When I created the X-WA (in this way versus the default data set for the XWA)... I wanted to create a company that was a fusion of borderline old school ECW and a "Modern company" like CZCW. So, needless to say... It's darker entertainment (more adult based) with lightweight/middleweight fliers. The matches are fast paced like the old school ECW ones with superstars like Super Crazy, Eddie Guerrero, etc.... And mixed with a lot of crazy personalities (ie: Griffith, Acid, Nemesis, etc.).</p><p> </p><p> All in all, Thanks CZCW! It's good to know that what I was trying to create comes off the way I want it to on paper.</p><p> </p><p> Cheers.</p>

X-WA "Thursday Night Blitzkrieg" - TV Event

Saturday, 1st week of July 2008 (Shown on TV on Thursday)

The X-WA Arena (Tri-State)

[... The Kingsbury Crew is not physically present tonight ...]

[This weeks episode of "Thursday Night Blitzkrieg" opens up in a unique fashion as there are no chaotic crowd members flailing themselves infront of the TV cameras... No overwhelming chants in favor of a certain superstars... No Live Feed of the X-WA Arena. Instead, this weeks episode opens with a view of William Kingsbury III, his bodyguard Vladimir, and the mysterious unknown "Riot Squad" figure, all at his side. With a ****y grin streaming from one side of his face to the other, Kingsbury slightly adjusts his body... Now leaning, more so, forward as he sits upon a white leather couch in the middle of a gloriously decorated living room.... The Kingsbury Estate. With large picasso paintings in the background, marble fixtures scattered around the area, and gold-plated statues seen strategically placed around the room... There is an overall sense of grandure to the scene... And obvious way to show what Kingsbury comes from (even if it is his dad's money that acquired all of this). With that, Kingsbury delivers this quick message for the X-WA Fans... Superstars... and more importantly... It's Owner.]

"We were unable to attend the show tonight as we were not reassured that enough security would be present to ensure our safety. The reason for such precautions? Your supposed, "Beloved Leader", Nemesis. Ever since I joined the X-WA back in February... He's made it his personal goal to drag my family's name through the slums of this city... Pretty much, Where all of you in attendance live. [smirks] He's done nothing to prove to me that he has changed his approach, therefore, I will not only continue my "Strike"... but will also proceed with my legal suit against the company. It wouldn't have to be this way... However, Nemesis has made it so... Blame this all on him."

[From there, Kingsbury would continue to justify his actions as it pertains to suing the X-WA... Citing that Nemesis has recently become unhinged, even more so, and poses an even greater security risk due to this fact. The thing that supposedly unhinged him? The very man who stands at his side... The Mysterious "Riot Squad" attacker... A figure that has assaulted the X-WA Owner on three previous occassions. With that, Kingsbury delivers this message centered solely around his connection (despite vehemently denying such a connection was there for almost a month) with the mysterious attacker.]

"Sure, I said that I had nothing to do with this situation... but... I lied. [Laughs] What you gonig to do about it? Sue Me? [Laughs again as there is a sense of irony behind this all] You have done thing but try to tear my Family Name down.. Nemesis. What else was I to do? I forced you to realize the carnage you had levied upon me by doing the exact same to you. However, the thing is... I can't take complete credit for this one. [smirks] Then again, that's a subject for a later date.... But don't worry... It will all make sense to you at "Hellbent". Trust me."

[With that, Kingsbury delivers an arrogant stint of laughter... Closing his short promo, on location at the Kingsbury estate, and ultimately delivering a message to the Owner of the X-WA that this whole scenario goes MUCH DEEPER than anyone had originally thought.]

Stric Lee Bizness © vs. Stevie Grayson

[X-WA Arena Championship Match]

The opening match of the night was truly a unique affair as, for the first time EVER, "Thursday Night Blitzkrieg" opened with a Championship match! The silent, but ever so deadly, Champion was set to square off against a releative newcomer to the X-WA. Despite being rather "green" to the World-of-X, Stevie Grayson was focused and ready for tonight's action... Coming down to the ring with his fellow Trio-mates, "The Boys of Huntington Beach" (Mainstream Hernandez & Sebastian Jameson). On the other hand, Stric Lee Bizness slowly ascended into the ring... Very cold, very calculating, and never releasing an Ice cold stair directed squarely upon his opponent.

The match itself was truly a hard fought battle as Stevie Grayson was out to prove himself from the very start of the match. The funny thing is, Grayson really isn't all that talented from an in-ring perspective.... He is almost laughable from a brawling standpoint and his technical skills are something of a novice, despite being a veteran in a way, however, it's his intangiles that really make the difference. An average flier with a sense of flashiness to his stride, Grayson found himself "at par" with the Arena Champion through-out most of their bout... Using springboard spots to his advantage on more than one occassion.

However, in the end, Stric Lee Bizness's technical prowess was too much for the Challenger to overcome as the Arena Champion was able to slow down the overall pace of the match. After a string of stiff strikes to the right knee of Grayson, followed by a smattering of painful submission holds on that very knee, Stric Lee had finally gained control of the situation at hand.... Finishing the former Indy superstar off with a bruising combination.... Throwing Grayson chest first into the corner turnbuckle and as he slowly backed away... Staggering while holding his chest... The Champion quickly slid in and latched in a Full Nelson... Finally taking him up and over with his signature Full Nelson Belly-to-Back Suplex/Pin combo. Grayson tries to break free, however, the damage is done... and a three count was delivered.

Winner: Stric Lee Bizness over Stevie Grayson in 10:54 via pinfall.

Grade: C-

Steve Smith: Stric Lee Bizness continues to position himself as one of the most dangerous figures in the X-WA Today!

Ernie Turner: I love this kid.... A true "Ice Cold Assasin".

Angle: No Trust here...

Grade: D

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v305/Zobeto1/Show%20Minis/JossThompson_alt1.jpg

[... "Next-Gen" Outcast ...]

[shortly following Stric Lee Bizness's successful title defense, we quickly cut to a live feed of the backstage locker room area. Standing before the X-WA camera man is former "Next-Gen-Trio" member, Joss Thompson, watching a small monitor to his left which displays what had just transpired in the ring. While it looks like Joss may be setting his sights on SLB, and more importantly the Arena Championship, this notion is quickly disrupted as Joss is greeted by someone he doesn't look so happy to see...]

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v305/Zobeto1/Show%20Minis/JacobJett.jpg

[... A plea for forgiveness ...]

[Jacob Jett, a former member of the "Next-Gen-Trio" himself, slowly steps into the scene... Motioning to Joss that he "comes in peace", however, his reassuring tone doesn't seem to put Joss at ease. Jett, trying to re-connect with his former Trio-mate, attempts to apologize for his actions when Joss had been kicked out of the group... Citing that he had NO IDEA something like this was going to happen and that he allowed his emotions to get the best of him. Joss, not wanting to hear a second of it, reminds Jacob that not only did he stand by and watch Cartier lay him out... but he also had to endure an attack from Jacob himself. Jett, still trying to ease over the situation, tries to blame his attack on Joss as a biproduct of the control Francios Cartier had over him at the time.... However... , again, Joss wants nothing to do with it. Instead, Thompson leaves this final message for Jett just before exiting the locker room area.]

"You think that your apology is going to allow you to step out of this smelling like a rose? [shakes his head] You're on the same level as Francios... A gutless punk in need of an attitude adjustment... But that's for another time... another place... As Tonight... I'm starting with your "buddy", Cartier."

[With that, Joss blows right past Jacob Jett... Slamming his right shoulder directly into Jett's nearest shoulder... Sending a message that Joss does not, and will never, trust Jacob Jett again.]

Ares vs. Burning TAKA

Both of these men were part of the first ever X-WA Chaos Championship match this last month at "eXtreme Decimation", however, it goes even farther than that as Ares was the very man who eliminated TAKA towards the end of the match with a Half-Nelson Chokehold. That very submission hold would allow Ares to be one of the final two suprestars viaing for the newly minted Championship Gold, also pushing TAKA on the outside looking in after an amazing showing by a man who hasn't had much success in the X-WA. Thus said, there was a lot of ill-will between these two men straight out of the gate.

Ares, a "tough-as-nails" street fighter, made his presence known from the very beginning.... Mowing over Burning TAKA with an array of "spit flinging" punches followed up with a suplex or two, all in the hope of keeping the "aerial King" from taking flight. However, TAKA would find a way to regain his composure and ultimately use his advanced aerial skills to push the match in his favor.... Striking Ares on several occassions with a list of high impact moves that kept him completely guessing at first.

However, in the end, Ares was fortunate enough to side step a leaping, and flipping, closeline off the top rope. Upon impact, TAKA's leg looked as if it gave out on the canvas below, struggling to shake it off... TAKA tried to spin around to keep his opponent at bay, however, Ares was already swooping in for the kill... Locking in the very same Half-Nelson Chokehold that he had orignally defeated TAKA at "eXtreme Decimation" with... Kicking himself back onto the canvas below and sinking into his submission hold even more so... Finally forcing his opponent, to once again, Tap out.

Winner: Ares over Burning TAKA in 9:48 via submission.

Grade: C-

Ernie Turner: I dare you, Steve..... Go in there and try to break Ares's submission hold. [Laughs] That way I can take full control of this table.

Steve Smith: Very funny, Ernie. If I go in there I won't be walking out that's for sure... That man is a monster!

Angle: You broke the code...

Grade: C-

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v305/Zobeto1/Show%20Minis/FumihiroOta_alt.jpghttp://img.photobucket.com/albums/v305/Zobeto1/Show%20Minis/KillSwitch.jpg

[... A Friend stands up for the Flash Family ...]

[After coming out of, what can only be classified as, an unadulterated promotional break for the X-WA's upcoming PPV event, "Hellbent", we are given a view of a slim hallway area backstage. As various X-WA officials scurry from one end of the hallway to the next, we all of a sudden see X-WA Stand-out, and "Sense" for both Jay Chord and Mikkel Drago, Fumihiro Ota. The grizzled veteran looks to be slightly shaken up as his body language says it all. With a heavy step pattern, and a scowl that's not very common for such a "well-centered" individual, Fumihiro quickly turns the corner and barges into a small, dimly lit, waiting room. There, within the room, stood the X-WA Six Man Champions... "The Circus".]

[Without any second to spare, Fumihiro Ota delivers this message squarely to the "Circus's Ringmaster", and man who powerbombed Mathew Flash through a flaming table last week, Kill Switch...]

"I'm going to make this short and sweet. What you did last week was inexcusable... You broke the "code", Switch, and you know it. Your attack on Mathew, dropping him through a flaming table, did more than send a message to Steve Flash... It put someone's life at risk. [silently stairs down Kill Switch for a second] Now I know that this is not exactly my battle, however, Steve is a good friend of mine. You can count on the fact that he will be back to deliver a sense of pain you've never even realized was possible... but... Tonight, I stand as the physical stand-in for Steve. Tonight, I'm going to force some respect into you.... Just like you forced Mathew through the flames."

[With that, Kill Switch.... never flinching for one second... Delivers a short message in return... Raising his chin slightly in the air as a sign of defiance.]

"Listen here, Old man... Your lectures may work on your mindless sheep... but they fall past my ears. I don't really care what "code" you think I broke... Mathew, Steve.... They had this coming. [silence for a second] As for tonight, Make sure that both Chord and Drago are at ringside.... I want them to attend another educational presentation.... I want for them to understand what it's like to watch their Hero, their "sense", become a victim right before their eyes."

[A slight stint of "cold-blooded" laughter follows Kill Switch's response as his Jackals (Whippy and Snap Dragon) are seen joining their "Ringmaster" in a show of demonic arrogance. The scene comes to a close with the lasting image of Fumihiro Ota stairing down his opponent for tonight, Kill Switch, as "The Circus" shows no remorse for their vicious attack upon the Flash youngster last week on "Blitzkrieg".]

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v305/Zobeto1/X-WA/AmericanElemental.jpghttp://img.photobucket.com/albums/v305/Zobeto1/X-WA/vs.jpghttp://img.photobucket.com/albums/v305/Zobeto1/X-WA/DavisWayneNewton.jpg

American Elemental vs. Francios Cartier w/ Queen Emily

These two men come into tonight's match-up with the same goal in mind.... Proving their worth in the X-WA. AE, recently working a lengthy campaign with both Ultimate Phoenix and X-WA Arena Champion Stric Lee Bizness, has come out on the other end looking slightly weak due to his inability to truly perform consistently at a high level. On the other hand, Francios Cartier, formerly the leader of the X-WA youngster Trio "The Next-Gen-Trio", has stripped away those who were "holding him back" (ie: Joss Thompson and Jacob Jett) and is now setting out on a singles career focused primarily on creating a pathway towards wrestling immortality. What man would ultimately come away with a much needed victory?

American Elemental, a figure that many believe COULD be a big time player at some point in the X-WA, started the match off with a series of chain wrestling spots that truly showed his technical depth. Cartier, keeping up with AE for the most part, also showed that he was able to not only keep up with AE's blistering pace but also that he could deliver his end of the chain pretty well. As both men continued their assault, Queen Emily was seen often trying to interfere upon the action... Seemingly attempting to get into the head of Cartier's opponent. This fact would push AE to actually slingshot himself over the top rope, as he is known for his absolutely reckless high flying style, and exicute a flipping aerial spot upon the unsuspecting Emily! The crowd ate this up like crazy as a chant formed of "Down goes the B*tch" through out the X-WA Arena.

In the end, Cartier tried to come to his recently acquired manager's aide... However, this would pose to be his biggest mistake as both Jacob Jett and Joss Thompson were seen coming out to the ringside area at seperate times to intefere upon the enraged Cartier. In a short show of teamwork, Jett and Thompson were seen distracting Cartier (who is now back in the ring) for long enough for AE to quickly slide in and successfully exicute a snap neckbreaker on the distracted Cartier. This manuever would ultimately lead to AE's singature "Inferno Splash" (450 Splash) from the top rope.... Eventually landing a three count from X-WA senior referee, Ryan Holland.

Winner: American Elemental over Francios Cartier in 12:45 via pinfall.

Ernie Turner: This is bullsh*t! Francios Cartier was screwed out of a victory tonight by the very two losers that he was forced to kick out of the "Next-Gen-Trio". If Nemesis had even an inch of sanity left in that oversized head of his... He would re-start this match.

Steve Smith: Do you want to keep your job? There is now way this one is getting restarted.... This is what happens to people who turn on their only allies in the X-WA.... You create enemies!

Angle: Cluster-F*ck... "Fall of the Next-Gen-Trio"

[... Three-Way Attack ...]

[The match comes to a close as Joss Thompson quickly slides into the ring, under the nearest bottom rope, zero'ing on his former "Next-Gen" Trio-mate, Francios Cartier. Jacob Jett, seeing an opportunity as well, follows Joss's path as he joins Joss in the middle of the ring. Both men, actually acting in tandem, lay into their former Trio leader... Taking out weeks of frustration upon the very man who had once bossed them around, and then recently discarded them from the group without any sense of knoweldge. Cartier, completely unable to defend himself, is floored quite quickly as it looks as if the two attackers are actually working in unison... Then is...]

[All of a sudden Joss Thompson lays out Jacob Jett, who was standing right next to him, as Jacob was attempting to shake his hand as a show of peace... Hoping that their tandem beatdown on their former boss may have smoothed over some of the ill-wills between the two of them. Now, with Jett on his back following a quick striking superkick from Joss Thompson, Joss is seen going absolutely bezerk... Yelling down onto both of his former Trio-mates... Showing signs that his frustration has truly boiled over into a full on rage.]

[This continues shortly untill, all of a sudden, Queen Emily springs back onto the scene with a knee-rattling low blow from behind on the unsuspecting Joss Thompson. With his hands positioned towards his groin, trying to tense up as much as possible to releave the pain, Cartier is seen springing back to his feet with help from his new manager. From there, Cartier would get the last laugh as he floors the stumbling Joss Thompson with his signature Brainbuster Fisherman's Suplex.... Planting him squarely in the middle of the ring.]

[The crowd in attendance is boo'ing like crazy as Cartier, again, arrises as the ultimate victor in this scenario... "The Fall of the Next-Gen-Trio". With his bitch of a manager at his side, Cartier slowly raises his arms into the air as a show of self-obsession. We slowly fade to a commercial break by this point as the X-WA camera is positioned firmly upon, quite possibly, THE Most hated man in the X-WA Today.]

Fumihiro Ota vs. Kill Switch

[Trio Leader vs. Trio Leader]

These two men already have a storied history with one another as they had both been part of a three-way affair for the X-WA X Championship a few months back at "Recklss Ascent". There heated rivalry at that time was centered around Championship gold and this bout carried the exact same sentiment, however, this time it was not the X-WA X Championship but rather the X-WA Six Man Championships hanging in the balance. WIth that being said, their re-match looked more like a Lumberjack match than anything else as both men's Trios were seen sorrounding the ring on either side. Jay Chord and Mikkel Drago (in support of their fearless Teacher, Fumihiro Ota) and Whippy the Clown and Snap Dragon (in support for their anarchist "Ringmaster"). With so much tension in the air... Who could, not only slow down their opponent enough to win, but also stave off the opposing Trio in the process?

Fumihiro Ota, still fuming over what Kill Switch had done to his friend's , Steve Flash, Son last week on "Blitzkrieg", seemingly summoned the heart of the Flash Family as ruthless agression was practically spilling out of his fists. It looked as if Ota had pulled the entire Flash Family upon his back as he looked for revenge upon the "Circus Ringmaster" while Steve Flash was at home with his ailing Son. With every move, There was an extra kick to it... With every strike... Kill Switch was seen trying to stagger his way back into control. However, despite his focused approach, Kill Switch would ultimately find a way back in this match.

The self-proclaimed Anarchist, Switch began to cheap shot his way back into the lead... Beating down Ota in the process and using a string of technical manuevers to eventually slow down the inspired Ota. At one point, the hated figure, threw Ota over the top rope and onto the floor... Right before his students. As chord and Drago looked to help Ota back up to his feet.... Kill Switch was heard yelling down to them.... "Let him lay there... Like the washed up hasbeen that he is". This pushed both Chord and Drago to stair down the "Circus Ringmaster", weighting the option of running in and attacking him, however not doing so after Ota proclaimed that this fight was between him and Switch.

In the end, both men were creating a climactic finish... Gradually building the match with more and more intensity until it finally happened.... As Kill Switch attempted to land a Fireman's Carry.... Ota was fortuante enough to slip out from his grasp following a few hard striking elbow shots to the side of Switch's head. Ota, using the nearest ring ropes to gain momentum, quickly sprung back into action.... Landing his signature "Ninja Strike" (a double-clutch Front Kick) square to the Jaw of Kill Switch. The impact was so strong that Switch's head shot back, almost as if it was about to fly right off of his shoulders, and his eyes slowly rolled into the back of his head. At this point, both Chord and Drago were seen occupying Snap Dragon and Whippy the Clown long enough for Ryan Holland to deliver a standard 3 count in favor of "Last Month's X-WA Superstar of June 2008".

Winner: Fumihiro Ota over Kill Switch in 14:55 via pinfall.

Grade: C+

Steve Smith: Did you see Kill Switch's face upon impact? wow... I don't think he knows where he is right now.

Ernie Turner: It was a lucky shot....

[... One man changes their course ...]

[Just seconds before tonight's Main Event, We encounter two of its competitors stairing eachother down... nose to nose... eye to eye... In the backstage locker room area of the X-WA Arena. The two men, entrenched in a feud since February of 2008, are none other than bitter rivals... Jack Griffith and Vicente Marquez. A heavy sense of tension sorrounds these two as X-WA security guards already move in to seperate the situation... Knowing that all it would take was a split second for this to get out of hand. However, neither man break their stair. As the crowd of security members fill the hallway and turn it into a theoretical sardines can... Vicente Marquez delivers this message from on far to his upcoming opponent for tonight.]

"I've realized one thing within all of this Jack... You were labeling me, pursuing me, and even forcing me to be a victim... however, I was aiding in your attacks. I was holding myself as a victim... Allowing you, in a sense, to overrun me without any real retribution. I came to the X-WA as a naive foreigner... Thinking that everyone was out to help you achieve your dreams instead of the truth behind it all. So, in a way, it was your torture... your hell that you bestowed upon me that ultimately showed me the light. [smirks] I may have allowed you to push me around, play me off like a victim for this long... But tonight starts a new chapter as it pertains to you and I. [Nods his head and smirks in confidence] Tonight.... I fight back."

[With that, The X-WA security guards on hand seperate the two of them enough that neither can see eachother now. Jack Griffith, still in the locker room area, is absolutely livid... Kicking over objects close to him... Showing signs that the "psycho one" is, once again, "tearing at the seems". We continue to watch Griffith for a few more seconds as the consummate "Train Wreck" begins to hold an aggressive conversation with himself about how Vicente Marquez will understand his pain... Understanding his suffering..]

[Meanwhile, another shot shows a much more composed Vicente Marquez walking down the hallway with a gathering of X-WA Security guards still behind him. The camera man, pack peddling in front of the youngster, zooms in on the Mexican-Native with the intent of displaying the sense of self-confidence resonating off of him through his swaggering body language. It looks as if Vicente Marquez really has turned over a new leaf in the X-WA as he no longer sees himself as the "Victim of Jack Griffith"... Rather, that his trials and tribulations ultimately made him a hardened fighter... A man more focused than ever to prove everyone, especially Griffith, wrong.... That he's on the verge of making a huge splash, something that was interrupted by Griffith before, in the X-WA.]

Acid and Jack Griffith vs. "The Acid Impostor" and Vicente Marquez

[standard Tag Match]

["Blitzkrieg" Main Event]

This weeks Main Event would pit four men who have been intertwined with one another over the last two months. Vicente Marquez has seen a rise in his X-WA stock as the "battle-tested" youngster has overcome all odds, most obviously Jack Griffith's wrath, to via for the X-WA X Championship last month at "eXtreme Decimation" against the historic inaugural Champion, Acid. With that being said though, Marquez hasn't always been held in such illuminating light as he has also spent the last 6 months trying to fend off a hellacious war from the psychotic, and often violent, Jack Griffith. Their feud has far too many levels to lay out here, however, coming into this match... Everyone knew that this moment would be, yet another, notch in their epic feud. Meanwhile, Acid and his supposed "copy-cat" were nearing this month's PPV, "Hellbound", and a date with destiny. The mysterious masked Impostor has made his presence known for the last two months as he's, for a lack of a better word, plagued the X-WA X Champions recent days.... Always hovering over the very man who many believed to have been mysterious himself. Needless to say, Tonight's Main Event was setting up to be a truly explosive ordeal.

The match itself carried a true sense of "grit".... A real showing of absolute hatred as both Jack Griffith and Vicente Marquez practically tore up the ringside area.... even when they were not the legal men in this match. Their abusive brawling staggered all over the ringside area, into the crowd, and at one point looked as if it was about to spill into the backstage area (This happened when they were not the legal competitors in the match as a 10 count would have stopped them from doing so)... However, they were slowly pulled back to the ringside area when Marquez dragged Griffith by his greasy hair.... Griffith screaming the entire way.

On the other hand, Acid and his "Imposter" were much of the opposite.... Both men trying to feel out the other... Both men trying to make sense of eachother. There advances looked to be very protected as neither really knew what to expect... However, they did make for some great moments as both men were seen using the same signature Acid manuevers and taunts. At one point, both men were seen using Acid's gladiator pose from opposite sides of the ring.... Exciting the crowd into a frenzy.... And forcing both men into, now, a less protective fight.... Laying into eachother with fists of fury... Allowing the unknown to pass and focusing on the match itself.

In the end, Vicente Marquez was successfully able to knock Griffith completely out of the match as he landed his signature "Vicente Spike" (Brainbuster DDT) on the cement floor in the crowd. Griffith, upon impact, was seen completely lifeless.... Out cold.... And unable to hinder the ending of tonight's Main Event. Meanwhile, Acid and "The Acid Impostor" were brawling back and forth in the ring.... The X Champion, looking to finish off the match himself (unaware of the "Vicente Spike" from Marquez on the outside on Griffith) set up for a Tornado DDT.. However, his "Impostor" was ready for the attempt... Instead... blocking the move and ultimately breaking the hold with a series of wild right hands.

Instead, "The Acid Imposter", was able to pull the X-WA X Champion off of the top rope in an elevated powerbomb position.... Finally landing his opponents, and I guess... His?, signature sit-down powerbomb manuever called "The Acid Rain Bomb". The X-WA fans are completely beside themselves with joy as the very first man to score a pinfall on the Champ himself...... is..... A man dressed up to mimic the dominating superstar.

Winner: "The Acid Impostor" and Vicente Marquez over Acid and Jack Griffith in 15:20 via pinfall.

Grade: C-

Steve Smith: ACID HAS BEEN PINNED..... ACID HAS BEEN PINNED!! GOOD GOD! WE HAVE JUST WITNESSED HISTORY!

Ernie Turner: That pin count seemed a little fast....

Steve Smith: Even you can't rain on this parade, Turner. The X-WA X Champion has finally been pinned... After Six Months of never finding that sort of outcome.... it's come to pass... Here.... Tonight!

Ernie Turner: Quiet down, Steve. It's not like he lost the X Championship.... So, fine... He was pinned... I still put my money on him at "Hellbound".... How could you not?

Angle: Toying with his Sanity…

Grade: B-

[The Main Event has come and passed with a truly shocking outcome… The X-WA X Champion, a man who is still undefeated in Singles Competition, suffered his very first pinfall loss in X-WA history. The crowd in attendance is at a feverish pitch by this point… Understanding the magnitude of such a feat… Especially coming at the hands of a mysterious figure… A man who has debuted with the company as a pure “Copy-Cat” of the very man he just defeated seconds ago.]

[There is this overall feeling that this week’s episode has finally come to a grand ending as a live shot of the ringside area resembles your typical close of the show…. The victors celebrating before the overly joyous crowd, the commentary team of Steve Smith and Ernie Turner look to wrap up tonight’s action with as many buzz words as possible, and a zoomed out shot of the ring is shown. So, needless to say, no one was expecting what was coming next…]

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v305/Zobeto1/Show%20Minis/Nemesis_alt.jpg

[... Closing the show ...

[The X-WA Owner, slowly trotting his way through the backstage area in, what seems to be, a truly candid shot. The emotionally overloaded boss passes by a number of X-WA superstars, officials, referee’s, and stagehands… Silently nodding to a few of them in a physical greeting versus a drawn-out verbal approach. The camera man continues to follow the Controversial Wrestling Legend as he walks past the large loading docks where he had once been assaulted by his mysterious “Riot Squad” attacker… Briefly stopping for a second to take one more look… As if there would be a clue waiting there for him that he had not uncovered before.]

[After his brief stop, Nemesis continues towards his makeshift office within the X-WA Arena. However, as he grows closer… Something appears to be wrong. The door is slightly cracked open and a dim light shines ever-so-slightly into the hallway. After being a victim on three different occasions lately, Nemesis understands that he may be walking straight into a trap… Therefore, he slowly ascends upon his office room door… Gearing himself up for a fight if need be. His fingers gently push the door open slowly as there he was….]

[A man in a black tinted “Riot Squad” outfit sitting behind his desk…. In his chair. Upon this sight, Nemesis quickly bursts into full-on predatory instincts… Bolting into a full on run towards his desk.. Flinging him over the top of it and slamming into the “Riot Squad” figure seated shortly behind. Both men crash to the floor as a muffled response is all that is heard from the mysterious man. Wailing away… Nemesis unloads an immense beating upon the fallen figure… Still sitting in his chair, however, now on the floor facing upwards.]

[After what seemed to be like forever… Nemesis finally steps away with a look of confusion upon his face. Surveying the situation… Something seems to be off. The mysterious “Riot Squad” figure is actually tied to Nemesis’s chair by a lengthy amount of rope. Not knowing what to think… Nemesis goes to rip the “Riot Squad” helmet off of his victim….]

[it’s JONATHAN OWENS…. Lead X-WA Backstage Interviewer. How could this be? There is no way that he could be the mysterious attacker who has floored the X-WA owner on three different occasions now.]

[Owens, out cold from the attack bestowed upon him, also has a strip of tape running across his mouth… In a sense, keeping him quite and turning him into a “Sitting duck” in a way. Nemesis, now seeing that this was a staged event to toy with his sanity, looks to become even more frustrated as he’s now been made a fool out of… And one of his trusted employees, Jonathan Owens, was assaulted at his hands.]

[Just when it seems like the situation had come to its ending…. There seems to be a note also stapled to the chest guard of the “Riot Squad” gear. Upon tearing it off…. Nemesis would give it a quick read, become increasingly pissed off, and throws it onto the floor… Storming out of his own office in a fit of rage… Frustrated as ever about the situation. As he exits the room, the X-WA camera man finishes the show with a zoomed in shot of the mysterious note laying on the floor... It reads…]

”As you can see…. This is not your attacker. Did you really think that we would make it this easy for you? Your days of an “Iron Fisted Rule” have come to a close as WE now stand for your overthrow… A Militia….. run by a scorned figure in wrestling history. He will make his return at “Hellbent” to stand as our leader…. A General leading the next great Revolution…. The eventual successor to your thrown."

[With that, the show fades to black]

Good show, EV. Enjoyed it. And congrats on surpassing 10k views.

Thanks, Pa!

It was a goal of mine, especially as it grew closer, to get up over 10,000. My first attempt at a Diary only lasted through one show with the SWF... So needless to say, I'm really happy that this one "stuck" (and continues to do so).

As for the show, this one was all about hyping a big upcoming storyline of mine with Kingsbury III, Vladimir, the mystery attacker, and an unknown figure that was recently announced as the potential leader of their "Militia". So, needless to say, It was a lot of fun to write up... then again I had to try to slow myself down as I didn't want to give away too much of the story. ha.

Cheers.

* Stevie Grayson was said to be unhappy with the amount of losses he has acquired since joining the X-WA a month ago. He certainly wasn't a nuisance and brought his argument forth with absolute respect for the companies booking process. Company officials were said to have taken his concerns into mind and would review his case at a later date.

* Sebastain Jameson (a member of "The Boys of Huntington Beach" along with Stevie Grayson) was also raising concerns backstage about how many times he has been used on X-WA Programming since his debut a month ago. Company officials cited the "overly negative reaction" directed towards Jameson by the X-WA fans for why he hasn't been used much in recent weeks. While it seems like Nemesis would like to incorporate the youngster into more segments within "Thursday Night Blitzkrieg", hoping that his Trio could eventually stand as a strong member of the Trio Division, there is a real fear that his "negative heat" may end up dooming him before he even stands a chance.

* The Mean Machine also voiced his displeasure with the amount of shows that he has been used on recently. Machine, known as Mean Jean Cattley to most indy fans, is considered to be a strong veteran voice in the locker room and someone they certainly cannot afford to lose. With that being said, X-WA Officials are seemingly focused on bringing his character back onto "Blitzkrieg" to eventually work a program or two with some of the rosters youngsters.

* Vicente Marquez, coming off of a HUGE "Thursday Night Blitzkrieg" telecast, is showing signs that his body is starting to breakdown due to his excessive work schedule both in the U.S. and overseas. While the young superstar is considered to be THE top face in the company.... Company Officials are focused on scaling back Marquez's in-ring role over the next few weeks and using him primarily in storyline situations.... This is all in hope that he can bring his body back to full health and potentially push towards another big campaign.

* X-WA Officials have begun to receive word that U.S. based company, Total Championship Wrestling, may be on the verge of signing away a portion of the X-WA roster following a strong showing last month. There is a real fear running through out the company that some of the top stars may be on their way out of the company.... Potentially crippling the momentum that the X-WA has been lucky enough to generate.

Unlike previous posts, This version of the "Tale of the Big Three" is solely focused on one of said Trio. The reasoning... A major shift in the Cornellverse since the completion of my last episode of "Thursday Night Blitzkrieg". This shift was monumental enough to warrant a post of its own.... So, needless to say.... Here were go.

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v305/Zobeto1/Titles%20and%20Logos/TCWLayout.jpg

+ TCW has risen to International Status.

+ With that, Cornell has gone on a recent hiring streak that consists of these names below (all are expecting to debut with the company within the next week... "In game" time).

* Curt O'Malley

* Steve Smith (The X-WA's lead announcer)

* Jungle Jack

* Des Davids

* Whippy the Clown (1/3 of the X-WA Six Man Champions)

* Davis Wayne Newton ("Francios Cartier" in the X-WA)

+ While this is the first wave of signings... There may be more on the horizon.

Writer's Thoughts:

Sh*t..............

I knew this day was coming, however, it still took me by surprise. To be honest, though, I'm not really freaking out all that much as it pertains to those I'm losing thus far.... Sure, Cartier was posed for a big singles push down the line, and was recently given a new manager/attitude, however, I was able to get over that loss pretty soon. Whippy poses a problem as he is a current champion, however, at least there are some strong Trio's out there in the X-WA that are at the level of potentially taking on the title right now. Plus, losing Steve Smith isn't that terrible as X-WA Announcer... Jonathan Owens is actually very skilled as an announcer it seems (B's across the board in entertainment + Announcing Skills).

The big question is whether or not they are going to continue to purge my roster or not. I was half expecting to see Kill Switch, William Kingsbury III, Stric Lee Bizness, and Vicente Marquez all end up jumping ship.... But... Luckily thus far that hasn't come to pass. Could it though? It's quite possible.

In a way, I like the idea of having my roster purged from time to time though as it pushes me to re-think my course of action. It's messed up my PPV card a little bit (at least what I have in mind), however, there are some quick fixes that ultimately work.

Could have been worse...

Losing Cartier (aka DWN, or Ace for me) hurts. He's a great talent and he has a great backstage personality as well. That said, one worker is not going to make a break a promotion. Even if it means altering some plans, its really just a new opportunity for someone else.

Yea, losing Cartier (DWN to many) was a buzzkill but losing one guy can't really hurt you in the end as it does make room for newer guys to move up the ranks. The crazy thing is, my roster is about to go through a lot of changes as some contracts are coming up where I'm going to be forced to let them go because of Nemesis's Owner goals and TCW looks to still be trying to steal people on my roster. That's just the name of the game at this level though.

+This last episode of "Thursday Night Blitzkrieg" has been posted (yesterday) and is available to read on page "28". Just thought I would let those know who haven't had a chance to give a read yet! I know how it can get when a Diary jumps to the next page and no one really knows that there are recent show results on the previous page. Cheers.

NEWS: Jay Chord set to leave X-WA for TCW.

The X-WA locker room area has become a war zone as Total Championship Wrestling continues to eliminate the number of superstars on their roster. Following a very strong June 2008, Tommy Cornell, the widely respected TCW Owner, has developed a business plan to catapult his company towards potentially competing with the World Juggernaut, Supreme Championship Wrestling, on an international scale. While Cornell has snatched up Indy talent from various others destinations... The X-WA seems to be the company most affected by their recent rise in popularity.

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v305/Zobeto1/X-WA/JayChord.jpg

Rip's Son is looking to bigger opportunities with TCW.

A number of wrestlers have already agreed to exclusive contracts with Total Championship Wrestling, however, the most recent signing seems to be sending X-WA Officials overboard. Jay Chord, son of Legendary wrestler Rip Chord, was said to be a "future impact player" for the company and was even on the verge of a potential Championship Win as the Trio he was involved with was scheduled for a Six Man Championship match. So, where does the X-WA go from here with one of their biggest youngsters on their way out? Only time will tell for sure.... However, one thing is for sure, can the X-WA continue to survive with a much larger company devouring most of their homegrown talent?

Diary Note:

I would have posted his signing with the previous post, however, it just came to pass shortly before booking my next show. This marks the 4th person stolen from the X-WA from TCW. While that's not outstanding numbers... It's certainly pushing me to have to change my immediate plans.

I need to catch up with this diary, badly. Sucks to see so many guys getting snapped up in such a short time, but those are the breaks.

If you need any help with what has gone on then let me know. I'm always game to answer Q's that anyone has as I'm sure it will help with the overall feel of the diary.

Happy to hear that you're coming back though!! :)

Cheers.

I live in Los Angeles and would love to attend a live event. When will the X-WA breakout of the New York area and tour the U.S.?

John, Los Angeles, CA

Ernie Turner: Never. Why would we want to go to a seaspool like Hollywood? The only good thing that's ever come from Hollywood is fake knockers... It had to be said.

Jonathan Owens: What my partially brain-dead partner was trying to say is that the X-WA loves its current home, here in New York. This was ever so evident when our boss bought out a local "Golden Gloves" Boxing Hall in which to convert it into the "X-WA Arena". Will we ever tour the United States at some point? We would love to! However, I don't see it happening in 2008.... Maybe 09?

ET: So.... never.

JO: Shutup, Ernie.

<hr>

If there was one superstar that the X-WA couldn't live without... Who would it be in your mind?

Michael, Madison, WI

JO: That's really quite easy. Acid, our X-WA X Champion, is the physical personification of our company. Ruthless, Vile, Ultra-aggressive, Animalistic, Rebellious... You could down the line. If we were to lose Acid then I think the X-WA would go through a stint of an identity crisis.

ET: Me.

JO: We could certainly survive without your "presence" here....

ET: Are you kidding me? We would lose our viewers in the first 5 minutes after you've bored them to sleep.

JO: How about we try? You can walk out at anytime you know.... Your contract is a "pay-per-appearance" kind of deal...

ET: You would miss me... Probably cry yourself to sleep.

JO: Yeaaaaaa... I don't think so.

Why haven't we seen the Chaos Championship defended since "eXtreme Decimation"? It seems like a great new "concept" title.

David, Boulder, CO

JO: Well, you see David...

ET: Here we go again...

JO: What?

ET: The whole "Well, you see David".... I sense a useless story coming along...

JO: Well, you see David, The X-WA Chaos Championship is not your "garden variety" title belt. It's not suppose to be defended week in and week out as it carries a "special sense to it".

ET: A "special sense"? Are you a chick?

JO: Shutup.

ET: It's as simple as this David... The Chaos Championship will only be defended at certain events. Why? So it continues to carry its mystique... Got it? Okay, Next question.... Was that so hard Jonathan? Short and Sweet....

JO: I hate you.

Who do you foresee climbing up the ranks now that some of your bigger youngsters have fled to TCW?

Ginger, Gilligan's Island, Your Childhood Memories

JO: There are a number of superstars who will definitely receive a greater chance at stardom.... The names that come to mind for me: Joss Thompson, Jacob Jett, The Dreamweaver, Ares, and American Elemental. While there are certainly more who could end up on this list.... These are the men who truly stand out as "future stars" in the X-WA if they play their cards right.

ET: Suck up...

JO: Excuse me?

ET: Nothing.

JO: Who would I be sucking up too?

ET: Your mom...

JO: Very nice, Ernie... Are you 15 again?

ET: Did I sleep with your mom last night? If so, then yes... I'm 15.

JO: When I said it before I meant it... but now I mean it with my entire being.... I... Hate.... You.

ET: Whatever. Ginger, Who will benefit? Again... Me.

JO: You've got to be kidding me...

ET: Are you going to let me speak?

JO: It doesn't matter what I want cause you'll just cut me off anyways, you always....

ET: I will benefit because the X-WA fans will be given the chance to hear me pronounce a smattering of new superstars names. Whether it's Veee-cent-ay Mahr-qweeez... or Vel-ooooo-si-daaahd... I mean honestly, doesn't that just send shivers down your spine?

JO: Believe me.... Yes it does...
