Couple of questions, Would appreciate some answers :) Whats the fastest way to push a worker? Whats the best way to improve a workers entertainment skill? Does making a worker win every match in his career make them ****y? Is their a way to cure workers playing pranks? Does it take more than a month for a worker to stop drugs? Since when i fine them it appears after every show?

Send him to development (together with a trainer with good entertainment skills). Have him in angles (5mins+ (?)) alongside workers with high entertainment skills. 3. It's very likely to. 4. I haven't found it yet, at least. If there is, it would differ worker to worker (due to different personalities). 5. You can check him again right after fining him. If he has quit, he will come out clean.

4. Depends on the personality and nature of the penalty, some loss their bad influences 5. The drug users can reform or even lose their drug dependency/addiction by making the right choices from number 4, i.e. remmy skye will reform his addiction by picking the fatherly approach, while bryant holmes will reform by mock firing; Plus both will be loyal(most of the time)
