Multiplayer Game

First of all, for my 3 fans, SWF Storyteller is not dead, in fact I'm writing the next show right now. However, I like to have a few games going on at the same time, so I'd like to be in a multiplayer game, perhaps even a multiplayer dynasty. My preference is ... none really. I don't play Japan or Mexico, but that's really because I don't know how. Anywhere else however, is fine by me. Pitch your ideas! :D

I'd be up for a game... but I'm leaving town in a week, so it might make sense to start later on. And so, yeah. If you find someone else ready to start sooner, then by all means :) As for the style: I've been thinking about a US/Canada cult or lower game (one in US, one in Canada)... team up, overrun the dominant feds, then fight it out over the continent.

Hmm, I am going to run the game with d_w_w, probably.

 

But I had an idea. A NWA style 4 way game. Each person takes a territory (Be it all ready existing like CZCW or a new one) and we all align to take out the bg companies. Maybe makes sure all the different companies have a different style.

 

I'd be willing to run a smaller company, or the larger "figurehead" company.

I'd be up for the NWA style idea, I've always thought NYCW, MAW, CZCW and a 4th promotion (perhaps in Great Lakes) would make a great NWA type thing. Not sure I've got it in me to do a diary at this point in time, but if it was a short one I could manage that. Just not the type of massive write ups I burned myself out with in my BLW game.

Pittsburgh Steel Wrestling in the Great Lakes? I just don't see it working myself. But I do think an NWA promotion needs to cover more of the US, so even if someone wanted to create their own promotion up there it could be filled out like that.

 

Also... hey Apu. Good to see you on board, you were always great fun to play multiplayer with and I'm looking forward to kicking your ass like I used to in the old days.

How can anyone fail with two of the easiest promotions in TEW? There are only two more easier, below National sized promotion in Cornellverse, them being WLW and GCG.

I've been playing a USPW game recently with a bunch of custom angles I wrote and I've been having massive success. Prepare for NYCW to have the most awesome run of awesomeness ever spied, with Steve Flash being the msot awesome bit of awesomeness ever.

Up to you really. As the flagship promotion you'll probably want to be able to do a bit of everything in order to incorporate everyone else... but since you're also the major promotion of the group (I think?), we'll probably take our cues from you too. So you choose, and I'll follow... only better.

I'm usually around, but as of 1 hour and 21 minutes ago it's my birthday so I'm going to be fairly busy over the nexy few days. Must remember to call my mother and remind her how she was squeezing me out all those years ago, that ought to brighten up her morning.

 

Oh... anyone have any preferred method for passing files around? I'm fairly sure someone I played with set up a sendspace for one of our games so we just downloaded the files and then reuploaded them when necessary. It's probably easier than any other ways, though we should probably work this out sooner rather than later.

 

And player characters... anyone setting up their own or using defaults? I'm not sure what I'm doing yet but I generally use me as either a jobber with good performance skills or an announcer. Or I just use The Grand Avatar when I'm too lazy to bother with anything else.

Maybe make all of our user characters connected? Family or friends or something?

Mine is easy just add .net to my user name. And can I switch with Orange I already have a long term CZCW game going and although I have a MAW game as wel its only been less than a year so it wouldn't be too bad to start over.
