I just recently discovered this great game and I'm thinking of puchasing it. The thing is that I live in Europe and have never puchased anything from US before. My account currency isn't American dollars, but I guess they will get automaticly changed to dollars when I purchase the game right?

 

I also don't understand the way the license for the game works. Is it working like Steam where you get one license which you can use as many times as you want after formatting your computer etc? Will the license also work offline?

The license allows you to play the game on one computer. You can transfer it to different computers, but it can only be active on one at a time. You need to be online to activate or deactivate the license, but you don't have to be online to play a game once it has been activated.

But what happens if I format my computer or get a new ip adress? Does the license still recognize that it's the same computer?

You would need to unlicense before formatting, then relicense after. If you were to forget we would be able to help you recover the license.

 

Changing IP address would not matter.
