The head booker is a newcomer to the wrestling world. His name is Timothy Owens. His brother, Kwame' Owens is the head booker for TCW. TCW is the second largest wrestling promotion in the world. The Owner is Tommy Cornell and the head booker is Kwame' Owens. The two brother's decided to compete to see who could lead a better promotion. The developmental company of the SWF is NYCW, owned by The Stomper. TCW's development territory is MAW, owned by Rip Chord, a good friend of Sam Strong.
