[B]It was 2005...[/B] I was involved with wrestling for 6 years plus at that time. Mainly booking for small local promotions and backyard feds. In 2005 though I worked out some deals with my friend who owned the SCW(backyard fed). I convinced him to pay a few bucks a month for a webpage and we would air weekly wrestling shows on webtv. He was easy to convince. We got all our friends to work for free... at least for a limited time. We ran 2 weekly shows in our home town every week as well as our recorded show for the internet. While all this was happening we grew in popularity. In our home state we were as big as the WWE almost in popularity. Outside of Michigan we were about as big as Pro Wrestling Guerrilla. Then the internet banned our website from airing our shows without having us pay them a cut that was too much for us. It is now February of 2006. We have signed Christopher Daniels, Amazing Red, Chris Hero, Brandon Thomaselli, Harry Smith, and Austin Aries to written contracts. Our workers who did work for free are now starting to ask for money and those who got paid want more money. We have about $970,000 but no sponsors or tv deals due to the fact that we are hardcore. Pro Wrestling Guerrilla, Pro Wrestling Iron, Total Nonstop Action, and WWE have all offered me their head booker spot. I could just stay with PWSCW but I think I have accomplished all I can. Now honestly I have no idea what I want to do. PWG and PWI are losing money weekly and also don't have tv deals. TNA is gaining money and has a tv deal as well as a lot of great talent that I could utilize. WWE is the world leader in Sports Entertainment. Their Smackdown brand needs a lot of revamping since Batista, JBL, Rey Jr., and Road Warrior Animal are their biggest stars. pwscw.. and it's nice to see the internet, something which is a network of billions of computers, asking someone to pay 'them' a cut when the internet isn't a corporation or an individual, and it's nice to see that you couldn't afford that but you have $970,000... yeah, that's about as believable as aliens invading :)

SCW - 4 PWG - 3 TNA - 5 WWE - 4 PWI - 0 TNA won. -weirdo_man Oh and I couldnt afford to do it and still make a profit. I would have been losing 15 grand a month even if I could have renewed the contract. I couldn't change from a hardcore fed to anything else and a lot of guys on written deals got hurt. I also was about to lose a lot of my cheap guys because they wanted more money. I could have done it but I would be running weekly events 2 times a week with no way of having people other than the live crowd see the event. TNA has a lot of guys on PPA deals and when they make money each month its only a couple grand if even that much. They have 1 ref and 1 announcer. It is my job to put them back on the map!

[B]February 15, 2006[/B] I was in a meeting with Roger discussing the future of the PW vs SCW. He told me it was alright to move on and it wouldn't hurt our friendship. He told me he would leave for another promotion if he were me too. He told me that I better beat WWE in the ratings by the end of the year as well. He showed me that Batista and JBL had the match of the year last year and also showed me that RAW had the show of the year. He just had to remind me. I got on a plane and flew down to Florida from Michigan. While on my way I called up about 40 workers who I had pending offers with while in PWSCW. All of them told me they would get back to me about my offers. The only one I heard from before I got to Florida was Jack Evans. We went over the final numbers and asked me to fax him a contract. When I got off the plane Jerry Jarrett, Janice, Bob, and Dixie were all there waiting to pick me up in a Yukon. Jerry was really cool and told me that while I was working for them he would gladly help me out if I needed a hand. Dixie told me she was a more hands off boss. Bob and Janice said they just financially back the company. We got an early dinner and discussed what they wanted from me and such. I told them what I thought of their workers and staff. I told them about Jack Evans and how I wanted to bring him in immediately. They told me that would be fine and Jerry Jarrett would fax the final contract. They took me to my hotel room and offered to pay for expenses until I found a place to live. This day was a good one I was being treated really well and was about to take one of the top wrestling jobs in America. 1AM that night I was looking at internet reports and saw that 2 big stars let their contracts expire with the WWE. Jericho had done it last year and Christian walked out on them for TNA. I guess I will have to look at the demands of those 2 guys from WWE and see if its possible to get them. [B]February 17th[/B] I drove around looking at places to stay. I saw a couple nice 2 bedroom houses but I kept thinking about what I was going to do with my first Impact show. Rhino held the X Title and NWA Title. The Naturals were the tag champs. The announcers were Terry Taylor and Jeremy Borash. I wasn't too fond of this commentary team. I had to shop around for an announce team. The only referee was Mark Johnson. He would work for a couple weeks but I had to look for about 2 or 3 more. I also was running shows about 2 staff members short. No wonder WWE is destroying TNA in all departments. [B]February 18, 2006 pre-show TNA Impact on Spike TV[/B] It was about 3 hours before the show. I was about to meet with the booking team and road agents. I still didn't know who was on it. Kevin Nash, Sean Waltman, Jerry Jarrett, Shane Douglas, and Harley Race were my booking team. Shane Douglas, Jerry Lynn, Harley Race, Jeff Jarrett, and Kip James were my road agents. I knew things were gonna need to change. "So what should we do with the show tonight guys? I just got here and well I wanna let you guys have some say. I will be changing the booking team and road agents as I see fit. Just remember that." Nash spoke up, "well I would like to see Waltman on the show tonight. As for me I am getting older and prefer to stay off of the shows usually. I mean unless I am gonna be holding a title there really is no point in me being on the show." Jerry had an idea, "how about AJ Styles vs BJ Whitmer? That would be a quality match and a good way for Whitmer to at least get on tv while showcasing what TNA is about." "Ok fair enough. Rhino won't be on the show tonight. I got an idea for you Waltman. I also think I got an idea for Jeff Jarrett so Jerry get ahold of him and tell him to meet me before the show. Monty Brown is also gonna get some air time tonight. I like his intensity. Ok that will conclude this short meeting. Get ready to put on the first show of my reign as head booker." [B]TNA IMPACT on Spike TV[/B] A video package airs... Rhino winning the X Title. Then him winning the NWA Title. The Naturals holding the Tag Gold. AJ Styles doing a Styles Clash off the stage through a table to Samoa Joe. Samoa Joe hitting the Muscle Buster on AJ. Jeff Jarrett putting Jeff Hardy through a series of matches. Jeff Jarrett quitting as the authority of TNA and becoming a wrestler again. [I]It is time for a change of guard. Tonight is the beginning.[/I] The video package closes with the TNA logo. Borash and Taylor announce that all week TNA has been quiet about who will be in charge now that Jarrett resigned as the man in charge. [B]The Debut of Power[/B] Then on out on the ramp walks a man. He begins to speak... "Hello TNA fans! I am known as TP. Most of you do not know who I am. You may be familiar with my work in the PWSCW. I tried not to put myself on our shows much their and I will try not to here either unless I truly need to. Tonight you may see a lot of me but I promise I will not become a familiar face. Now onto some business. I was brought here to make sure TNA continued to make money. Also to improve the ratings and eventually go head to head with the great white north. So tonight in our opening match it will be AJ Styles vs BJ Whitmer." [B]Rating: B-[/B] "I also have decided that this next worker... well I am not a big fan. He whines crys pisses and moans about how things aren't fair. So tonight Sean Waltman either wins or he is fired. Thank you for your time." [B]Rating: C[/B] [B]Interview[/B] "Franchise here with AJ. AJ what do you think about your upcoming match with BJ Whitmer?" "Honestly I have seen a lot of his work. He is a great technical wrestler and can be a great asset to the X Division. I am sure he will garner a lot of wins but not one tonight! I am the Phenominal AJ Styles!" [B]Rating: D[/B] [B]AJ Styles vs BJ Whitmer[/B] AJ Styles and Whitmer showed a lot of their technical abilities but in the end AJ was just too good for Whitmer to keep up. AJ wins with the Styles Clash. [B]Rating: D but the quality was a B[/B] [B]TP Again[/B] TP shows up on the screen. "Ok so after a lot of thought for who Waltmans opponent would be I decided I would go with Monty Python and the Holy... I mean Monty Brown. Waltman for your sake I hope you don't feel the Pooooooouuuuuuunce! Have a great day." [B]Rating: D[/B] [B]JJ Up to No Good[/B] After a commercial break we see Jeff Jarrett walking into TPs office. "TP I got a deal to offer you." Jarrett sees the camera behind him and turns to face it. "I have business to take care of. Get out of my face!" [B]Rating: D+[/B] Waltman arrives in a car. [B]Rating: D[/B] Franchise runs out to him and informs him of his match and tells him that if he loses he is fired. Waltman just gets an angry look on his face and continues to enter the building. [B]Rating: D-[/B] Short Commercial Break [B]Franchise Gets a Nice Surprise[/B] Franchise walks into the building and sees Monty Brown stretching. "Monty can I have a word with you real quick? Do you have anything to say about Waltman and your match tonight?" "Monty Brown... feels that... Waltman is far inferior to... himself. Waltman, welcome to the... sarengetti(sp), and get ready... to feel the... POOOOOOOOUUUUUUNNCE!" [B]Rating: E[/B] Brown continued to get himself mentally ready for the match. [B]Rating: E-[/B] Short commercial break [B]Monty Brown vs Sean Waltman[/B] Waltman struggled with Browns power and wasn't much faster. At one point Waltman ran to the ropes and was gonna do a quick leg drop but Brown was on his feet ready to spear the hell out of him. Waltman stopped and that was when the tide changed. From that point on Waltman was dominated and finished with a Pounce that knocked Waltman clear between the middle and top ropes to the floor. Brown rolled him back in the ring as the crowd wanted one more. He delivered and got the pinfall. [B]Rating: D- but the quality was a little bit better than the overall outcome.[/B] The show went off the air with Brown looking down at a broken Sean Waltman. I will be continuing this but at the moment I just started a new job and my girlfriend of 9 months and best friend of like 6 years dumped me. Advice of the week... DONT EVER DATE YOUR BEST FRIENDS. Anyways but yeah thank you for the criticism. I knew I was forgetting something with Monty Brown. It was only 2 matches because it was my into show. I was trying to establish some storylines plus it was my way of being cheap so TNA wouldn't lose too much money. I have booked all the way up through Destination X and to Lockdown and most guys are on written deals. I do not need to be so cheap anymore and as of now at Lockdown I am finally turning out a profit.

Then the video was cut off and on the screen showed the arrival of Nash and Waltman in a limo. The video package then restarted. After the video, Waltman and Nash were shown backstage laying into Rhino. Waltman hit the X-Factor on Rhino onto the Heavyweight Title. O: D- [B]Naturals vs Wave of the Future[/B] Wave of the Future won by DQ when Nash and Waltman ran in and interfered. R: E Q: B O: E Nash and Waltman grabbed a microphone. They say they have a surprise for everyone tonight. They announce that they are forming a group called the Raiders and if anyone wants some then they know where to find em. O: B Abyss came out onto the stage and waited a little bit until James Mitchell came out. Mitchell announced he was back by the side of Abyss. O: E [B]Abyss vs Tito Ortiz[/B] Abyss won with the black hole slam. R: E Q: B O: D- SD: “Hey Monty how upset are you about the fact that you have no match tonight?” Monty makes eye contact with Shane and gets in his face really pissed off. Nobody was good enough to face me tonight but I spoke with TP today and he said that he wants to see me in some warm up matches and he will give me a title shot once he sees me prove myself. R: E Q: D O: E The video screen went black with Petey and Team Canada still celebrating and on the screen came the tattoo of Goldberg followed by Goldberg yelling “WHOS NEXT.” Then Goldbergs music hit. O: B [B]Sabu vs Samoa Joe[/B] Samoa Joe won when Sabu was on the top rope with a chair covered with barbed wire but Abyss threw Sabu through a table. Samoa Joe took Sabu up and hit the musclebuster. R: E Q: D+ O: E Rhino was walking by Shane Douglas but pushed Douglas and his mic out of his face. O: D Rhino went nuts throwing tables with production equipment all over the backstage area. The Raiders make sure that things happen the way they should. I mean there has to be one guy in the back you wanna wrestle.” CC: “I want that little b***h Jeff Jarrett.
