I got a picture problem

Recommended Posts

So I started a game a while back and I just now put some pictures into my game (workers pics, logos, etc...). My problem is that my old saved game does not have these pics in it. Is there any way to get my new pics into my old saved game?

Thanks for any help guys.

<p>How did you assign the pics? Did you do it in the database that your using for both games? Or did you assign the pics using the in game editor?</p><p> </p><p>

I would assume if your using the same database for both games and you edit the pictures in the database they should show up.</p>

Im going to be honest, Im not sure what I did. I downloaded some pics, and placed them in a picture folder I made in the editor section of the game. After that I checked the data and all workers had pics assigned to them already, but in my old saved game they do not.

If you did this after starting a save game, the save game would still be using whatever the original picture folder was and therefore cannot use the new pictures. You would need to start a new game to use the pictures you have installed.</p>

That should do the trick and pics should be ready for use in you save <img alt=":)" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/smile.png.142cfa0a1cd2925c0463c1d00f499df2.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p>

<p>Your best bests are if its a completely kick ass game to go in and manualy edit pictures in your in game editor. </p><p> </p><p>

Or if you can live with this game being a good lesson learned just restart. That'd be my advice either go through each picture and assign it through the in game editor (it'd have to be one hell of a game to do that) or just start over.</p>
