Your Big Signings

Recommended Posts

When you played Modern Warriors, Tap or Snap or Hell even the Default Database, what are the best signings that have been released from the other companies (Fighter must have been under Exclusive Contract) I've been working for ALPHA-1, Im in the year 1999, and GAMMA has released Dan Halvorsen, Lefter Oktay and Rick Stanley. I'm thinking of setting up a Heavyweight Superfight between Rick Stanley and Hassan Fezzik or Gunnar Nilsson (Whoever has the title at the Time)

I've gotten a lot of AWESOME guys, but many were on losing streaks and had their skills and star power permanently reduced. Including guys like Sean Morrison, Jack Humphreys, Atep of Indonesia, Lefter Oktay, Tim Boyer, Hiro Arai Jeff Carlton, Neil Nappier, and Chiyo Yanagimoto just to name a few. But my absolute best so far is Sayoko Ebisawa, she got dropped after losing just one fight and after 7 years is still constantly in the top three p4p for women.

I've gotten pretty much every big name ALPHA-1 or GAMMA had...give or take a few key guys. More so GAMMA then ALPHA-1 it seems. I've had: James Foster Tony McCall Raul Hughes Randy Carsley Fumiaki Hayashi Chojiro Goto John Rivero Ricardo Fernandez Fernando Amaro Kunimichi Kikuchi Janinha Fatuma Roy Christopher Sharp Gabriel Gallego Heikichi Shimizu Jack Humphreys JJ Reid Kafu Bunya Malcolm O'Hearn Nathan Chambers And so on. Most have only done middling in my ISL game. There's more,b ut those were the really big names I got, I think.

I am currently Dream and I am almost 7 years into the game and I am shocked the amount of people the UFC have let go.One my biggest guys has to be GSp who the UFC let go about 2 years into my game he has had 8 defences as my WW champ and I have had so many more guys rather on my roster or that were on my Roster that the UFC crazily let go.This game really is the first time I have seen so many good guys let go by the UFC

my big signings in my last game as the UFC, Robbie Lawler(EliteXC MW Champ) Fedor(EliteXC HW Champ) Matt Serra(EliteXC WW Champ) EliteXC went out of buisness so i took Lawler and Fedor. I had fired Serra after 5 straight UFC Losses, but he won 4 in a row in the EXC, and his drawing power went up so i resigned him.

Tito Ortiz made KOTC Tito made KOTC into the second biggest company in a year. Plus he defended and held my Light Heavy title for four years. Somehow Tito, Aaron Meisner, and Hong Man Choi all held titles for four years or more. Even with them defending the titles at least twice a year. Hong Man never lost the belt acctuly, which is funny cause he lost his first three fights in KOTC now he has a 24-3 record, avenging every lose by beating them twice.

In my current game as the International Shoot League (third biggest promotion in the game behind GAMMA and Alpha-1) I've managed to sign. Dan Halverson (just signed him, about to make his debut vs. Jerry Bogdonovich) Washichi Kobayashi (started in a losing effort to Shane Gilchrist, but then moved down to light heavyweight where he picked up a win over Sylvester Collins. Hoping he can get a streak going) Juan Pablo Rique (usually not a big signing, but has been instrumental in me building a featherweight division) Fernando Amaro (Won three straight in ISL, including beating Tucker Plumm for the Middleweight title) I've also signed some top BCF guys, but I dont want to list them because there are too many and I've had them since the beggining of my game.
