I really like guys with good basic skills. If a guy isn't B- or better in performance skills it usually means that i am not going to be pushing them. Henry Lee is now an exception to this rule. 6 years in a game (started with open own promotion easy level). Henry Lee is now on the terminal decline list. He is way better now than when i first signed him. I picked him up just for his overness and his mic skills. He broke the B- popularity barrier before Acid (my first champion) and is right up there with The Big Problem as my biggest success stories. Anyways i see alot of other guys mentioned or used in diarys but rarely is the icon of insanity one of them. Yes the guy is a horrible wrestler but he can talk his way up and has never caused any problems backstage for me. He will be a big loss to me when he retires but I am giving him another run with the title and has become a 1st day signing for me in the future. Just giving the guy some props.

Henry Lee is a longtime enemy of mine. But it's good to see someone get mileage out of a worker who isn't often mentioned for any reason, especially considering his respectable overness in the USA.

Aw, c'mon Brickowski!

That said, this is something I dig out of the C-Verse 97 database. Outside of SWF or HGC, you really do find yourself looking at your roster and thinking "OK, Rick Sanders, Travis Century, The Punisher... they have to be useful for something..."

This is pretty amazing- it's great to see the GDS'ers move from the days of OH MAN FRANKIE PEREZ to this. It really is nice to see people taking less-than-amazing workers and using time and patience to train them up into something great. Like that picture I saw of Don Henderson with an A* in Tech? Oh man. Amazing.

Development has always been one of my favourite parts of the game, but I've had trouble doing it since the limit on pre-show segment time was imposed. Before that, I was hiring whoever and dark matching them ad nauseum. I made Mark Staddon amazing. But now? A lot harder. Hell, does anybody have tips for worker development?

Yeah. I'm extremely proud of that. At the time of that picture he's also the top champion in the #3 company in the world - and during all that time, he was never signed by any other company.

There's a lot to be done with almost anyone, I think.

If your a cult sized fed what i usually do try to keep your roster cost down so i can use everyone at the weekly tv show and ppv. If you can't afford to use everyone every show(it can happen) then i usually go with the 5 hot prospects/next big things listed in the creative meeting and make sure they are on every show normally jobbing. Bascially i want them losing as many 6 minutes matches as i can afford them to. The more they wrestle the better.
