mad5226 Posted January 4, 2009 Posted January 4, 2009 Alright a kind of noob question here. I know if a worker has low moral they will refuse to resign with you, but does it effect their matches at all? If say Bret Hart has low moral is he more likely to get the underperformed note or whatever it is. And on that same note how do I improve moral. I know if they are mad that they don't get enough matches just put them in matches, but what if they are upset about some of my recent decisions? Is that just somethning that takes time?
Tempest Kane Posted January 4, 2009 Posted January 4, 2009 not sure about the match thing. as far as improving it.. it deppends on their attitudes i think and exacly why they are pissed.. if its a case of they want more air time or to job less... the answer is simple 3-4 shows in a row with wins will fix them, some people fix easier than others. If its a case of "im unhappy with some of your recent decishions" then all i can suggest is what i do... send them to development when their contract is about to expire, let them leave the company and re-sign them right away (for some reason it dosnt give you the "omfg i just left ur company" message if they are in development when their contracts expire. When you re-sign them... they are happy with you again.
Antithesis Posted January 4, 2009 Posted January 4, 2009 Wrestlers with low morals? I can't believe it!
DeadCeleb Posted January 4, 2009 Posted January 4, 2009 I was wondering when someone would say something about the mis-spelling. lol.
Hyde Hill Posted January 4, 2009 Posted January 4, 2009 Yeah the dev thing works for firing too you dont have to pay ppl on written contracts severence fee when ya do that.
Derek B Posted January 4, 2009 Posted January 4, 2009 Unhappy workers are more likely to under-perform. Even an unhappy referee can get in the way of a good match and is likely to help generate a "lack of flow" note when you least expect it.
