Blood & Honor Wrestling

Posted September 1st, 2009

There's been rumors spreading about a new company based on the North Western area of North America, last reported by a reliable source that they will be testing the waters in the states of Washington and Oregon, and possibly having some shows up in the Canadian province of British Columbia if successful in the US of A. We're not actually sure how serious this company is, as they don't even have a date set for their first show, but we will provide information here as it becomes available.

This company seems to focus on Hardcore wrestling, but with a twist. They claim they will also provide a sense of "legit competition and honor."

Taken from BHWrestling.com's main page

The specifics of the match rules for BHW are fairly simple, generally there are no rules, you do anything within your own power to become a champion in the BHW. We will not be having one man stand atop the BHW because he has "connections" and those said "connections" do the fighting for him, no way. If you want to be known as the BHW Heavyweight Champion, you will infact prove you deserve the championship! And you will prove it, either by out wrestling your opponent, or just plain ole' smashing his face in, by yourself with a steel chair, or any other object you can get your hands on. Or both!

Rule #1: Under no circumstance will anyone other than the official participants and the referee become physically involved in any match in which a championship or number one contendership for a champion are to be decided. If any associate of either competitor in the match becomes physically involved in anyway, both the competitor and interfering they will be immediately stripped of any championship they currently hold, and will have to regain their "honour" before being considered for another championship opportunity.

Rule #2: Well, actually there are no other rules. Remember folks, this isn't Butterfly Land & Honor Wrestling, this is Blood & Honor Wrestling, and expect a lot of blood and the equally important traditional wrestling.

Remember Rule #1 only applies to matches revolving around Championships, and Number One Contenderships, but really, if you can't prove you deserve the championships without outside help in standard matches, do you honestly think you'll be considered championship material?
