Frank_Vest
Besides Grease Hogg and Lead Belly, are there any other over, decent tag teams available as free agents?
Liamo
They're not over and they're a little green, but The Foreign Legion (the DuPoint brothers) are unemployed. Get their psychology up and they'll be a good duo.
Comradebot
And the United Nations is another talented team in Europe (Herman the German and Kirk the Turk). Can't say that I've used them, but roster space is fleeting for me in most companies... I love my bloated rosters! And I know in Mexico there's those Luna brothers. They aren't all that great by themselves, but are very young and have A* experience together... with the right development they could go far. And as for America... well, they aren't over, and one's over 40, but I'll always mark out for the Tennessee Outlaws. Blackjack Robbins=awesome. benjacko
Stink and Grunt in the USA and Rave and Trance in the UK are two good free agent duos.
Antithesis
Isn't there a team of Samoans that pop up in Austrailia at one point?
Rathen4
Yes. The Samoan Demolition. I ****ing love them.
PoisonedSuperman
The Good Ol' Boys are pretty good too as well as The McWade twins.
Sigilistic
The Ring Generals are a decent team with lots of potential. Adam Matravers and Petey Barnes are a phenomenal team. Neither of those are really free agents, but they can be acquired at the start of the game.
pepper2008
Try Hugo Garrido and Grue Slugg if you want some good brawlers, Asiatico and Europea and Heximalo and Decimalo in Mexico, Smasher and Mauler in Australia, Henchmen 1 and 2 (brawlers) and Ian Vincible and his partner in Europe, Spirit of the Dragon and Lizard (i think) in Japan depends on what you are looking for. Stan Manna and Ricky Turner in the US
Eisen-verse
The Tokyo Express is always a must sign for me!
MrCanada
felt like bumping this... could you also include the names of the guys in the teams instead of just the names of the teams? Kind of annoying to have to look for them in the editor.
D-Lyrium
The Tokyo Express - Fumihiro Ota and Kazuma Narato The Ring Generals - Marv Statler and Dean Waldorf The Good Ol' Boys - Thimbleby Langton and Wooton Fitzpaine Samoan Demolition - Kid Malitoa and his mate. Future workers and Aussie only to start with, though... I have to wonder though, if you're using the editor to find the members of the teams anyway, why not just use the editor to filter for unattached regular tag teams with some experience? ;)
MrCanada
because I'm a dumby. Well I cant wait to bring in Samoan Demolition once they debut, and I've sent offers to The Ring Generals though they'll need a good stay in developmental before I can use them. So any other good teams? Dont have to be free agents persay, just available... so they can be PPA deals and such. Right now I literally have two tag teams. First Class White Trash (Grease Hogg and Lead Belly doing a comedy/fun loving trailer trash gimmick) and The Rekking Crew (a team of Doug Peak and T-Rex renamed Doug Rekk and Rex Crewe). I had the New Jersey Devils but recently turned Alex Braun heal, alligning him with Rich Money as his sidekick (occasional tag team). Maybe someone could recommend a new partner for Tank Bradley? D-Lyrium
Paul Steadyfast? He's around the same overness as Bradley, has the same build and comparable brawling skill (though he's obviously a far better wrestler). Could rename him something like Sherman Sheridan or something and call them the Allegheny Arsenal or something (Allegheny is a county in Pennsylvania). shadowmaster
If you want to make a good tag team, try John Greed and the Billion Dollar Man. In my game, I called them Money, Inc. Their names work out well together and they have great chemistry.
MrCanada
I like the Steadyfast idea. I actually was looking at him and then thought "what a dumb name, screw it" but it seems to be worth the gamble. Gives Bradley something to do. I also just brought in the McWade Brothers... they seem awesome to me. Thinking of doing a Dudley gimmick with them and having Larry Wood join as Dick McWade. D-Lyrium
How did I forget them? :o My second favourite tag team in the original data! Although it's rare to find an owner that'll let me hire Turner, since he sucks at selling, charisma and other key things. I still sign Manna though. I usually give Manna a new partner in this situation (often Tempest Appleby) so that I can use the name 'Hair Force One', because it's a cool name ¬_¬ My favourite original tag team is another team that, while not free agents, only work for a small company (MAW) - the Canadian Blondes - Oscar Golden and Flash Savage. The funny thing is, I have no idea why...
That 1 Dude
I remember using Rock City Stars and Canadian Blondes in the original data... I would always throw American Elemental and Panda Mask together too... I haven't a clue what I used to call them either.
