I like USPW and FCW the best. I like the over-the-top feel of USPW as it allows you to have more wacky and diverse characters and be creative instead of having a bunch of bland guys who just wrestle. FCW because it's a bit different, being based out of Puerto Rico, and I also like their roster - for similar reasons to USPW, there seems to be a bit more character about them.

I must say the only games I enjoy for a long period of game time is SWF. I just love several of the workers, and bring in the others I like to use. However due to owner goals in my current game I am unable to bring in the greatest of all time............Alex Braun/Ace Freeze
I suck at any fed where popularity is more important than performance. I usually play CZCW where it's equally rated. I sometimes play 4C as well but CZCW is still my favorite.
Odd, I suck at any company where performance is rated more than popularity. God, please let me run an 80s style promotion one day. I'd do ever so well.

MAW is great for just getting in and playing as it has a small roster and a lot of margin for error, plus a solid main event. NYCW is my personal favorite, because it has Steve Flash, Grandmaster Phunk, and is 'real' old school wrestling! It's a challenge because you are always behind everyone else in prestige and your contracts for main eventers are higher, but it is a good place to do traditional wrestling type shows. Promos, technical matches and slugfests. CGC is another because they start out with a ready made top flight storyline already in the DeColt-Elite battle, and you have solid main eventers on both sides as well as some decent up and comers. Eddie Chandler is to me one of the most underrated C-Verse characters because he has all the tools to be one of the best ever arrogant heels, both in the ring and out, yet he never seems to get picked up by the big two.

USPW definitely...but admittedly I've been watching a lot of old AWA shows on ESPN lately, and, being a child of the 90s, feel jipped by never having gotten to live the kayfabe days of wrestling...so I like getting my chance to live that, albeit imaginarily, through USPW. And I'm as big a mark for Peter Valentine as you will find.

AAA without a doubt in Cornell verse. I just love the challenge of of using a small fed that is made up of women. And in Any mod in general i love to start with a small fed i feel there is less pressure then starting with a global size fed were you know that the majority of your shows have to be in the A grade range from the get go.Plus it's more fun to see how far you can take them, also MAW is not bad either.

My favourite promotion is the SWF... not quite sure why as when I make my own promotion I never make them like the SWF. But I must admit I kinda like taking the top promotion and weaving fun storylines with them. Being able to sign almost anyone is a major bonus too, although I haven't yet played an SWF game in TEW08. But in 07 I had so much fun with my Jakc Bruce vs Squeeky McClean/Dermot O'Logical feud that I loved that game. Dermot was even ranked #4 in the Top 100 for 2008 and had reached B+/A over across the entire world... despite only winning 4 matches since his debut in late 2007. :o

If I had to pick one fed, it would be SOTBPW. SOTBPW was the first fed that I really tried, and I fell in love with the characters there. The main eventers are cool and the undercard has a lot of fun wrestlers to play as. I always break my non-aggression with MPWF and take some of their wrestlers (Chess Maniac, Snap Dragon, Ultimate Phoenix, Heavy Metal Anarchy) to bolster my roster. In Canada-CGC is the king. I actually prefer performance over popularity feds, but for some reason, I actually prefer CGC over NOTBPW when it comes to Canadian feds. Other feds I enjoy playing as a lot: BHOTWG, WLW, UEW, APW, TCW. Other than those feds, I don't really play many of the other (maybe PGHW on occasion)

I prefer creating my own fed. Out of the others USPW and MAW because I have had long running games with them and have grown attached to the rosters. With MAW my own goal is to get everyone on the orginal roster stolen away on written contracts (I actually got more than half of them picked up so far). With USPW I try to build them up as big as possible.

TEW2004 -> 21CW TEW2005 -> 21CW TEW2007 -> ROF TEW2008 -> TCW I used to always be 21CW until they got the big ownership and tv time, i just dont play enough to get used to a full fledged sports entertainment company, i switched to ROF for TEW 2007 but with hardlies any changes in 2008 i gave one of the big two a try and im always TCW now.

SWF. In my mind, it has the best characters in the game and I have fun when I'm booking it (when I turn strict storylines off anyway :p). Like Woodsmeister, I loved 21CW but when they were taken over... I dunno, it just wasn't the same company. The irony that I hated them because they were changed to sports entertainment and started playing as the biggest sports entertainment promotion in the game hasn't been lost on me :D
I've honestly NEVER played a game of C-Verse, mine has always been real world.... Maybe I should try one of the C-Verse datas and see how I do
You should, its the hands down best database. In fact, you'll probably find it hard at first due to the typical ease that comes with real world mods. But the challenge just makes it all that much more fun.
