It's completely random. You can't even assume that partners who have good chemistry as a team will have good chemistry as opponents - or vice versa. The only one I can think of that might work (I've not tested it, but remember someone suggesting it once) is if worker A has chemistry with workers B and C, then B and C might have good chemistry as well - but they might not. * On a related note, do chemistry notes ever appear from AI controlled feds? It'd be nice if you could look through your roster and find a guy who's racked up fifteen positive chemistry notes while he was working for your opposition - so you can steal all the people he's got chemistry with as well ;)

And secondly, no, you never get chemistry notes from AI controlled companies.
I think similar stats have something to do with it usin a RWM I had Chavo and Helms with good chemistry
No, no it really doesn't. I've had people with any variety of stats have chemistry with each other. For the most part, I believe I've heard it MIGHT be linked to a worker's Destiny stat, but we obviously can't check that easily. But in terms of in-ring ability or focus, no, it doesn't seem to factor, though similar workers with good chemistry can make for some truly excellent matches.

.. What? Tag teams don't have automaticly good chemisty, and they don't have to have good chemisty to be a good tag team: It's experience that counts. Altough tag team which has B (?) in experience doesn't count the bad chemistry anymore. I don't really get what you were saying.
I certainly haven't done any extensive testing, but the limited notes I've looked at actually reveal the opposite to be true. Glancing through my current game, every pair of wrestlers that have great chemistry fighting each other...every other wrestler that I've had fight both has good chemistry with one and bad chemistry with the other. So whenever A and B have good chemistry, C has good chemistry with A and bad chemistry with B. This is a very small sample size, probably 12-15 wrestlers, but it was very consistent. Probably a coincidence, but might be worth further testing.
