CrookedRainJr
Tried looking for this, didn't find an answer. Do having video angles during shows pay the performer(s) that are under PPA contracts for the show? So say I have a worker under a pay-per-appearance contract, and I show a video for him during the show (But nothing else, just the video), then does it still pay him for it? Or is using videos a freebie? Thanks.
Adam Ryland
It depends whether the angle has been set up to define the performer as being on-screen or not. If he isn't, then no, you don't have to pay him.
CrookedRainJr
Thanks Adam. So is this the same with every angle, as long as they aren't defined as being on screen, then they aren't paid? (Obviously referring to PPA contracts)
