phenomenon
I have a guy whose momentum is through the rough, is the world champion, haven't lost a lot... yet his morale is terribly down. It does say him and the owner have "simmering tension". Not sure why... but any ideas how I can help boost his morale? His contract is almost up and I don't wanna lose him. Thriller
Have a look at his relationships and see if you've fired any of his pals. :)
Malioc
- If those friends are still unemployed and you rehire those friends (they won't join you a while after they were fired!), the morale should go back up. Otherwise there is not much you can do. It's probable, that you will lose this worker from your roster no matter what.
beatzNrhymez
Morale may be down because you've hired someone he hates.
