Tomato Can
Do you guys use the automatic push feature or do you decide that yourself? Also, if a worker wants to be pushed higher than his recommended push, do you raise him to make him happy or stick with the recommended?
Derek B
I have always used autopush. The guys that want to be pushed higher than their autopush won't actually get unhappy about it, it's just their way of trying to get you to push them into the main event. MJStark
I love the auto-push feature. Once every 6 months or so I look through my roster, all the ones complaining that I dont use them get canned and I start rehiring better workers. Once my roster is full again I hit auto-push and presto, my entire roster is sorted where they should be. It can be annoying at times, like if you have an announcer who would rather be a manager so it automatically changes them to manager for you, but its a lot easier than doing it all by hand! Teh_Showtime
I use auto push at the start of the game and then adjust as I see fit (mostly color guys and managers and Authoritys)

after that at the start of every month I sort the roster by push and then see the recremended push and decide to push(or depush) them or not
Greg McNeish
I auto-push after every single show, or new hire. Keeps everyone happy.
Doodgraver
I always do auto-push after each month. I only change the backstage workers, managers, commentators etc. myself!

I had The Idaho Punisher cause a ruckus backstage and was unhappy with my Riot Act approach to it. He was asking to be put into the Upper Midcard, so I did, and after a couple of shows he was in the green for happiness again.
