Bigpapa42
Does language matter at all when it comes to entertainment skills and such? If I bring a Japanese worker or manager who speaks no English into an American promotion and put him on the mic, will the segment bomb because of that? Would it matter for announcers? I've always meant to test this but have never managed to.
Kehi7
It will bomb because the crowd doesn't know what he/she is saying, so they will lose interest. Just like in real life. If a Japanese guy was on tv trying to speak to an american audience, and that guy has no english skills, I will do something. like restroom break, to get something to eat, etc... I was going to put together a Japanese stable in one of my side games, but was wanting to use a manager from Japan. Most of the ones I was looking at don't speak English. So I guess it won't work. Damn.

Rathen4
Use a mouthpiece for a mouthpiece! Have the Japanese guys hire an english translator - that way the japanese guy can speak through the english guy! It works in theory ¬.¬
Malioc
Or you hire japanese workers and wait a little. In my experience foreign workers learn the different languages very fast. All my japanese wrestlers are fluent in Spanish atm (I play in Mexico). Also, as long as you don't put foreign guys (= guys, who haven't learn your language yet) in angles, languages aren't a problem neither.
