UFC-KING
OOC : I know I've started up on multiple occasions and ended them, but I've finally found a product that I like, and I really do enjoy MMA so I will try to keep this going as much as possible. http://i429.photobucket.com/albums/qq11/TEWMan/INSPIRE/INSPIRE.jpg "Ladies and Gentlemen, We have a problem, We have a different style here at INSPIRE and we want to keep it that way, The Problem is, we can't attract enough people since that damn ALPHA-1's been around. It sucks, but I've hired somebody new, If anybody can pick this company back up off the ground, it's this guy, he used to fight for ALPHA-1, quit after a year of combat, Please Welcome, our new head booker, Takayuki Kohsaka." "Thank you for the intro Mr. Kikkawa, guys, I know how the people at ALPHA-1 ran things over there, trust me that business will be in the ground by the end of this year. To Make things more interesting, I've brought some guys in, and they will be posing some threats for everybody, Nobody will know who they are until the next tour event, which happens to be this Wednesday, but they won't be here until next week, so you have at least one event of Prep Time." "So Takayuki, should we tell them their positions on the roster, or should we wait ?" "Let's do it now I guess" King of Fighters (Upper Midcard-Main Event) http://i429.photobucket.com/albums/qq11/TEWMan/INSPIRE/BillyRussell.jpg Billy Russell "The Tap Out Artist" Billy Russell is a talented mat wrestler from Puerto Rico, who has an extensive background in Mixed Martial Arts too. The biggest fight of his MMA career was in 2001, when he reached the quarter finals of the major tournament of the year, losing to future wrestling star Buddy Garner. A national hero in his homeland of Puerto Rico, he joined the new Japanese promotion INSPIRE in 2006 and has been one of the success stories of the company so far. http://i429.photobucket.com/albums/qq11/TEWMan/INSPIRE/DanStoneJr.jpg Dan Stone Jr. Dan Stone Jr is the son of the legendary Canadian wrestler and promoter Dan Stone Sr., and is virtually a spitting image of his dad at the same age. Quite simply one of the best wrestlers in the world, Dan is virtually the definitive article when it comes to all-round wrestling; whether it's brawling, technique, or high flying, he can do it all to a world class level. Some of his matches with elder brother Jeremy have been called the greatest of all time by some wrestling journalists. http://i429.photobucket.com/albums/qq11/TEWMan/INSPIRE/JungleJack_alt2.jpg Jack Marlowe Jack Marlowe is a wrestler who has a dual-life. No matter where he works, or under what name, he clearly has the tools to be a huge success - good looks, a great muscular physique, power, surprising agility and a lot of charisma. It seems only a matter of time before superstardom comes calling. http://i429.photobucket.com/albums/qq11/TEWMan/INSPIRE/LiBingci.jpg Li Bingci Li Bingci was an Olympic silver medal winner for China in freestyle wrestling at the 2004 Olympic Games. After being spotted working in Europe by BHOTWG, he was brought over to Japan for a try out. Unfortunately for them, the new INSPIRE promotion jumped in and signed him up first. Marat's awe-inspiring debut performance for them, when he knocked out the legendary Tadiyuki Kikkawa for the title, made him an overnight mega-star in the East. http://i429.photobucket.com/albums/qq11/TEWMan/INSPIRE/MasaakiOkazaki.jpg Masaaki Okazaki Masaaki Okazaki is an aggressive submission style worker, who is respected throughout Japan for his ultra-physical approach to every match. He was a mainstay of the Burning Hammer Of The Wrestling Gods heavyweight division for many years before he shockingly walked out alongside Tadiyuki Kikkawa to help form INSPIRE in 2006. Other than that, fans mostly remember him for his violent 2004 feud with Hooded Kudo, where they had a series of awesomely heated and bloody battles. http://i429.photobucket.com/albums/qq11/TEWMan/INSPIRE/MikeWatson.jpg Mike Watson 'The Calgary Assassin' Mike Watson was one of the most famous shoot fighters in the world, who was probably the most famous face in the sport during the late 1990s. He eventually made the conversion to pro wrestling, fighting in Japan for BHOTWG, and his natural ability made the crossover look easy. He was a huge success with BHOTWG, but in 2006 was part of the "rebellion" of wrestlers who followed the legendary Tadiyuki Kikkawa in his walk out to form the INSPIRE promotion. http://i429.photobucket.com/albums/qq11/TEWMan/INSPIRE/MokuamiMaita.jpg Mokuami Maita "The Babyfaced Assassin" Mokuami Maita is a wrestler known for his technically minded approach when in the ring, who made a name for himself as part of the world famous BHOTWG Junior division. He provided a nice counter-balance to the division, being one of the few Junior competitors who doesn't do a lot of high flying, instead relying on his highly respected grasp of submission wrestling. Rumours began circulating in late 2006 that he was planning to leave, apparently upset at not having more title shots, and they proved to be accurate as he left in the summer of 2007 to join World Level Wrestling. http://i429.photobucket.com/albums/qq11/TEWMan/INSPIRE/MorimasaKato.jpg Morimasa Kato Morimasa Kato is a rookie worker with a solid all-round game, who is noted for having a legit fighting background. For example Hughes will defeat Kikkawa, and Khoklov will defeat everyone you book to fight him basicly.

Sarumara takes a quick lift, and puts him down on the canvas. He is currently in the guard position, with Owusu trying to push himself away from the corner to stand back up to his feet. He makes a crucial mistake though, allowing Sarumara to stand up, and drop a massive punch on the Ivorian's head. Very well executed by Sarumara. He is now mounted, and very quickly turns over and locks on his trademark Mounted Arm-Lock. Owusu tries to hold on, but eventually gives into the pain. He comes too close though, and takes a wicked counter punch from Kato that catches him off guard, causing him to back up into the ropes. Kato's Killer instinct immediately kicks in and swarms in on him throwing quick punches that put So'oialo on the ground and causes referee Doppo Ibu to step in and stop the fight at 4:34 of Round 1. York tries to cause the turnover, but Okazaki pushes him back down to the mat. York slips out the back and stands back up. They circle around landing little jabs and the occasional leg kick to end the round. Round 2 Okazaki comes back out strong with more leg kicks to continue the fight. York lands a solid front kick to back him up, and comes back forward with a big right hand that rocks Okazaki. Okazaki clinches to stop him, and rests and gets his footing back. Okazaki puts him against the ropes, and takes him down once more. York holds him to stop any punches from coming down and the bell rings with both still in a stalemate. Round 3 York runs in again with yet another successful front kick that pushes Okazaki back yet again. Okazaki jumps and pulls guard, attempting a flying arm-lock in the process, but York shakes it off and drops a punch to Okazaki's forehead. Watson continues to push forward and to push the pace. The round continues on in this manner until the end of the time limit. This frustrates Kikkawa, who grows restless, and attempts to take Hughes down, who stuffs the takedown and pushes him away, and proceeds to Chase him down and throw punches. Kikkawa tries again, and this time scores the takedown, holding him down with powerful Ground and Pound to finish the round. Round 2 Kikkawa is able to catch Hughes off guard this time, getting inside and throwing a beautiful right cross that lets him follow up with a Suplex Takedown on the challenger. Kikkawa now has back control, which puts Hughes in turtle position, allowing Kikkawa to move freely and throw punches and dominate Hughes in every sense. Hughes manages to get out and land some more jabs, and tests Kikkawa's chin with his powerful right hook, it does not phase Kikkawa who continues to push forward and hold him against the ropes until the end of the round. Round 3 Kikkawa recks Hughes with a massive Kikkawa Combo, landing a streak of powerful Right and Left Hooks, eventually Collapsing Hughes against the ropes, leaving Kikkawa free to throw as he pleases, forcing referee Doppo Ibu to stop the fight at the 4 Minute Mark of Round 3 to Defend his King of Fighters Championship for the first time. Ockbald
I just wanted to express that: 1) I though INSPIRE was a hybrid beteween HUSTLE(in the begining) and NOAH, as if everthing is worked wrestling but they got MMA fighters in the mix. Not a real MMA federation. Is this what your diary is about? Making Inspire a real MMA federation? 2) Champagne Lover, a luchador who is also a Soap Opera artirst in MMA?
