Backstory In May 2010 Vince McMahon and WWE had just been sued by Hulk Hogan who said that Vince went against the long term contract he had with WWE when he denied him to make an appearance at WrestleMaina 25. Hogan was suing for $2,000,000 and the rights to WCW and there show names, PPV names, title names and trademarks from the original WCW. The case lasted three months ending in Hogan winning. This is the event that started the new promotion wars. After Jeff Jarrett heard of the rebirth of WCW he decided to close TNA and him and a lot of the TNA workers went to WCW. But I am the head booker my name is Jack Stone and Hogan has put his trust in me to put WCW over WWE and win this war once and for all. Shannon Moore This match will be an Ultimate X match for the Cruiserweight Championship. All four of these guy are high flying and fun to watch . Samoa Joe V. Heretic Basic squash match. Amazing Red V. Human Tornado Two young men trying to make a name for there selves, and there are getting a shot on this weeks WCW Nitro MAIN EVENT WCW WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP Brock Lesnar V. Bobby Lashley The first Main Event of the new era of WCW to crown the first WCW World Heavyweight Champion. D+ WCW Nitro show MT: Welcome to the first Nitro since the rebirth of WCW I’m Mike Tenay here with Bobby “the brain” Heenan and we have a good show planed for you tonight. BH: Yes sir Mike, and this time there’s no way WWE will beat us this time they don’t have the guts no more. MT: Haha easy Brain easy. WCW Ladies Championship Cheerleader Mellissa V. Sarah Stock Good back and forth action from these two ladies. This match ended when Melissa rolls Sarah up for the 1...2...3 and she is the first WCW Ladies Champion. D MT: The Ladies Division in WCW are the best in North America as are Ladies can put on a hell of a match… BH: And don’t forget about there looks Mike they look great while fighting. MT: Buddy I’ve missed working with you the last few years and yes the ladies are very beautiful. Eric Bischoff walks down to the ring and grabs a mic. Bischoff: Welcome every body to WCW Nitro. The roster that we have here in the new WCW is the best around and not all of them are performing tonight. Next week we will have a WCW Tag Team Championship match with Team 3D V. AMW. Have a good time tonight. C+ WCW Cruiserweight Championship Ultimate X AJ Styles V. Homicide V. Shannon Moore V. Syxxx Pac A good high paced high flying match with a lot of high spot moves. The match was won by Shannon Moore when he claimed across the ropes to pull down the WCW Cruiserweight Championship. Shannon Moore is the new Cruiserweight Champion. C MT: Wow Bobby that was one hell of a match. BH: It was good but I prefer Heavyweights than see a bunch of overrated midgets fight. MT: Bobby you better watch out those midgets could kick your but. Anyway lets go backstage were Eric Bischoff is with Hulk Hogan. The camera cuts backstage were Eric is with Hogan. Bischoff: Thanks Mike, Hogan I have some questions for you. Hogan: Ok Eric shoot. Bischoff: Let’s start with your status in WCW we know you are owner but will you wrestle for WCW. Hogan: Eric my wrestling days are done. My hips have been operated on numerous times and my back is in bad shape. For my status I I’m here to show Vince who’s boss, and keep this place under control with the help of Marcus Bagwell. Bischoff: Thanks Hulk and lets send it down to the ring. Amazing Red V. Human Tornado Alright match should have been better. Amazing Red wins with a Red Eye E+ MT: That was an exciting match. BH: Talk about exciting here come the Olympic Gold Medalist Kurt Angle. Kurt Angle walks down to the ring to a lot of heat from the crowd. Angle: Well well, you know last time I saw a Nitro was when I was backstage of WWE the night Vince bought it. Ha lets be honest I’m the one that pitched the idea to Vince. I’m here because Jeff Jarrett begged me to come and help WCW live again. Jeff comes out to a big pop. Jarrett: Kurt that’s horse crap. I never came to about WCW the only thing I told you was my decision to close TNA. To be honest nobody really wants you here. Lets have a reality check here your six years past your prime. Angle: Shut up Jeff, you didn’t shut TNA down the MEM did, and I’m past my prime? Ha you havent won a title in three years. Jarrett: Ok Kurt, you want to talk your trash lets settle this next week. Deal? Angle: Oh you got Jeff but I guarantee you I will break your freaking Ankle. B+ MT: You hear that, next week Angle/Jarrett next week on Nitro. BH: I can’t believe how Jeff treated Kurt, I mean for Pete sake he’s an Olympic Gold Medalist. Samoa Joe V. Heretic Joe makes quick work out of Heretic making him tap with a rear naked choke. D+ BH: That man’s a beast, trust me Mike he is a future star in this company. MT: I agree Brain, Joe is one of the best young workers around today. We go backstage and see Scott Hall walking and he runs into Randy Savage. Hall: Well well, it’s the “Nacho Man” Randy Savage. A yo aint you a little old to be wrestling. Savage: Don’t mess with me brother, I’m not in the mood. By the way I’m not a wrestler anymore but I can still kick your ass. OOOOOHHHHHH Yeah! Hall: Hey easy chicko, you don’t want to break a hip. Savage then slaps Hall and a big brawl breaks out backstage. C- MT: Well Scott isn’t wasting any time starting trouble. BH: Yea he’s no good a true bad apple. MT: Well are you ready for our monster main event? BH: Damn straight we have Brock Lesnar going up against Bobby Lashley two MMA giants collide next. MT: Here’s the Tale of The Tape Brock Lesnar Weight: 265 Height: 6ft 3in Record in WCW: 0-0 Bobby Lashley Weight:255.4lbs Height: 6ft 1in Record in WCW: 0-0 MT: Lets get started WCW World Heavyweight Championship match Brock Lesnar V. Bobby Lashley Great match easily the show of the night great brawling from both competitors. Brock Lesnar wins with an F-5 and getting the pin. Brock Lesnar is the World Heavyweight Champion. B+ MT: What a way to end the first Nitro of this new era. BH: Yea, join us next week here on ABC Monday 8:00 to 11:00 MT: and don’t forget to watch the new up and comers on WCW Thunders on Thursday on F/X from 7:00 to 8:00. AMW Team 3D looks for Tag Title number 23 as AMW team up again looking for there 7th Tag Titles as a team. Shannon Moore V. AJ Styles This non title match is sure to produce some good high flying action from the WCW Cruiserweight Division. Jeff Jarrett V. Kurt Angle After last weeks outburst between these two they will settle it in the main event of this weeks Nitro. Samoa Joe V. AMW-Again the youth should go over the veteran Shannon Moore V. AJ Styles-This sets up a title match Jeff Jarrett V. Kurt Angle-The better of the two should go over Samoa Joe V. Chris Daniels-Joe needs to run through some talent but Daniels needs to go over. Nikki Roxx V. Cheerleader Melissa-This gets the Ladies Champion over. MT: I also have heard that Eric Bischoff will make an announcement about Thunder later tonight. BH: Well right now we have some beautiful ladies in action. Ladies Championship match Nikki Roxx V. Cheerleader Melissa Solid opener really made the ladies division look strong. Cheerleader Melissa gets the win with a running neckbrecker. Cheerleader Melissa retains her title. D+ BH: Look at them Mike there gorgeous. MT: They can also fight Brain so don’t go all crazy they aren’t Divas. BH: I know, I know MT: Eric is backstage with a major announcement to make. We cut backstage. Bischoff: Thanks Mike, ok next month WCW will make Thunder a show to produce the next big thing in pro wrestling. There will be 20 wrestlers they will fight each other the loser of the matchs are out the one who wins the contest will get a 1 year written contract from WCW.C+ Camera cuts back to Mike and Bobby. MT: Whoa, what about that Bobby? BH: It gives kids a chance in the big time I looking forward to it. MT: Let’s go down to the ring for the next match. Non title AJ Styles V. Shannon Moore This match was great, the high flying of Shannon Moore really stood out but it still wasn’t enough as AJ won with A Styles Clash. B+ MT: The action in the Cruiserweight Division is like nun other. BH: There exciting no doubt but could any of the beat Brock Lesnar…no that’s my point. MT: What’s that have to do with anything? BH: The fact that they cant beat a quality Heavyweight. MT: Whatever. Hulk Hogan walks down to the ring. Hogan: Hey Hulkamaniacs are you enjoying the show Brother? The Crowd goes crazy. Hogan: Good, I came out here to say make sure you watch Bash at The Beach in two weeks as I will have a major surprise for you all. You will have to tune in to find out what it is though. Talking of Bash at The Beach, I have made two matches so far they are AJ Styles V. Shannon Moore for the WCW Cruiserweight Championship. The other match will be for the WCW Ladies Championship brother as Cheerleader Melissa will defend against Sarah Stock and Nikki Roxx in a Triple Threat match brother. Have a good night and don’t forget to take your vitamins and say your prayers Hulkamaniacs. A MT: Do think you know what it is Brain? BH: No clue Mike, but if Hogan says it’s big it’s big. WCW Tag Team Championship match Team 3D V AMW A good match could have been better Chris Harris had an off night. Team 3d wins when they hit a 3D and get the pin. Team 3D wins the WCW Tag Team Championship. C- We cut backstage and see Brock Lesnar walking to the ring when he walks into Sting. Sting: Brock, you know I was in the main event of the last WCW Nitro before Vince bought us I think it’s only fitting I get a title shot. Lesnar: Ha, I could beat you in less than five minutes. Sting: See that’s what I talk about when I talk about the Young punks walking around thinking there all that. Lesnar: Sting, I am all that I am a four time wrestling All American at the University of Minnesota, plus the youngest WWE World Champion ever. Sting: You’re just a punk plain and simple. Brock laughs at sting and then hits him with a right hand knocking him out. He then goes on putting Stings leg in-between two doors and smashing it. Kevin Nash comes running and knocks Brock down as he checks on Sting. B- MT: Well Sting has been took to the hospital but now we have a match to get to Matt Morgan V. Booker T A good match. Morgan won with a Jackhammer. B MT: Wow Matt Morgan destroyed Booker. BH: Yea, I have never seen Booker beat like that. A video of Sting arriving at the hospital. A Samoa Joe V. Chris Daniels Great match really went over well with the crowd. The match ended in a draw when they were both not able to get up before the ten count. B MT: Holy cow, Brain what a battle. These two wrester wrestled there hearts out here tonight and listen to this crowd. BH: This crowed appreciates the effort that these two guys put on and I did too. Ric Flair and The Motor City Machineguns are backstage talking. Flair: Wooow, I think I could take you to new heights if you let me mange you. Shelley: Ric, you are a wrestling god so we would be glad to have you mange us. Sabin: Me too, so welcome aboard. C+ MT: Ric Flair and the Guns? BH: Looks that way to me and I can’t blame Flair. MT: Next is the main event here is the tale of the tape. Kurt Angle Weight: 240lbs Height: 6ft 0in Record in WCW: 0-0 Jeff Jarrett Weight: 230lbs Height: 6ft 0in Record in WCW: 0-0 Jeff Jarrett V.
