OOC : I like the format of FINisher's Diary so I thought I would give it a shot. For those enjoying my GDSVerse diary, I did get a little tired of modern games so I am using Mr T Jobs to Me's 1975 Mod, hope you guys enjoy !

 

OLLIE Taken Over ?

 

New head booker of OLLIE Was announced today, PJ Ouellet, has taken the throne, he wants to take the wrestling world by storm taking on OLLIE and trying to raise it up to a top promotion. A possibility of roster enhancement is on the horizon as well.

What a compliment.. But beware, it takes time if you are going to use colours the same way I do.. And actually I'm changing my style a bit, you'll see what has been added on the next show I hope you have the passion and interest in this diary as I do with mine. There really isn't mexican diaries right now so this should be something different..

I went to the office for a roster meeting with Sergio today, and boy was I pleased to see this roster, It was an awesome Roster. Some of the Top Mexicans Lucha Libre Wrestlers in the world.

El Mítico

El Mítico (sometimes called 'the Unicorn of Lucha Libre) is a decent worker with a noble, almost mythical persona who has been unforunately overshadowed by the vastly more popular El Patron. The two share similar looks and styles and form an occasional tag-team, but many people feel that Mítico would have been more successful had he been given the opportunity to break away more. For big events he will often don a traditional Aztec headdress to the delight of the fans.

El Patron

El Patron is arguably the most famous man in Mexico. He embodies the archetypal technico character in lucha libre and fans love him for it. But make no mistake: El Patron has the skills to go with his hugely successful character. In recent months, he has expressed interest in touring other countries. Huracán Sandoval

Huracán Sandoval is a very skilled high-flying luchador who seems on the verge of stardom. His finisher, "Ojo del Huracán," is guaranteed to draw cheers from the crowd. An OLLIE World Title appears in his immediate future.

North Star

North Star is a tremendously gifted luchador who has been a major star for OLLIE since the company was founded. A multiple-time champion, North Star has recently been slowed down by injuries and is ending his career as essentially a part-time worker for the company he helped make famous.

Pedro Ortiz

31, Degenerate, Heel

 

Pedro Ortiz was a very successful “singles” wrestler for the early part of his career while wearing a mask and going by the name “El Grosero.” But in 1970 he lost his mask in a major feud with Extraordinario. Ortiz unmasked, and he actually stopped wrestling for a few months before returning with Lemans as Los Terribles.

Águila is a talented high-flying luchador. He is very popular with younger fans and has recently started tagging regularly with La Sombra as Guererros de Libertad

El Mago

30, Mysterious, Face

 

Using face paint adorned with mystical symbols, a cloak, and a smoke-filled entrance, El Mago has created a mysterious image for himself that draws in the fans. He is a decent, consistent workerwith a good work ethic.

El Tricolor

31, Face, Patriotic

 

El Tricolor is one of the most popular luchadors in Mexico. Naturally. But along with nationalism, Tricolor is also a talented athlete and a gifted performer. Ironically, beneath that noble exterior he is a practical joker and somewhat of a rabble-rouser. He has had two tumultuos stays with OLLIE, once winning the World Title.

Soda De la Uva

34, Old School, Heel

 

Soda De la Uva (Grape Soda) is an experienced luchador who is mainly acomedy character used to put over more talented stars on OLLIE's roster. His wacky antics have gained him quite a following however and many fans don't leave satisfied unless they've seen Soda's patented "over the top rope pratfall" or the bit where he takes a fans drink, gets kicked in the stomach, and then spits up all over his opponent.

Zonk

24, Fun, Face

 

Luis Teodoro is a fairly good high flier who struck on the idea of creating a name and image based on a fuzzy blue monster character on a popular children's show. And thus, Zonk was born. His fun-loving personality shines through and fans have really repsonded. He often forms a tag team with Ultra Spark called Los Wild Boys.
