooze* It takes Balls a while to get up, as Burke is on the outside with a steel chair. He goes back into the ring, Balls is groggy. Heyman: *Still sleeping* Balls goes for the cover... 1....... 2....... NO! The ref got knocked out! Balls gets up and sees that it was Matt Striker that broke the count! Balls gets up, tells off Striker, turns back and gets hit with a huge Pounce that sends Balls flying. Marcus Cor Von starts with a huge beatdown! Joey: Oh no! I was down right disgusted McMahon, I was disgusted when you approached me to broadcast ECW, and I accepted, why? I accepted because I was afraid of being fired! So McMahon, I have come out here to tell you one important message, I am glad the "new ECW" has died, because it never was or never will be ECW! It was never extreme! It was down right pure garbage to watch, and if you ask me, the most retarded remake ever! So McMahon, without further ado, I am ending "ECW's" run on television by saying two words....I QUIT! Joey: Oh my God... ECW fades to black.
WRESTLINGRUMORS.COM "ECW" Draft to be held before the WWE Draft Sources have told us that WWE will hold an ECW Draft on Sunday, the day before the official WWE Draft to bring up the ECW Superstars to the RAW and SmackDown! brands. Sources say this will be done at random, and WWE will have no affect to what brands these men are going to. WWE will hold the 2007 Supplemental Draft the day after RAW's WWE Draft as always. For those new fans, the Supplemental Draft is the "midcarder's draft" so to speak.

The sounds of angry grunts are heard in Mr. McMahon's office. Vince: What do you mean you can't cancel ECW? Yeah right, listen to me God damn it! You're saying you can't cancel our show because we're doing to well in the ratings? Well fine, if you can't cancel ECW, I'll have my booker cancel ECW, cancel the shows, we won't even promote ECW anymore, after the ECW Draft, ECW's done, finished, you hear me? Bye. Vince hangs up the phone angrily. Vince: Sci-Fi can't cancel ECW my ass...

PWM Magazine Weekly by John Ryan What an awesome week of wrestling this has been for the WWE. Talk about possibly the greatest week of the year so far in the ratings. Speaking of...let's go over them: RAW pulled a 23.61 Monday, it's up 0.01 point, as it was 23.60 last week. It's good, but it's not great. ECW pulled a 14.55 Tuesday, biggest gain of the week. Lots of people tuned in to see the last edition of ECW, as it was 13.57 last week, nearly a whole point gain! Their rating was so good, that Sci-Fi declined the cancelling, I guess Vince is going to have to cancel himself. SmackDown pulled a 18.92, Vince's unnamed head booker will have to keep Kane as champ for a while, as his segments were SmackDown's biggest gains. It pulled a 18.63 last week, a big gain in my opinion. On the opposite side of the WWE, TNA merely pulled an effort, I'll tell you why: TNA iMPACT! pulled a 6.88 on Spike TV Thursday, and their rating last week was 7.17, poor ratings. iMPACT's dropping in ratings, and WWE should add a third brand to Thursday Night to whoop their ass haha. Since we brought you your WWE results this week, we'll tell you TNA's results that resulted in low ratings: In your opening match you had "Wildcat" Chris Harris squash Alex Shelley. I'm a Harris fan, but c'mon now. In the lower midcard match you had BG James beat Tomko. It was an eh... match and it showed. In the upper midcard match you had Christian Cage squash Brother Runt. Who the hell brought up the "Brother Runt" name, why not "Brother Spike"? In the main event you had Rhino beat Raven....gay... Now, a handful of people left TNA recently to go to WWE's developmental camps, more coming I suspect: Christopher Daniels, big loss Abyss, another one Homicide, finally this guy will be a star in the big league AJ Styles, WWE ripped TNA a new ******* with this one Samoa Joe, future TNA main eventer leaves TNA for WWE Robert Roode, same with this man Kaz, meh, he had a run in WWE, and quit because he wouldn't cut his hair. Gail Kim, former WWE Women's Champion getting the "TNA Rust" of in OVW. Also, main eventer Kevin Nash's TNA website roster page was deleted along with the developmental leavers. Speaking of TNA, Sacrifice was held last night, here are your results. To open up the PPV, Christy Hemme beat Scott D'Amore, wait, WHAT?!?!?! Yup, another one of those Russo bookings...*sigh* In the second match of the night, Lance Hoyt beat Eric Young, Havok, and Machete. In the third match of the night, Shark Boy beat Martyr. In the fourth, Hernandez, now solo, beat Jay Lethal. In the fifth, the Steiner Brothers beat Ron Killings and Brother Runt in a squash. In the sixth, Team 3D beat Jeff Jarrett & BG James to retain the TNA World Tag Team Titles. In the seventh, Alex Shelley beat Petey Williams, meh. In the eighth, "Wildcat" Chris Harris beat Tomko & Senshi in a Triple Threat. In the ninth, Chris Sabin beat Sonjay Dutt, Kip James, and Basham to retain the TNA X Division Title. In the tenth, James Storm beat Austin Starr. In the eleventh, Christian Cage and the Damaja vs. Sting & Raven went to a no contest. In the main event, Kurt Angle beat Rhino to win the previously vacant TNA World Heavyweight Championship! All-in-all, meh... That's it for PWM Magazine Weekly, good-bye Wrestling Mainiacs!
