jjohns44
every time a particular road agent I have is signed on to book a match, the notes say 'blah didn't do a good job booking this match, and it showed' but sometimes, the match still gets a high rating. The road agent also has an 'A' rating in booking skills. Does their performance ever improve or should I just continue to ignore the notes, seeing as how in many cases, the match still turns out with great results. lazorbeak
Psychology is the road agent's contribution, not booking. In SWF, Richard Eisen is considered a good booker, but his psychology is significantly worse than any other road agent, so you see this kind of note. If it's not effecting your matches to a significant extent, you could ignore it. If it's important that your main events be better, you could switch the road agent for the main event to a road agent with higher psychology or even a worker strong in psychology. FINisher
You are misunderstanding the skills here. When someone is pushed as a Road Agent, Psychology and Respect are the two skills which a road agent is measured. If someone has them both in A*, he will be A* grade Road Agent. Booking skill is only for the actual Head booker position, next from Owner position. It doesn't have anything to do with actual match bookings and grades. What are the psychology and respect skill levels of this certain road agent? :) I've never had a "x didnt do a good job booking the match" -note, I have never before even heard of it.
