Hallospensa Posted January 6, 2009 Posted January 6, 2009 is there a chance to get the key back? I can't find the registration/key email because it's maybe 2 years ago. Is there a chance to get another key with my adress or name or something else?
Derek B Posted January 6, 2009 Posted January 6, 2009 Contact Scott Vibert (scott@greydogsoftware.com) by e-mail or private message, he's the man to deal with regarding e-license issues. I don't know if he'll be able to help you though, you really should save your e-license codes somewhere safe as that is the thing you pay for. Losing that is like losing the CD that the game comes on... But having said that, Scott is very good so you might just be able to get something out of it if you are lucky.

Hallospensa Posted January 7, 2009 Author Posted January 7, 2009 Thx for your help. I wrote an email with ask for help Losing that is like losing the CD that the game comes on... Yes. Maybe your right. But it is much easier to keep an CD in an storage Rack than don't lose an email out of thousands. espacially when you got a new PC or format it or something. But i can understand if they don't help me. In the end it is all on me.
SmithTM Posted January 7, 2009 Posted January 7, 2009 I have had great results just by contacting elicense. I've been in the same boat as you (Hard drive crash) and didn't have the order ID or license number. I just sent them a message explaining what happened and gave them my name along with the game I needed the info for. They actually sent me back a message with all the license information on every game I've purchased. I've got that baby printed out and won't be losing that info again!
