I know that I have to download the full game. But, how do I make the purchase? Through what? Money order, check? Can I buy a CD instead of the patch? Where can I get the address so I can send my money? I live out in New York, how long will it take for the CD to arrive? I hope someone can answer my questions. Thank you.
