I havent been as shocked about anything like I am now since Owen Hart's death. Eddie will be sorely missed. Without trying to divert attention, I think Vince should allow Eddie and his family to be honoured by having Chavo take back the Guerrero name.

Eddie will be sorely missed and was one of my favorite wrestlers. I would love to see WWE drop the whole Kerwin White thing and bring back Chavo. I have put up a video tribute of Eddie Guerrero on my site. I wish I knew who made it so I could give proper credit but its worth checking out.... I'm still in shock over this and just can't help, hope, wish, that Vince Mcmahon was trying to pull the ultimate swerve over everyone. I guess it's not the above the realm of possiblity he would try something like that for the attention in would receive (faking someones death). I'm just in denial and wish one of my all-time favorite wrestlers was still alive

EDDIE GUERRERO'S CAUSE OF DEATH ANNOUNCED by Mike Johnson @ 12:45:00 PM on 11/15/2005 Former WWE champion Eddie Guerrero passed away due to heart failure brought on by past drug and alcohol abuse, according to a statement made by his wife Vicki to WWE's website this afternoon. Guerrero told the website, "It was from his past – the drinking and the drug abuse. They found signs of heart disease. She (the examiner) said that the blood vessels were very worn and narrow, and that just showed all the abuse from the scheduling of work and his past. And Eddie just worked out like crazy all the time. It made his heart grow bigger and work harder and the vessels were getting smaller, and that’s what caused the heart failure. He went into a deep sleep. As soon as they saw his heart, they saw the lining of his heart already had the heart disease. There was no trauma, and Eddie hadn’t hurt himself in any way. It answered a lot of questions. I knew Eddie wasn’t feeling very good for the last week. He was home and kept saying he wasn’t feeling good and we thought it was just “road tired.” So we thought he just had to rest. It answered a lot of my questions, too, because he was just so exhausted. She said it was normal because the heart was working so hard."

the wrestling industry needs to change. if anything it should be surprising that this doesn't happen to more guys. think about it, even football and hockey players get an offseason to recover from the abuse they put their bodies through.
