I had forgotten about Bach. Y'know, he's...he's the guy, after Tornado maybe, that I'd want to go to the top. Loved his All-Action (right?) work, liked the gimmick. Now he's just been...part of Darkwave. Makes me sad ._.

Oh, and totally make him Deadpool sometime >_> Maybe...uh...Haiti Voodude does voodoo on him?

Also, did I actually get the first two matches right in the tourney? THE NAMER OF THE TOURNAMENT IS GOD wewt

I don't usually like giving too much away, but I haven't forgotten Sammy at all - which is why he's in Darkwave, which gives him something to do and continues his silent-macabre-influence schtick. (Yes, I know that one isn't that noticeable. Wait until the trigger's pulled and reminders will be given. ;) )

At the time Darkwave was forming he was already allied with Bruce, remember.

Sammy's problem is the inverse of Eddie and Remo's - all Flying, not enough else to bolster it. Like Eddie and Remo, he's doing what he can and racking up good results while his other areas develop.

Jason Azaria – Sara Silver – Autumn Gleeson

  • In the opening contest, Global Tradition nearly defeated the Machines before ultimately falling to the King of the Hill. (Rating: B)
  • El Leon went one-on-one against Freddy Huggins in non-title competition, but he nonetheless fell to the Huggins Kiss. (Rating: B-)
  • A video featuring critiques of the looks of the women's division aired again. Entered into the sequence this time was a picture of JeriLynn Stone, accompanied by one voice saying “Oh, she's stealing my look? I wouldn't mind so much if she could make it work...”
  • The Fly Boys defeated Kazuma & the Kid when they nailed the Cannonball Kid with a Spanish Fly. (Rating: B)
  • The Bulldozer and the Dragon put the Balcony Express down in double-quick time – so fast, it was almost too quick to follow. Mikey James pinned Waldorf with the Dragon Whip. (Rating: C)
  • Champagne Lover cut a promo about the fact he wasn't pinned in Malice in Chains and saying the only reason he was taken out in the first place was losing out on Watch The Clock due to “...that dumb Samoan...” He promised that he'd be able to do what we'd all see Sean McFly couldn't at the end of the month; become World Heavyweight Champion.
  • JeriLynn Stone defeated Jaime Quine handily in non-title competition. (Rating: C+)
  • Eternal Party went up against Canadian Elemental and Rhino Umaga. The exciting match went to a double-count-out after Edd and Elemental hit stereo planchas to the outside as their respective teammates brawled. (Rating: B)
  • Rick Law begins to cut a promo on how the British Lions asked for the main event and he was pleased to give them their match – but he's jumped by the Enforcer, the Bulldozer, and the Dragon, and left lying.
  • In the main event, the British Lions defeated the Elite Express, O'Curle forcing Nate Johnson to tap to the Celtic Wreath, after a solid match. (Rating: B)

Another big, big show is lined up this Saturday - big enough that we guarantee you want to at least set your TiVo - and we wouldn't recommend waiting, just in case you hear the results ahead of time!

We begin with the British Lions taking on the steadily-improving Elimination Protocol. Both teams are technical experts; while the outcome seems predictable, we can assure you the match looks to be spectacular.

Aaron Andrews takes on the veteran high flier Nathan Priest next in a match that seems designed to test the youngster's ability to adapt to styles. The man who took the International Championship from him was a high flier - is this a weakness of Aaron's, and if so, can he overcome it?

Danny Fonzarelli will once again step up to the challenge. This time his opponent is Frankie Dee. Fonzie has, of course, been told that Mayhem Midden is quite willing to renegotiate his new contract upward if Danny can start back to winning ways - will the master of the Sinanju Kick regret this increased desire on Fonzie's part?

Amber Allen will be looking to move up in the womens' division rankings, too, and it has to be said that a victory over Stephanie Wade, one of the women who defeated her earlier in the week in tag team competition, looks like a good step forward in doing just that. But Wade is a dangerous opponent... will Amber win through?

The first match from Group B of the Three Kings Tournament is scheduled to take place tonight, as the Texas Outlaws go up against Total Destruction. Still no confirmation as yet as to the Outlaws' third man.

Matthew Keith's trials and tribulations continue, as he's scheduled tonight to compete against Jack Bruce of Darkwave. Will the health worries caused by the Asian Mist decide this match, or will it come down simply to the skill of the participants?

And in the main event, all hell looks likely to break loose. The Machines take on Generation Omega in what might just be one of the biggest matches of the Three Kings first round. Group D explodes - tonight!

Prediction Key:

British Lions w/ Laura Huggins vs. Elimination Protocol

Aaron Andrews vs. Nathan Priest

Danny Fonzarelli vs. Frankie Dee

Amber Allen vs. Stephanie Wade

GROUP B

Texas Outlaws (Ricky Dale Johnson, Texas Pete, & ????) w/ Floyd Bowman vs. Total Destruction (American Buffalo, Marat Khoklov, & Tyson Baine)

Jack Bruce vs. Matthew Keith

GROUP D

Generation Omega (Joey Minnesota, Marc DuBois & Remo Richardson) w/ Phil Vibert vs. The Machines (Brent Hill, John Anderson & Marc Speed)

British Lions w/ Laura Huggins vs. Elimination Protocol

Jobbers

Aaron Andrews vs. Nathan Priest

Another jobber

Danny Fonzarelli vs. Frankie Dee

Well this one is harder but Danny haven´t impressed lately so I give it to Dee

Amber Allen vs. Stephanie Wade

Wade is more established.

GROUP B

Texas Outlaws (Ricky Dale Johnson, Texas Pete, & ????) w/ Floyd Bowman vs. Total Destruction (American Buffalo, Marat Khoklov, & Tyson Baine)

Total Destruction looks scary but they haven´t have any direction for some time now.

Jack Bruce vs. Matthew Keith

No idea where this one is going but I give Bruce the win here.

GROUP D

Generation Omega (Joey Minnesota, Marc DuBois & Remo Richardson) w/ Phil Vibert vs. The Machines (Brent Hill, John Anderson & Marc Speed)

Omega is simply loaded with big names and that´s enough to get them over Machines who are little bit lost.

British Lions w/ Laura Huggins vs. Elimination Protocol

The Protocol are going by the tried and true 'Jobbing Upwards' route, it seems. I wouldn't be surprised to see them start winning soon, since they've been in a lot of matches, but they Lions should take this one.

Aaron Andrews vs. Nathan Priest

Thanks for coming, Nathan.

Danny Fonzarelli vs. Frankie Dee

I'm on the fence... but I think Fonzie's downward spiral continues.

Amber Allen vs. Stephanie Wade

I think Wade is getting built up.

GROUP B

Texas Outlaws (Ricky Dale Johnson, Texas Pete, & ????) w/ Floyd Bowman vs. Total Destruction (American Buffalo, Marat Khoklov, & Tyson Baine)

The Outlaws are gonna get a fairly strong push, I think. Total Destruction is a bunch of big guys, true, but the Outlaws are more talented, and I suspect #3 is a pretty big name.

Jack Bruce vs. Matthew Keith

Keith's mist issues allows Bruce to take this one.

GROUP D

Generation Omega (Joey Minnesota, Marc DuBois & Remo Richardson) w/ Phil Vibert vs. The Machines (Brent Hill, John Anderson & Marc Speed)

Too much ability for The Machines to handle - competitive contest, but Gen Omega has three main eventers here.

British Lions w/ Laura Huggins vs. Elimination Protocol

-Lions avenge the trios loss.

Aaron Andrews vs. Nathan Priest

-Pretty sure the first time we see Nathan Priest is not the time he beats a rising star

Danny Fonzarelli vs. Frankie Dee

-It's been a while since we saw Fonzie, so he probably doesn't win here.

Amber Allen vs. Stephanie Wade

-You're using Wade exactly the way I do. :) I'll keep picking her as long as that continues.

GROUP B

Texas Outlaws (Ricky Dale Johnson, Texas Pete, & ????) w/ Floyd Bowman vs. Total Destruction (American Buffalo, Marat Khoklov, & Tyson Baine)

-Hard to pass on that Total Destruction team, but the less Marat wrestles on your shows, the better your ratings and the mystery guy sounds big.

Jack Bruce vs. Matthew Keith

-Bruce wins via mist damage

GROUP D

Generation Omega (Joey Minnesota, Marc DuBois & Remo Richardson) w/ Phil Vibert vs. The Machines (Brent Hill, John Anderson & Marc Speed)

-Marc Speed is the weak link here.

Also in the show this week, we answer one important question : does the trio tournament matters to Remo ? :D

The tournament? Whatever. Four rounds, four teams, twelve people to go through. Don't matter to Remo.

The trophy? Not all that important. Keeps Marc and Joey motivated. Don't matter to Remo.

Now, the hundred K? That might matter. A little.

...Periodically, I think back to the original inspiration for that line, consider how it seems to work and have caught on, and have difficulty not laughing.

JOBBERS!

Aaron Andrews vs. Nathan Priest

JOBBER!

Danny Fonzarelli vs. Frankie Dee

Fonzie may be due an apology push... but no, I can't quite get behind his destroyed credibility.

Amber Allen vs. Stephanie Wade

Give Steph the win, and why not? Let her face the champ.

GROUP B

Texas Outlaws (Ricky Dale Johnson, Texas Pete, & ????) w/ Floyd Bowman vs. Total Destruction (American Buffalo, Marat Khoklov, & Tyson Baine)

Because *SPOILER*

Jack Bruce vs. Matthew Keith

Draw, both of these guys are on too much of a high to lose.

GROUP D

Generation Omega (Joey Minnesota, Marc DuBois & Remo Richardson) w/ Phil Vibert vs. The Machines (Brent Hill, John Anderson & Marc Speed)

Continuing my failing predictions, hoping that the Machines get some love at last.

“-you seen Matt?” Sam Keith's voice sounds even as the intro video as fading away, before we have visuals.</p><p> </p><p>

He looks near-frantic, as does the Blonde Bombshell as she accompanies him. “Have you seen Matt?” he asks another of the backstage crew, who shakes their head apologetically. Sam moves on again. “Have you seen Matt?” A shake. “Have you seen Matt?”</p><p> </p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><span>http://i293.photobucket.com/albums/mm75/trenchcoatbrigand/TCW/EddStone_alt6.jpg</span></div><p></p><p></p><p>

“<em>I</em> have.” Edd Stone steps round a corner, smiling slightly. He grins. “Look, Sam... He asked me not to tell anyone, but you did me a solid last year, getting me into the Syndicate.</p><p> </p><p>

“So no one gets to hear I told you, right?”</p><p> </p><p>

Keith's eyes flick in the direction of the camera, while the Bombshell looks right at it. Keith takes a moment's hesitation before going with the untruth and the information. “...Sure.”</p><p> </p><p>

“OK.” Edd looks both ways conspiratorially, then looks dead into the camera and winks, then leans forward. “Matthew asked me for Duane Stone's address. You know, in Japan?”</p><p> </p><p>

Keith freezes. “Oh, no...”</p><p> </p><p>

“Yeah...” Edd sighs. “Sorry, man. I think... see, the Elite Express, Bobby and Nate, they were with him.”</p><p> </p><p>

“Edd... does Duane know anyone at 5-Star?”</p><p> </p><p>

“Well, he's kind of dating Make Me Hotta... I mean, Umeko...”</p><p> </p><p>

Sam swears viciously. “I've got to get to a phone...”</p><p> </p><p>

He dashes off. Edd looks to the Bombshell. “Hey, when you've got a minute, want to see my cardboard cut-outs?”</p><p> </p><p>

The Bombshell shakes her head and walks off after Sam Keith.</p><p>

British Lions w/ Laura Huggins vs. Elimination Protocol</p></div><p></p><p></p><p>

While this isn't the match on the card with the strongest fan response, the mat expertise on display has certain of the fanbase glued to their seats... even as the rest of the crowd head to the concession stands.</p><p> </p><p>

Still, while the Protocol are clearly good, the Lions are pretty much experts at this sort of thing, and Duane Fry sells them as the second coming of the Stone Siblings – except younger. (You can practically feel the rest of the commentary team wince.)</p><p> </p><p>

Walter Morgan takes his time to shine here, eventually forcing Warren Technique to the mat and applying the Wigan Wrench, forcing the tapout.</p><p>

Aaron Andrews vs. Nathan Priest</p></div><p></p><p></p><p>

Aaron has to adjust his usual style here, facing off against a faster, lighter opponent than usual. While most seem to view this as a foregone conclusion, those who watch are buoyed up by the sight of Aaron Andrews shifting his strategy and style, trying new things and returning to some old, all-but-abandoned tactics.</p><p> </p><p>

Eventually, that strategy pays off, as Andrews takes a game Priest to the mat with a Flying Body Press to pick up the win.</p><p>

Backstage, and in the canteen area set up by TCW catering, four figures are gathered around a table; Rick Law, Chris Rockwell, Rocky Golden, and Stephanie Wade. All four have some kind of meal in front of them; Rockwell, Golden and Wade also have beer bottles available; Law seems to be making do with mineral water.</p><p> </p><p>

“Enforcers,” Rockwell grouses. “Now there's three of 'em.”</p><p> </p><p>

“We'll get to it,” Golden says. Law nods. “Get the measure of them... then we can sort it out.”</p><p> </p><p>

Wade takes a pull of her beer. “Getting the measure... yeah, good idea.”</p><p> </p><p>

“Well, three of them, three of us...”</p><p> </p><p>

“She knows Gorgon, but she doesn't know me...”</p><p> </p><p>

“The little one looks fast. Figure we can cope, though. He reminds me of Perez.”</p><p> </p><p>

“Maybe getting the measure of her's enough to risk it.”</p><p> </p><p>

Golden and Wade take a pull from their bottles simultaneously. “Need to set up a match,” they chorus.</p><p>

Danny Fonzarelli vs. Frankie Dee</p></div><p></p><p></p><p>

Fonzie seems fired up after his contract renegotiations, and he opens this one with a brisk bustle of offence, putting the School of Tradition man on the back foot while he tries to sort out a counter-attack, but when Fonzie goes for a Shinanju Kick of his own, Frankie ducks it, nailing a neckbreaker as a counter.</p><p> </p><p>

That begins a spirited beatdown, and the long-standing TCW member tries to rally – rallies – and, in a real blast from the past, resorts to a big move he hasn't tried since 2007 – the Retro Rocket.</p><p> </p><p>

It connects, and Fonzie covers, but Frankie gets his shoulder up at two. “That's why Danny changed moves,” Saunders reminds us, “and started using what other people do – but the Shinanju Kick failed, and -”</p><p> </p><p>

This time it doesn't fail; but this time, it's Frankie Dee hitting it, and picking up the pin.</p><p>

Aaron Andrews grabs a can from a vending machine backstage, making his way out of the arena. He turns a corner to find Tommy Cornell waiting for him.</p><p> </p><p>

“If you're joining the fight,” Cornell begins, “then we NEED to start talking strategy. So-”</p><p> </p><p>

“You <em>don't</em> want to join the fight.”</p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><p>

Joey Minnesota is the man who spoke. Beside him is Remo Richardson and Wolf Hawkins.</p><p> </p><p>

“You beat me, kid,” Minnesota tells Aaron. “Congratulations. But you want to make that the last of it – get in Generation Omega's way and you're going to regret it.”</p><p> </p><p>

“Seems like only a few months ago you and me were listening to exactly that line from-”</p><p> </p><p>

“The guy you ran to for protection?” Joey sneers. “Yeah. You know the difference between me and him, Aaron?”</p><p> </p><p>

He leans forward. “<em>I</em> can make good on that guarantee.”</p><p> </p><p>

Remo grins. “You two got in our way,” he says. “Good news for you is staying out of this tournament gives you an extra month.</p><p> </p><p>

“Guess you should make use of that, huh?”</p><p> </p><p>

Cornell smirks. “Taking this kinda personal, sunshine?”</p><p> </p><p>

“Don't get ahead of yourself.” Remo replies, deadpan. “You don't matter to Remo.</p><p> </p><p>

“Just your name.”</p><p> </p><p>

Hawkins just shakes his head. “Leave enough of him alive to challenge for my belt,” he tells his stablemate.</p><p> </p><p>

“Because I'm getting through McFly, Tommy. And sooner or later, you'll have to admit I can beat you or let me prove it.</p><p> </p><p>

“You keep running for now... coward.”</p><p>

Amber Allen vs. Stephanie Wade</p></div><p></p><p></p><p>

A good contest, here, as the womens' division continue to show what they've got. </p><p> </p><p>

Allen fights well, showing a good grasp of TCW fans' favourite technical style, and pops the crowd, too, when she tries for a Gunslinger's Revenge – but Wade is ready for it, throwing her off, and she nails her superkick on the return, picking up the win after seven minutes of good, even back-and-forth.</p><p>

Total Destruction</p></div><p></p><p></p><p>

If Faith has any concerns about performing in a TCW ring rather than an SWF one, he doesn't show them. The other Outlaws are clearly having fun wrestling alongside him, and even Baine and Khoklov can be seen with smiles on their faces when they're in the ring with the legend.</p><p> </p><p>

Buffalo shows rather more dedication to staying in character, much to his credit. But still, with the addition of Faith to the Outlaws, the winner here is clear from the start; the Leap of Faith that finishes Tyson Baine is more or less a formality.</p><p>

Art Reed w/ Blonde Bombshell vs. Jack Bruce</p></div><p></p><p></p><p>

As Reed comes down to the ring, Fry relays the news – with Matthew Keith out of the arena, and indeed apparently the country, and thus unable to compete, Mayhem Midden made the decision to make Bruce's opponent an open challenge. First to step up – as he has been often, lately – was Art Reed.</p><p> </p><p>

The two are very different wrestlers, competing with very different styles, but the match isn't dragged down by that. Perhaps a trifle slower than would be hoped from either man, they nonetheless push themselves to entertain, with Bruce getting the advantage in the early going, but ultimately seeing the New York Minute countered to the Dread Lock as Reed picks up another strong win.</p><p>

The Machines</p></div><p></p><p></p><p>

Minnesota clobbers John Anderson with a forearm as the match starts before hitting a perfect, textbook stalling vertical suplex. </p><p> </p><p>

Anderson avoids a legdrop and grabs a wristlock, going for damage early on.</p><p> </p><p>

With a slight power advantage, Joey starts driving Anderson back to the Generation Omega corner, and tags in DuBois. </p><p> </p><p>

The master of mind games grabs a headlock, and Anderson twists out of it, goes for a short-arm clothesline – and DuBois was waiting for it, grabbing a standing keylock. “He baited him into that!” Fry exclaims.</p><p> </p><p>

The Human Arsenal takes a while, but finds a way out, then judo flips DuBois to get some distance and dives to tag out. In comes Speed, and DuBois is waiting with a headlock, but Speedball uses his momentum and twists, putting his shoulders to the mat – one, two – kickout – Hill calls for the tag, and in – and a charging schoolboy pin – one, two – kickout!</p><p> </p><p>

Marc cuts his momentum off with a dropkick, then meets him on his way back up with three rapid-fire chops before booting him in the gut and tagging Minnesota back in. Joey vaults over the top rope to deliver a DDT, hitting smoothly and covering – one, two, THR- NO!</p><p> </p><p>

Brent stretches out a leg, and Anderson reaches it, tagging back in and going for an armwrench. He drives a knee into Minnesota's gut and shifts position to capitalise with a single-arm DDT, then goes to the ropes, looking for something – only to catch a punch from Remo as he moves into reach.</p><p> </p><p>

Joey tags out to Remo, who whips Anderson into the Generation Omega corner and pounces with a volley of punches, followed by the Lumbar Puncture. He looks for the Destroyer, but Speed sacrifices himself with a charge to allow Anderson time and distraction to recover and slip free.</p><p> </p><p>

DuBois blind tags himself back into the match and moves after Anderson, but Speed hasn't quite left the ring and he catches him with a beauty of an armdrag, buying Anderson time to tag Brent back in. Speed collects DuBois and drops him into an atomic drop across Hill's waiting knee.</p><p> </p><p>

Hill locks in a nasty-looking chancery variant, but Minnesota's in to break it with a running kick; DuBois rolls out of the ring, and Anderson suplexes Minnesota, then comes off the second rope with a sunset flip on the former DaVE man – ONE, TWO, NO!</p><p> </p><p>

Joey cuts that off with a big boot, follows up with a slam, and then drops an elbow, before whipping him into his corner. A tag out to DuBois and Anderson somehow manages to elbow out of a suplex hold, spinning DuBois around – Anderson seizes his chance, springing forward in a bulldog – ONE, TWO, NO!</p><p> </p><p>

The former Human Arsenal tags back out to Speed, who meets Minnesota coming in. European uppercut from Minnesota as Springsteen complains that the tag rules have completely broken down; Speed blocks the next uppercut and gets a judo flip. Hill tags in; Speed and Hill hit stereo running Yakuza kicks on Minnesota, who goes down.</p><p> </p><p>

Brent climbs to the top turnbuckle and DuBois runs the ropes, grabbing the top one to shake it, preventing Hill from nailing the King of the Hill.</p><p> </p><p>

Anderson tags in blind, blocking an Empire Spiral attempt by Minnesota, but it looks like it was a feint – as Anderson drops, Hill comes crashing down on Minnesota with a flying crossbody.</p><p> </p><p>

DuBois comes in in a rush, and Hill rolls out of the ring – and Speed nails DuBois with a dropkick. The two Generation Omega men get whipped to the ropes, and the original Machines charge forward, nailing synchronised lariats to send them out to the floor, much to the crowd's approval.</p><p> </p><p>

Remo stops Speed's clock with a punch, then whips him to the corner; he counters Hill's attempt to engage and whips him right after him, then picks Anderson up on one shoulder and runs in to Snake Eyes him onto both of his partners. A belly-to-belly as Anderson staggers free is quickly followed by another cover – ONE, TWO, THRE – Speed breaks it up with a legdrop. The Machines are still in this!</p><p> </p><p>

Remo tags out to DuBois, and Anderson ducks the enzuigiri, moving in and grabbing a full nelson – FULL NELSON BRIDGING SUPLEX! ONE, TWO, THR- NO!</p><p> </p><p>

Desperate for a break, Anderson tags out to Hill, who comes in fast. He whips DuBois to the ropes and is there with a high running knee to knock the Quebecois menace to the floor outside.</p><p> </p><p>

Joey comes in with a series of punches until Hill grabs his injured arm and locks down an armbar. As Joey refuses to give, Brent changes tactics, running up the ropes and hitting a tilt-a-whirl headscissors. DuBois slides back under the ropes and Speed charges across the ring, taking him down with a back elbow and jumping from the second rope to nail Remo with a boot to the head. </p><p> </p><p>

As Remo staggers free of his corner on the apron, Speed and Hill look at each other, then hit the far ropes – STEREO CHARGING DROPKICKS TO REMO! The supreme specimen crashes to the guardrail!</p><p> </p><p>

Minnesota charges Hill, dropping him with a forearm, and DuBois dumps Speed out of the ring, then follows up by vaulting from the turnbuckle onto him. Minnesota whips Hill back into the Generation Omega corner, hitting him with a volley of punches, and raises him to the top rope, looking for a superplex – which Hill manages to counter into a top-rope tornado DDT! </p><p> </p><p>

The impact practically shakes the mat and Hill scrambles to cover as soon as he himself recovers from the impact – ONE, TWO – Remo pulls Hill off the cover. He sets him up for the Destroyer – Speed and Anderson both reappear in the ring, grabbing Brent as he's lifted, setting him on his feet behind the big man. Remo turns – and Anderson and Speed hit superkicks as Hill lands a dropkick. The Generation Omega man stumbles back into the corner</p><p> </p><p>

DuBois nails Anderson from behind, then ducks Hill's swing and shoves him forward, cannoning him into Speed. Anderson gets hooked for the Marc of Excellence but Marc Speed shakes off the cobwebs, dragging him down into the Cross Armbreaker. </p><p> </p><p>

Remo cuts it off with a stomp, and Minnesota drags Hill out of the ring before whipping him into the steps. A Destroyer attempt on Speed is blocked when Anderson chop blocks Remo from behind, sending Speed crashing down into a pinning position on Remo – ONE, TW- NO! Remo POWERS out, then turns Speed inside out with a shoulderblock.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

Anderson cuts him off with a boot to the gut and looks for the Ammo Dump, but DuBois slingshots over Remo's bent form to bring Anderson down with a clothesline – which, admittedly, leaves Anderson still DDTing Remo. </p><p> </p><p>

Marc Speed makes his way back to his feet and Joey comes in – Minnesota Salute countered – snap suplex! Hill applies the Complete Package to Remo, who twists clear, only for Hill to apply the Furusawa Armbar so beloved of Chris Rockwell. </p><p> </p><p>

“Mark my words,” Fry says, “if he'd done that to Minnesota, with the work done to his arm, this match would be over.”</p><p> </p><p>

“I have no idea how it isn't over already,” Springsteen retorts. “These men are going through hell.”</p><p> </p><p>

Remo powers back to his feet and breaks the armbar by hip tossing Hill into the turnbuckle. Speed looks to help his partner and gets a boot to the jack for his troubles. Remo hits Hill with a suplex, moving into the cover – ONE, TWO, THRE- NO!</p><p> </p><p>

Where Hill found the strength for that one, no one knows, but he got the shoulder up. Anderson is in again with a series of chops to Remo, buying time for Brent to hit the ropes and come off with a running cross-body that Anderson's experience tells him when to duck for. Remo catches him and looks for the Destroyer, but again the Machines find a way to stop it when Speed dropkicks Remo in the kneecap.</p><p> </p><p>

Speed and Anderson meet the charging DuBois with a double hip toss, sending him crashing into a kneeling Remo and putting both men down. They high five, but Anderson turns around into a boot from Minnesota, who ducks Speed's retaliation and dumps him with a German suplex, then catches Hill coming in. Minnesota Salute! Empire Spiral! ONE, TWO, THREE!</p><p>

Agreed that that is one guy you can't pass up when you have a realistic chance to get him. However, you forgot one long-range plan for Faith--Faith vs Retirement in 6 months.:p Of course, you've still managed to keep RDJ and Sam around this long so maybe the Three Old Farts (those 3 need to be in next year's tournament with that name) can keep chugging along for a few more years.

TEW10 added the flourish of top guys in big promotions stretching out a few more years pre-retirement. In other games I've seen Keith hang on to 2016.

I'll worry about Christian's retirement when Christian retires... if I'm even still doing this diary then.

WHAT THE-...

How...

Uh...

That's as big as getting Jack Bruce in 2010's data. Except Faith can work.

Hell...I suppose this only means that you have another Sam Keith (who can talk, by god, he can talk). So...not exactly the craziest thing, but still...

Tommy Cornell showing up would top that. Maybe Dan Stone Jr. But otherwise...yeah.

~~

FULL NELSON BRIDGING SUPLEX!

wewt Dragon Suplex! And I'm pissed they didn't win ._.

~~

Waitwut. NOT INTERESTED IN ANGRY GILMORE HAAATEEEEEEEEE But seriously, how'd you get Faith? Yeah, Cult, contract comes up, but...huh.

Does that mean you're the only promotion bigger than National right now?

~~

Looked up what a "chancery" was. At first, it seemed...impossible. Then I saw Hackenschmidtt...Hacken...George with a "Double Chancery" in a picture. Which looked like a headlock.

Now? I get a video. FROM FINLAND:

So...it's kinda like a cravate, but...not. Cool.

Am I the only one thinking of a Sam Keith/Christian Faith tag-team right now?

Epic signing PS. However, I'm more than a little concerned at the massive roster size and levels of talent you've accumulated up to this point. I'm not sure you need all those guys...

Roster Bloat?

This guy wouldn't even let Danny Jobberelli and his ruined credibility go. This guy has two dev feds stuffed to the rafters with every even vaguely decent indie talent. This guy is running a 16-team trios tournament with 48 competitors, and still has enough guys not involved to fill up a decent-sized indie fed.

Your words are useless. Trust me on this.
