UFC-KING Posted December 21, 2008 Posted December 21, 2008 Prologue In a time where GAMMA and ALPHA-1 dominated the American and Japanese MMA Scene, it seemed like the premier action would always be theirs. And who could debate with it. With fighters like Hassan Fezzik and Sean Morrison Drawing huge crowds for both companies, and Non-Champions like Kunimichi Kikuchi and James Foster devastating everybody in their respected divisions. How would other companies make impacts onto the MMA Scene. Women's Extreme Fighting Federation tries their luck by breaking into the MMA Scene as the only Women's Only Fighting Organization. It seems like they are a sure fire Organization as ALPHA-1 has dropped their Women's division. However, the Canadian MMA Scene was unheard of, and that could complicate things for WEFF in the near future, which could easily rid the MMA Scene of Female Fighters for good. That could trouble the company who will always have that thought in the back of their minds. Then came along British Cage Fighting. Another Scrappy MMA Organization that took away from the MMA superpowers that are Japan and the U.S. How would British Fans React, how would they adapt to MMA in Britain ? That was always the question. But they proved that they could hang in there with any promotion with instant signings of British Superstars Garry McSweegan, Andrew Rush, George Laurent and Jason Dalglish. Who instantly became champions in the organization. Yes. T'was a tough time in the MMA world for any debuting promotion. But could they make an Impact on the MMA world like the 2 promotions before them ? Could they, have the potential to take over the MMA Scene, ridding them selves of tough competition with ALPHA-1 and GAMMA ? We would have to wait and see...
