Penalty for not enough workers

Does anyone know what the penalty is for not having the right amount of workers per card position based on your company size.

The reason i am asking this is i started playing Derick B's 97 C Verse mod using AAA and 3 weeks into the game my roster has been raided leaving me with just 1 main eventer and even my top uppercard worker was snatched away:(

Don't know the exact penalties but here's few tips to avoid the penalty: Push the non-wrestlers into active wrestlers. Or try signing working aggreement pacts with other promotion and loan wrestlers that you have enough them. <img alt="" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/smile.png.142cfa0a1cd2925c0463c1d00f499df2.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /> Or if possible, reschedule the event.

<p>You will also have a one week notice before they leave when your talent has been signed away so you have ample time to replace or job them.</p><p> </p><p>

The only penalty i recall is enough to knock down a recently cult company back to regional:D</p>

I'm trying to find replacements to bring in but the problem is the really talented workers wont sign cause i'm not big enough:( So i guess i will have to do a overhaul on my line up.</p><p>

I don't have the game right in front of me but i believe it was CZCW that launched the talent raid on me.Srry i have a brain freeze right now as it's almost 11pm here as i type this.</p><p>

The 1st worker they took Wanda Fish pissed me off then i got over it thinking oh well life goes on she will be back. Then week 3 bamm they steal 2 more back to back:mad:</p><p>

OK srry i'm done venting anyway's I'm just wondering if maybe it is yr company prestige that is hurt.</p>

Well, if you have time go play a new game with SWF as they lack the number of workers they will get the penalty on their first event. It will take just a couple of minutes:D

But if you fall in size, that will affect prestige obviously. Falling in size and "the penalty" are two different things. The penalty may cause falling in size, so it's a lose-lose situation.

Just something to note; it's total number of workers, not workers by card position. So if you're, say, four main eventers under, but have four excess workers elsewhere on the card, you'll be fine.

 

Well, 'fine' for this particular problem anyway, but not having enough main eventers will cause you other problems down the road.

That's just asking to be raided. Sign up some nobodies and develop them into somebodies. You might find loyalties develop which make you resistant (but not immune) to this occurring in the future.</p>

As a rule of thumb i generally have enough workers for the next rise in size as it helps with the development of new workers and tag teams, prevents you from the loss in overness from not enough workers after a raid and while you are looking for new ones or when you rise in size.

 

PS the loss in overness for the first swf event can be prevented by caling up some workers from development and then sending them back again.

I love to develop new workers and i also love challenges so this little incident with my talent being raided is just another challenge for me to get over. </p><p>

Anyways its not like i was on the verge of hitting cult or anything AAA in 97 is really only popular in the northwest and even there I'm below 35%.</p><p>

So i got time on my side.Time to develop new talent.And time to think of nasty evil thing's i can do to CZW;)</p><p>

I don't get why you are raided? In that mod 5SSW and NOTBPW are at least one year from being national. CZCW rarely hires female talent so that won't be a problem.

 

If one of your top people gets 'raided' (i prefer the use of 'promoted') that's a good thing. It all depends on what objectives you set for yourself. With CZCW or something, a nice objective would be to get major promotions to sign your talent. It's more fun (imo) playing as them if you set that as a goal. but then again, I'm a freestyler.
