slack Posted February 13, 2009 Author Share Posted February 13, 2009 There will be 15 Brackets. Each bracket's winner will make it to the Final Tournament. All 15 pools where randomly selected. Only their placement within the pool was determined by me. After all 15 brackets are finished, one more bracket of wild-cards from the other 15 brackets will decide the final 16th spot in the Final Tournament. The 15 brackets will be revealed later tonight.
