^ You're the Curt Hennig of predictions

I've not had a single WWF prediction wrong, but WCW hasn't been treating me as well. I'm in the middle of a diary game as WWF 1991, so I'd better have a good handle on them....

Let's see if I can right the WCW ship:

Sting vs Sid Vicious

On free TV, this match is a no contest, so some other kind of draw. Save the real match for PPV, in my books.

Terry Gordy vs Lex Luger

Total squash for the Total Package.

Ron Simmons vs Dick Murdoch

He'll always be Farooq to me.

WCW United States Title Match

Beautiful Bobby Eaton vs Sabu

He didn't lose to Kevin Nash. He's not about to lose to Sabu (who I've never been a fan of).

Barry Windham vs Diamond Dallas Page

Very interesting match. DDP isn't quite on the level of Windham, at this point, but that could change any time.

Fit Finlay & Mike Awesome vs Chris Jericho & Rob Van Dam

A wide open match here. I'm just going with my favourite, and that's Jericho.

Rick Rude is shown barging into Commissioner Terry Funk's office to confront him about his decision on WCW Power Hour. Rude then angrily asks who does he think he is by changing his decision to not grant Flair a title shot, as he feels that he didn't earn it. Funks replies for Rude to first lower his tone, and that no matter how Flair won the match, he was already the #1 contender, so his little challenge was never necessary.

Funk then rises from his chair, and then explains that he is the commissioner, and it is his job to make things fair around here, and that if he still has a problem with his decision, he can take up with him, and his good friend Mr. Branding Iron after the show.

Paul E. Dangerously helped Rude during this segment. Rick Rude looked good. Terry Funk underperformed. The To Be The Man storyline has continued with this segment. This segment lifted the crowd.

The Nature Boy Ric Flair makes his way to the ring to cut a promo. He starts by saying that Rude cannot avoid the inevitable anymore, and that he must walk that aisle with the title on the line. He continues by thanking the new commissioner by saying that even though they've had their differences in the past, Funk has always been a stand up guy at the end of the day.

Flair then enters hype mode, and reveals that at SuperBrawl, The Nature Boy will be on his A-game, so he'll expect nothing less from Rude. He then says that his A-game is a bit above everyone else's though, so at SuperBrawl, I will become the 8 time NWA World Heavywight champion. He ends the promo with his trademark Woooooo!, before strutting to the back.

The To Be The Man storyline has continued with this segment. This segment lifted the crowd.

After the match was ruled a disqualification in Sting's favor due to Sid Vicious' manager Paul E Dangerously hitting him with his cell phone, Sid continues to attack Sting. As fans sit concerned and puzzled, while they witness Dangerously setting up a table right outside of the ring, Sid picks the seemingly out cold Sting up, and escorts him toward the ropes, where the table sits right outside under it.

In a despicable move by the self proclaimed ruler of the world, Sig grabs Sting's neck with one hand, and chokeslams Sting over the top rope through the table. As officials and paramedics rush to tend to the broken Sting, Sid stands laughing maniacally in the ring, as the show goes off the air

The Sting's Revenge storyline has continued with this segment. This segment lifted the crowd.

I haven't read it, actually. I was in the book store, with Bret Hart's book in one hand, and Jericho's in the other for about 10 minutes, before I chose Bret's. One of the toughest choices of my life.

I knew I was taking a risk, predicting a draw in the main event. It was either going to be a draw, or a DQ, and I chose wrong. Oh well....

Stupid Dick Murdoch. That's the one that bothers me. Who does he think he is, anyway. *grumble*

Excellent table bump. They weren't really done, back in the day, but Paul E. Dangerously is definitely the guy to initiate it, for obvious reasons.

Cheers!

Yes, I bought Bret's book, and wasn't disappointed one bit. Jericho's book is just as good, if not better, so if you you love Bret's book like me, you'll love Jericho's also. Don't know if you are as big of a fan of Dynamite Kid as I am, but I also recommend his, as it is a very good read too.

Yeah , I had to do the table spot. I wanted Sting to win, but I knew for the fued to continue, I had to have something unheard of and extreme (haha) happen for it to deserve continuation. I'm glad you liked it.

Thanks for reading as always.

The Undertaker vs Tiger Mask

Hope he buries Warrior for good.

The Mountie vs The British Bulldog

Some bad blood here, from their tag team days. Bulldog just took a loss to Perfect (hardly something to get upset about), so he'll pick it back up here. The Mountie doesn't need to win, to get heat. He just needs to cattle prod people.

Buzz Sawyer vs Kerry Von Erich

The Texas Tornado craps all over Sawyer's trailor park.
