An Elite Uprising!

Recommended Posts

That's right I am re-starting my Elite Pro-Wrestling Dynasty.. I've been playing ever since I was doing write up's for my previous Dynasty. The problem I had before was playing it as I was running shows, and not having decent amounts of time to come up with posters.. but now I am announcing it is back!

It will have the same backstory as before and if you didn't read my previous attempt at this diary I will be re-posting the backstory.

OOC.. As I've said above .. it's the same backstory as before.. I will probably be changing certain things along the way but it will mostly be the same as before.

The Introductions...

Hello my name is Trevor Dontae. I am a huge wrestling advocate. I have tried to get into the business for quite some time, but nothing has stuck quite yet. My dad used to be an Independant wrestler and has since retired from the sport. He still watches RAW every Monday, ECW on Tuesday, TNA on Thursdays and SmackDown on Fridays.. He enjoys all the talent each individual possesses and would love to own his own company.

He last told me that 4 years ago. Now he has been saving up money so he can bring his dreams to fruition. I asked him if he still planned on opening a business, or a wrestling organization. He never gave me a straight answer. He'd always tell me "Yeah that'd be a good thing." I think he's been going cenile for quite some time, but then he always gives me the smartest advice when I'm in a rutt. He tells me how he'll need a Head Booker when he decides to open a company. Then again he also tells me he'll need a manager when he starts his own store.

I've been Unemployed for nearly 8 months now. This economy sucks and no place is hiring. My Dad & I have been living, just the two of us, off his retirement money.. It's not much but it's been working for some time now. He's even been saving money somehow. I've gotten some severence checks and some unemployment checks but those aren't gonna last much longer.

Then it hit me.

Then it hit me...

I can go to the bank and see what I got for money and go from there.. maybe I can help chip in some money for Pa and we can upstart a promotion and make his dream come true.

So I got to the bank and checked the ATM for my savings account balance.. For the severence checks, what money I had left from my job, the unemployment checks, and the miscellaneus money I've won from scratch off lottery tickets. I didn't know how much I would have when I got there. I guess I was hoping for more than I knew was in there. I was hoping I'd have enough to start a company, buy a ring, employ some workers, rent out venues, and have enough for advertising.

Then I got to the bank, left my car on blaring an AC/DC song from my MP3 player, I slipped my Debit Card into the ATM punched in my PIN number and awaited my fate.

As I read the print on the paper my eyes grew wide...

As I read the print on the paper my eyes grew wide...

I only had $7,000 saved up. How was this gonna be enough for my Dad and I to start a promotion and afford a ring, workers, venues, and still afford to keep us alive in this insane game known as life.

I thought to myself.. "If I leave $2,000 in the bank, that should be enough to support us, I can hit up the casino and try to steamroll some money together.. I was pretty lucky on those Lottery Tickets but this was a different scene for me."

So I actually decided to empty my account and then I headed up to the casino looking to win at least 10 times my current money situation. I put $1,000 on some Black Jack. I didn't do too bad, gained us an extra Four Grand. So now I had $11,000 to my name. I might as well go play some Texas Hold'Em(this is a game that me and my buddies used to play I used to take all their money, they wouldn't be happy with me after the games, to say the least) I got to the Hold'Em table, it said there was a $5,000 buy-in.

I did not see this coming...

I did not see this coming...

In Texas Hold'Em I sat on the first couple hands, I only wanted to play hands I knew I would win. It was me and 8 other guys at the table. Guys from all walks of life were sitting around me, all talking about random things that would never cross my mind. I could've sworn I heard someone talking about his sexlife with his wife, but I didn't want to pay too much attention to that. The thought of this guy naked made me almost throw up and hearing him talking about how he likes to dress up like a cowboy only wearing the chaps and a gun holster, didn't help my cause at all.

Another man was talking about all possible odds every single hand. He was the guy I needed to get out first. He knew his way around the table and then some. He was telling people how he played out in Vegas and won nearly $80,000. I wish I was that good at this game.. the most I ever won from my buddies was 40 bucks. Which is nothing compared to 80 Grand!

I finally found a hand that I have always had good luck with, an A-8 suited(clubs if you must know). I raised the blind, got a couple callers and waited for the flop..

http://i114.photobucket.com/albums/n250/Tylergadzinski/Cards/AH.jpghttp://i114.photobucket.com/albums/n250/Tylergadzinski/Cards/AD.jpghttp://i114.photobucket.com/albums/n250/Tylergadzinski/Cards/3C.jpg

Alright! Three of a kind aces! I was so excited it was my only my third hand or so playing tonight, I wanted to push All-In right there but I stopped myself and bet $300 as calmy as my shaky hand would let me. I got two people to call which was pretty good. The Turn comes out..

http://i114.photobucket.com/albums/n250/Tylergadzinski/Cards/5C.jpg

Now I couldn't stop myself, top 3 of a kind, and a Flush Draw I had to push it in, so I did. The guy to my left quickly folded and got up from the tabl to go to the bathroom. The other guy was sitting directly across from me and he looked at me for a good 15 seconds before he called, I had more chips than this guy so it wouldn't be entirely bad if I lost. I was scared of what he flipped over..

OOC I don't know when I will update this with the next part.. probably tomorrow since I have off work now. But Saturday I have a wrestling show that I will be gone most of the day and Sunday I am doing nothing so I will probably update again then. The reason why I don't know when I will update next is my tag team partner and "brother" in the organization I work for was diagnosed with Leukemia about 2 and a half weeks ago. Wednesday night I got a text saying that he was doing worse and they didn't expect him to make it, and if he did, it'd be a miracle. I was doing pretty fine today until I got out of work and it just hit me really hard. This is the guy that I have learned a great deal of things from and not only that but we are like a family up there and it's like our actual brother is leaving us. I wish him and his family the best.

I was scared of what he flipped over..

I had to flip my cards first, so I did with a smug smirk on my face thinking I had just gained a good stack of chips. I was wrong. He flipped over his hand with force and a giggle. I was shocked when I saw his hand.

http://i114.photobucket.com/albums/n250/Tylergadzinski/Cards/2S.jpghttp://i114.photobucket.com/albums/n250/Tylergadzinski/Cards/4S.jpg

He had a straight, F***! I kept telling myself it's alright that I'd still have money left, not much granted but still something. He was just standing there talking crap to me, telling me how stupid I was to push all-in with the obvious straight possibility. But for some odd reason I had this gut feeling that this guy was gonna choke on his words.. and it wasn't long until he did. The River finally hit the table and he almost cried..

http://i114.photobucket.com/albums/n250/Tylergadzinski/Cards/QC.jpg

I hit a miracle flush! The guy was furious to say the least, he stormed away from the table yelling obscenities back at me. I watched him get met by two security guards and get escorted out, I even think I seen one guard mouth that he was no longer welcome at this Casino.

It was starting to go good for me at the table, maybe I should call him..

It was starting to go good for me at the table, maybe I should call him..

Since my luck was at an all-high, and I was feeling unstoppable, I mucked my next hand and walked outside to get some air. When I got outside the guy I just eliminated was out there. He saw me standing by the door and came over to me.

"Sorry about how I acted in there, that was a crazy hand, I was just so sure I was gonna win that hand but I didn't because of that stinkin' King!"

"It's alright man I've had my fair share of blow-up's and stormouts."

He then was silent for a second or two then extended his hand to shake and wish me luck. I grabbed his hand and thanked him for the luck, I know I needed it more now the table was winding down. After he walked away I pulled out my shotty Cell Phone and called up my dad.

"Dad, I have some fantastic news for you!"

"What's the news?"

"Well you remember how I have been wanting to become a wrestler just like you were? Well I've decided that instead of driving all over to find a place that could use me or wanted me, I am actually gonna start up a promotion, and I was hoping you'd come help me."

"Well son that is great. Why are you calling me? You're not asking for money are you?"

"No Dad, I'm at the casino right now, I've taken out my savings and came up here and tested my luck. I've won 4 G's at Black Jack and now I'm playing a 5,000 dollar buy-in game of Texas Hold'Em"

"Alright, well remember son not to be a fool, play good hands, don't be a donkey. I hope you can make me enough money so I don't ever have to worry about it again."

"I won't dad.. anyway I was just wondering if when I get this promotion started I was wondering if you'd like to be the sole owner of the promotion, and be the Road Agent and head Trainer since you've been around in the business for some time."

"You know what son, I would be honored to do that for you. You just gotta get the green and I'll come help you out.

"Alright Well I love you dad I will talk to you later."

"Ok, have a good night Trevor. Remember don't out stay your welcome at the casino."

After the phone call it was back to the sound of chips clanking together and the cards being dealt across the felt. With my bigger bankroll going I thought I'd up the ante.. I started betting more and more and play a few more hands and try to catch some luck with some different cards. I can't believe after 30 minutes I was sitting with $7,500. I was up Twenty-Five Hundred dollars from when I started this Hold'Em game.

With this luck, who needs fate?

With this luck, who needs fate?

I must've been playing now for an hour or two, chip stack has been like an elevator constantly going up and down. I'm still up from when I started but not nearly as much as I had before. Now at the table it's me and 5 other guys.. All this time and only two people have been eliminated. Still at the table, the disturbing guy that has finally given up on his sexlife talk and has now switched his train of thought to Football(American). He was telling me how his favorite team was the Browns and how he thought they were going on this year to win the SuperBowl. I told him they'll need a little help, after that statement he went almost silent.

The other guy was still going on about his odds and how with the pot odds the way they were he couldn't refuse calling. So he played another hand, probably his 60th(at least) so far. I folded my Q-2 off-suit.. figured I wouldn't spend the extra $200 to see a flop..

To my suprise the flop came out..[/QuOTE]

http://i114.photobucket.com/albums/n250/Tylergadzinski/Cards/QH.jpghttp://i114.photobucket.com/albums/n250/Tylergadzinski/Cards/2H.jpghttp://i114.photobucket.com/albums/n250/Tylergadzinski/Cards/QD.jpg

Damn it, I would've had a Full House almost a guarenteed win I would've had. But then the Turn came..

http://i114.photobucket.com/albums/n250/Tylergadzinski/Cards/2S.jpg

Another two came out.. I can't believe the way my luck has been going.. I fold, I get an almost unbeatable hand. The Odds guy decided to bet 4,000 dollars, everyone but one person folded. The the River finally came out...

http://i114.photobucket.com/albums/n250/Tylergadzinski/Cards/AD.jpg

It was an Ace. The only way I could've been beaten was if one of these two guys had pocket Ace's I can't wait to see what these two had to see if I should kick myself later for folding.

The guy that called flipped over his cards..

http://i114.photobucket.com/albums/n250/Tylergadzinski/Cards/QH.jpghttp://i114.photobucket.com/albums/n250/Tylergadzinski/Cards/7S.jpg

He and I would've split the pot. If the other didn't flip over what he had so quick and made me feel better I folded.

Time to let the game play out..

Another long hour came and went I've played probably 25 hands in the three hours I've been at this table. I've won a good percentage of them not making much money though. I was sitting with $9,000 in chips now, I was in third of the four people left. The Poker Guru guy was in first obviously with a commanding lead, his chip stack was nearing 20,000 it was more than 8,000 above the second place guy.

The guy in last was the Browns fan, even with his dwindling chip stack he still kept talking, and talking, and talking.. I didn't know if by this point this guy was actually this talkative or if it was the 4 beers preceded by 4 shots. He was now telling us how he was once in a fight with Floyd Mayweather and beat him. We all shook our heads at how blasphemus this story was, it wasn't his worst of the night though.

OOC.. I'm trying to get this going as fast as I can.. I really want to start putting shows up.. but then again the more time I have the better I can write up matches.. Which in this dynasty probably won't be the greatest, since that is where I've gotten bored with doing dynasties.. I will try my best to give you guys something you will like!

It wasn't his worst of the night though..

Not only telling us he's beaten Mayweather in a fight he was also now claiming that he was signed to the Philadelphia 76ers and scored 60 points on Lebron James in one game, it was mildly entertaining to hear this but also mildly annoying. Everyone knew that he was gonna be out soon and we'd finally get some silence..

It took another 30 minutes until the next person was eliminated.. and sad to say it wasn't big-mouth. In that time frame I managed to bulk my stack up to 15,000 while the Guru boosted his up to 24,000. The talker guy now only had $6,000 left.. He couldn't last too much longer. All I have to do is sit back and watch his stack get taken out by the blinds. If I made it to the top two, I would earn $10,000.. and I do mean earn after hearing this guy talk for nearly 4 hours. Then again if I win I get $35,000. I was hoping the best would happen and come my way but I was thinking logical and I had no chance of beating this guy at his game.

It seemed like the next hour took forever..

It seemed like the next hour took forever..

This hour seemed to take a long, long time the guy kept earning more chips by raising his blinds.. I know I didn't want to call him and the Guru guy must not have been getting hands because he wasn't calling him either. After a couple minutes I was big blind(probably for the eigth time since it was us three) I decided to raise the blind after they both called it, I was holding a 10-J of Spades. The Guru folded almost instantly, but the talker guy actually raised me again.. I called him and awaited the flop..

http://i114.photobucket.com/albums/n250/Tylergadzinski/Cards/10H.jpghttp://i114.photobucket.com/albums/n250/Tylergadzinski/Cards/QD.jpghttp://i114.photobucket.com/albums/n250/Tylergadzinski/Cards/AS.jpg

I had a pair of tens, I was first to act so I decided to check it to him, he bet out $1,000, I called him thinking I had him beat. He just smiled and I swore I heard him mumble "rookie" in a semi-laugh. I couldn't help but feel like this was my end of the tournament.. I had no confidence in myself at this point. I hung my head low in agony and watched for the Turn..

http://i114.photobucket.com/albums/n250/Tylergadzinski/Cards/9S.jpg

Okay, maybe this wasn't going so bad, I now had an open-ended straight draw and a flush draw.. I still debated whether I should bet or not.. after thinking it over for 10 seconds or so I checked it once again to him.. He bet out another $1,000, again, I called him and then he again said something under his breath.. this time I couldn't understand what he was saying. Not that I cared but it was kind of disrespectful.. I sat there as I was staring at him waiting for the River..

http://i114.photobucket.com/albums/n250/Tylergadzinski/Cards/AC.jpg

I didn't look down.. my face was glued to this mans face, he glared down at the card and gave a huge smile and looked back at me and told me it was on me, without breaking concentration I taped the table to signal I was checking it to him, he pushed all-in without even blinking or taking a second, at this point the man only had a little over a thousand left.. I was getting antsy, did this guy really have an Ace? Have I been playing into his trap this whole time? I figured since I already had nearly three-thousand in the pot I might as well call the final fourteen-hundred and see what this guy had. I guess playing with that Guru guy his actions wear off on you, I was actually thinking about the pot-odds for once instead of luck and greed. I called him down and flipped over my pair of 10's

To be honest, He seemed dumbfounded that I called..

To be honest, He seemed dumbfounded that I called..

I waited for him to flip over his hand to show me what he was holding, I wanted to see how good this guys hand was that he went all-in one spot from the final two, instead the guy flips nothing and mucks his cards and storms out of the place, but before he did, he remembered to call me a stupid rookie. I again didn't think it was very nice, but then again I found it kind of funny, that was now two people I had knocked out that called me dumb and was pissed when they left.

It was now down to me and the Guru guy, he was sitting with a nice 34,000 chip stack while I was holding on with my pathetic 11,000. Blinds have just gone up as well, I was now chipping out $500 per big blind.. and that was everyother hand, my stack was gonna sink, and sink fast. I needed to pull some wins out of my ass if I wanted a shot at that 35,000 dollars. We played back and forth for awhile.. nothing big, just small wins here and there.. I knew if I wanted a chance at this it would be a fight to the finish..

Since this is going longer than I thought it would.. I've combined the next two parts in this post.. Almost to the opening show!

I knew if I wanted a chance at this, it would be a fight to the finish..

It's been me and him for the last 15 minutes, he seemed to be getting the better of me and then he tried pushing me out of my Blind by raising it 5,000 chips.. I has sitting with a K10 offsuit but I figured he was just trying to steal my blinds.. so I raised and pushed all-in. He sat there with a smug look on his face and then after about 20 seconds he folded his cards. I didn't understand why he raised it and then backed off.. he only had to call another 4,000 to possibly beat me, but he decided to fold, which was a good thing for me, it boosted me up to nearly 15,000 chips. Things were once again going my way it seemed.

Another couple hands came and went before any action took place, he kept trying to push me out of my blinds.. but not raising as much as last time. He would take some of them, I would re-raise some and gain a few chips. Then I decided to raise a hand that he was big blind on, I had a 4-7 of Clubs. He re-raised me, pushing me all-in, I didn't want to go all in on this hand so I mucked my cards and gritted my teeth. I was back around 11,000 chips.

The next hand was something of beauty though, I was dealt my two cards like every other hand but this time I was sitting with pocket Kings. I was big blind as well, and this guy was being more aggressive than ever before, he grabbed his stack and asked me what my count was, I counted up my chips and told im 11,300, he grabbed a stack of his chips and bet 11,300.. If I called I would be all-in, If I won, me and him would be about even, if I lose, I give up on 35,000 bucks.. I didn't care anymore I was sitting here for almost 5 hours and I was getting tired. I called him and he seemed suprised. I flipped over my Kings and then watched as he flipped over his hole cards.

http://i114.photobucket.com/albums/n250/Tylergadzinski/Cards/QD.jpghttp://i114.photobucket.com/albums/n250/Tylergadzinski/Cards/QH.jpg

He only had pocket Queens! Thank god, I thought he had pocket Aces the way he was looking at me. I told him good luck and he said it right back as we waited for the Flop to come..

http://i114.photobucket.com/albums/n250/Tylergadzinski/Cards/KD.jpghttp://i114.photobucket.com/albums/n250/Tylergadzinski/Cards/AD.jpghttp://i114.photobucket.com/albums/n250/Tylergadzinski/Cards/2H.jpg

I had hit three of a kind! This was my favorite hand by far, in this game. I was feeling pretty invincible right now, I tried not to say anything that might make him upset, it was hard to do but I sat there with my mouth shut, the next card came up..

http://i114.photobucket.com/albums/n250/Tylergadzinski/Cards/5H.jpg

Alright.. it was a blank, but now he has alot of chances of hitting his Flush and then that would be good night for me. He was now standing and waiting for the River.. he was just as quiet as I was at this point, right when the River came out he yelled "YES!!!" and started cheering up and down the casino, too bad he didn't fully read the card..

http://i114.photobucket.com/albums/n250/Tylergadzinski/Cards/2D.jpg

Yeah, he hit his Flush, but I hit a Full-House(not the kind with Joey & Jesse) and if you don't fully know how hand rankings work in Hold'Em a Flush loses to a Full House. When he came back around to the table and sat down and seen the chips were being pushed my way, he looked at the card and almost threw a tantrum.. it was entertaining watching this guy squirm worse than he celebrated..

It was entertaining watching this guy squirm worse than he celebrated..

We were finally about even in chips and this was finally an even fight(think Pacquiao vs. Mayweather). We both proved that we belonged in the finals, I probably more than him with some of my amazing ability to hit some cards.

After that huge defeat I had on him, he was being careless and even more wreckless with his chips.. He kept raising every hand, I kept calling him, some hands he'd muck after the flop, some he'd re-bet. We went back and forth probably spending an equal amount of time in first. Then I got the major upperhand on him. He raised my Blind another 10,000 bucks.. I was sitting with a A-K suited(Big Slick if you will), so I called him down, out came the flop..

http://i114.photobucket.com/albums/n250/Tylergadzinski/Cards/AH.jpghttp://i114.photobucket.com/albums/n250/Tylergadzinski/Cards/KD.jpghttp://i114.photobucket.com/albums/n250/Tylergadzinski/Cards/10D.jpg

He looked at me as I bet 5,000. He called in a hurry, and then stared at his hole cards for a good 10 seconds as the next card was flipped..

http://i114.photobucket.com/albums/n250/Tylergadzinski/Cards/QC.jpg

Okay, there was an inside straight draw on the board, didn't stop me from betting and putting him all-in. He called again without a second passing by, did he have the straight? I couldn't let myself think that too much, I flipped over my A-K of Spades and waited for him to turn over his hand..

http://i114.photobucket.com/albums/n250/Tylergadzinski/Cards/QD.jpghttp://i114.photobucket.com/albums/n250/Tylergadzinski/Cards/AD.jpg

He had so many outs.. he needed any Diamond for a Flush, a Jack of Diamonds for a Royal Flush(best hand in poker) or a Jack for a straight or even a Queen to beat me.. he had about 13 cards he could hit to beat me.. there was a good chance for him to win.. I was starting to get sweaty and antsy waiting for the River..

http://i114.photobucket.com/albums/n250/Tylergadzinski/Cards/3H.jpg

I can't believe I just won, I really can't believe I just won! I was sitting here for just over 5 hours but it was worth every penny. I had just won $35,000! I shook the guys hand and then he told me I was a great player and that if I wanted he would teach me a couple extra things about Hold'Em that would make me a phenominal player. I told him thanks, but no thanks.. my heart is with the wrestling business I'm about to open. He again told me good luck in my conquest but I knew that I would be doing well once my promotion opened up. Before I walked out to my car I called my dad again..

Before I walked out to me car I called my dad again..

So as I was walking out of the casino with my check for 35,000 dollars.. I decided I should pull out my Cell Phone and call my dad again.

"Hey dad it's me again."

"Oh yeah, so how'd the game go?"

"It was pretty fun the time I was in."

"Well what place did you take?"

"I didn't do that good, I only took FIRST PLACE!!"

It was easy to tell I was more than a little excited. I was practically screaming it at this point.

"That's great son, how much did you end up stealing from those other chumps?"

"I won Thirty-Five Thousand Dollars!"

"Thats terrific. So you still going through with your plan?"

"Hell yeah I am dad.. Why would I back out of it now that I've got the money?"

"Alright, Since you've built up the 35,000 I'll chip in what I've got in savings, it isn't much but it'll help, and I'm doing this because I believe you can do this son, I believe you can get me alot more money, haha."

"Dad you don't have to, $35,000 is more than enough to get a small time thing going."

"Well I want to since you're making me owner and talent scout."

"You are a very funny man, but if you are adding some money into the pool I guess you can take on those tasks."

"You haven't even heard how much I am willing to chip in."

"Well then, how much are you chipping in?"

"I've got 30,000 saved up in the bank, I'm willing to chip in 15,000, that should leave me enough to finish paying this house off, incase the promotion is a little slow to take off."

"Alright dad, thank you so much sir, I'll be home in a little bit, I'll see you then."

So after finding out that my dad was chipping in another 15,000 bucks that gave us about 60 grand to do things our way, how wrestling is supposed to be done. All I have to do is think of a name and a poster to let people know what's coming there way.

So after about a week of calling up wrestlers and spending countless hours on a name I think we found something that matched how we wanted our wrestlers portrayed as well as some of the talent we were considering bringing in.

"We are Elite Pro-Wrestling, where all the wrestlers are... ELITE!"

I brought this poster to OfficeMax and got about 100 copies made.. it wasn't that expensive but still kind of pricy. We spread them all throughout the Great Lakes region. We probably spent more on the gas than we have so far in ordering our ring, and the posters.

After about another couple days.. we started getting hits on our website. People were talking about our posters.. I can't believe people were actually talking about something I've done. I actually was walking down the street the other day and some kids ripped one of our posters down, he came running up to me holding the flyer in my face asking if I was excited about it coming. I didn't have the heart to tell him I was running it.

The kid ran home, poster still in hand and probably posted it up on his wall or something.

Anyway, here is what the poster looks like..

Salvatore Thomaselli vs. Madman Pondo

I'm only going with Sal because. The Thomasellis are awesome.

The Northstar Express vs. The Shane Twins(Plus 1 point for picking the exact winner)

I say Ryan gets the pin.

Matt Cross vs. James Keenan

Matt does look pretty scary, but I think James has a better chance.

Elijah Burke vs. Adam Pearce

Adam doesn't stand a chance against the Elijah Express.

"Ladies and Gentleman, Welcome, to Elite Pro-Wrestling!"</p><p> </p><p>

The few fans in attendance cheered.. some fans didn't even move or change the expression on there face. </p><p> </p><p>

"Tonight we will be holding qualifying matches for people to enter our Tournament of the Elite, which will be held next month! So tonight you will see our wrestlers try their hardest to be apart of our Tournament to crown our first ever Champion!"</p><p> </p><p>

A couple more fans started clapping.. almost all 12 fans are cheering now.</p><p> </p><p>

"That's all for me guys, please enjoy the show!"</p><p> </p><p>

Before he's able to finish his sentence No Problems by Lil' Scrappy plays and out comes Al Katrazz. He looks determined to defeat his oppenant and take his place in the Tournament. His oppenant tonight is the very experienced Jack Bull. Jack Bull takes his time coming out to the ring making sure he gets high fives from all 12 fans.</p><p> </p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><span>http://i114.photobucket.com/albums/n250/Tylergadzinski/EPW/EPW%20People/AlKatrazz.jpg</span><span>http://i114.photobucket.com/albums/n250/Tylergadzinski/EPW/EPW%20People/vs2.jpg</span><span>http://i114.photobucket.com/albums/n250/Tylergadzinski/EPW/EPW%20People/JackBull.jpg</span></div><p></p><p></p><p> </p><p>

This contest is quite short as both men are bigger guys that don't have too good of stamina. They have a decent match, back and forth with Al Katrazz taking most of the offence. Then Jack Bull hits Bulls on Parade out of nowhere for the win.</p><p> </p><p>

WINNER: Jack Bull</p><p> </p><p>

Both men make there way to the back to a low applause. RATING: E</p><p> </p><p>

Shortly after they make there way to the back Adrian Hawkins comes out for his match against Zach Gowen. Hawkins is making sure he tells everyone they are garbage and gets people to boo him before the match starts. When he gets in the ring the crowd is practically yelling at him until Gowen's music hits and then the crowd start to cheer patting Gowen on the back.</p><p> </p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><span>http://i114.photobucket.com/albums/n250/Tylergadzinski/EPW/EPW%20People/AdrianHawkins2.jpg</span><span>http://i114.photobucket.com/albums/n250/Tylergadzinski/EPW/EPW%20People/vs2.jpg</span><span>http://i114.photobucket.com/albums/n250/Tylergadzinski/EPW/EPW%20People/ZachGowen.jpg</span></div><p></p><p></p><p> </p><p>

Quite a fast paced match. Gowen impresses the crowd after he lands a One-Legged Hurricanrana. Despite leading most of the match Gowen gets outshined by Hawkins who was laying in wait when Gowen went for the Shooting Star which he missed and Hawkins rolled him up.</p><p> </p><p>

WINNER: Adrian Hawkins | RATING: E+</p><p> </p><p>

A video airs hyping up Arik Cannon.</p><p> </p><p>

Right at the end of his video Anarchy in the U.K. by Sex Pistols plays and out comes Arik Cannon. He walks out very calmly giving a few high fives out. He then enters the ring and awaits Chance Prophet.</p><p> </p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><span>http://i114.photobucket.com/albums/n250/Tylergadzinski/EPW/EPW%20People/ArikCannon.jpg</span><span>http://i114.photobucket.com/albums/n250/Tylergadzinski/EPW/EPW%20People/vs2.jpg</span><span>http://i114.photobucket.com/albums/n250/Tylergadzinski/EPW/EPW%20People/ChanceProphet.jpg</span></div><p></p><p></p><p> </p><p>

Very good match. Arik Cannon was in control from start to finish, finishing the match with a Glimmering Warlock.</p><p> </p><p>

WINNER: Arik Cannon | RATING: D</p><p> </p><p>

The next match comes up quicker than the crowd expected Salvatore Thomaselli vs. Madman Pondo in HARDCORE ANARCHY! The crowd is told that they can chip in any weapon they want to see used. They are also told to beware that this match can and probably will get out of hand. </p><p> </p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><p><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="text-decoration:underline;">!HARDCORE ANARCHY!</span></span></p><p>

<span>http://i114.photobucket.com/albums/n250/Tylergadzinski/EPW/EPW%20People/SalvatoreThomaselli.jpg</span><span>http://i114.photobucket.com/albums/n250/Tylergadzinski/EPW/EPW%20People/vs2.jpg</span><span>http://i114.photobucket.com/albums/n250/Tylergadzinski/EPW/EPW%20People/MadmanPondo.jpg</span></p></div><p></p><p></p><p> </p><p>

The match starts out like a normal match, pretty slow to get into the Hardcore parts the crowd starts chanting "this is boring" since this is supposed to be a Hardcore match. Pondo gets knocked out of the ring and tells the crowd to move. The fans get out of there chairs only for Pondo to laugh at them and tell them there stupid. Pondo turns around and Thomaselli is waiting on the apron and jumps at Pondo knocking both men tumbling into the chairs. They fight around the Hall for a little while. The finish saw Thomaselli Powerbomb Pondo off the top rope onto a pile of tacks.</p><p> </p><p>

WINNER: Salvatore Thomaselli | RATING: D-</p><p> </p><p>

While some people come out to clean up the tacks, Elijah Burke comes out to cut a promo but only gets interupted by Pearce. Pearce talks about how he is going to beat Burke later on tonight and then go on to win the Tournament and become the first ever, EPW Champion.</p><p> </p><p>

Boom Boom Boom by the Outthere Brothers hits the P.A. System, and out comes The Northstar Express. They come out dancing around the crowd very energetic. They are quickly stopped by The Shanes who come out and jump Cruz & Corbin before they even get into the ring.</p><p> </p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><span>http://i114.photobucket.com/albums/n250/Tylergadzinski/EPW/EPW%20People/RyanCruz2.jpg</span><span>http://i114.photobucket.com/albums/n250/Tylergadzinski/EPW/EPW%20People/DarinCorbin2.jpg</span><span>http://i114.photobucket.com/albums/n250/Tylergadzinski/EPW/EPW%20People/vs2.jpg</span><span>http://i114.photobucket.com/albums/n250/Tylergadzinski/EPW/EPW%20People/MikeShane.jpg</span><span>http://i114.photobucket.com/albums/n250/Tylergadzinski/EPW/EPW%20People/ToddShane.jpg</span></div><p></p><p></p><p> </p><p>

The Shanes stay in control for most of the match cutting off Corbin from Cruz so they can punish Corbin and beat him down. After 6 minutes or so Corbin hits an Enzuigiri out of nowhere and then both Corbin and Todd Shane are down for a 7 count until Corbin jumps and tags in Cruz. Cruz takes control of the match and hits an amazing set of moves on Mike Shane. After another 2 or 3 minutes Cruz runs off the ropes and Corbin blind tags himself in Cruz gets laid out from a clothesline that Todd hit out of nowhere. He's stalking Cruz when Corbin hits a springboard Dropkick to Todd. He helps Cruz get up and they hit the Cruz Control. Corbin covers for the win.</p><p> </p><p>

WINNERS: Darin Corbin for Northstar Express | RATING: E+</p><p> </p><p>

The participants for the next match start coming out.</p><p> </p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><span>http://i114.photobucket.com/albums/n250/Tylergadzinski/EPW/EPW%20People/NilesYoung2.jpg</span><span>http://i114.photobucket.com/albums/n250/Tylergadzinski/EPW/EPW%20People/vs2.jpg</span><span>http://i114.photobucket.com/albums/n250/Tylergadzinski/EPW/EPW%20People/JohnMcChesney.jpg</span><span>http://i114.photobucket.com/albums/n250/Tylergadzinski/EPW/EPW%20People/vs2.jpg</span><span>http://i114.photobucket.com/albums/n250/Tylergadzinski/EPW/EPW%20People/DannyDaniels.jpg</span></div><p></p><p></p><p> </p><p>

This is a very good match, pretty slow at some points but all around good. Alot of high spots among the three men. Some very well thought out spots, Daniels sits out for some amount of time letting McChesney and Niles go at it for some amount of time. McChesney landed a devistating move on Niles and went for the pin.. 1.. 2.. Daniels breaks up the pin and tosses McChesney out of the ring and then covered Young and got the 3 count.</p><p> </p><p>

WINNER: Danny Daniels | RATING: D-</p><p> </p><p>

James Keenan comes out and tells the crowd just how "Sterling" he really is and says hes gonna beat Matt Cross so badly tonight that Cross will be afraid to show his face in EPW again.</p><p> </p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><span>http://i114.photobucket.com/albums/n250/Tylergadzinski/EPW/EPW%20Posters/MattCrossvsJamesKeenanNYW.jpg</span></div><p></p><p></p><p> </p><p>

Best match of the night so far. Keenan keeps true to his word, and beats down Cross from the second the bell rings. Everytime Cross goes for a move Keenan either ducks it or hits one of his own. Keenan stays on Cross for what seems like forever beating him down with every move possible. Keenan grabs Cross up and goes for a "Sterling" Piledriver but Cross back body drops Keenan. They are down for awhile before Keenan crawls out of the ring and grabs a chair and nails Cross with it.</p><p> </p><p>

WINNER: Matt Cross via DQ | RATING: D</p><p> </p><p>

After the match James Keenan keeps the attack on Cross beating him down even more with the chair. The ref keeps trying to pull Keenan off of Cross but to no avail. Keenan straps Cross up in the ropes and runs and blasts Cross right in the head with the chair. He then throws the chair down and leaves the ring. The ref calls for help from the back and 2 other refs come out and they carry Cross out.</p><p> </p><p>

The moment everyone came here to see.. everyone came to see how well Elijah Burke still is in the ring since being released from WWE. </p><p> </p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><span>http://i114.photobucket.com/albums/n250/Tylergadzinski/EPW/EPW%20Posters/ElijahBurkevsAdamPearceNYW.jpg</span></div><p></p><p></p><p> </p><p>

Elijah Burke comes out to what seems like an arena full of cheers.. even though there was only 12 here they sounded like 30. As soon as he stood in the ring he was saying he loved the fans and thanked them for coming out tonight. He was cut off by Adam Pearce's song hitting the sound system. He came out telling fans to get bent and that he is the "Shining Light" of EPW. The match itself was worth the $3 dollar admission cost. People would've probably paid alot more to see this match. They went all out, Elijah Burke proved he still had what it takes in the ring and finished off Pearce quite quickly.</p><p> </p><p>

WINNER: Elijah Burke | RATING: D-</p><p> </p><p>

After the match Burke poses for the fans and even goes into the crowd and shakes hands with everyone thanking them for coming out even giving them some more photo oppertunities.</p><p> </p><p>

OVERALL SHOW: D-</p><p> </p><p>

Match of the Night: Matt Cross vs. James Keenan & Arik Cannon vs. Chance Prophet</p><p> </p><p>

OOC Like I said, I don't really like doing match write-ups, I know it's one of the main points in a diary but it's what gets me really bored of doing them. Also, I'm watching the Hell in a Cell PPV, which isn't all that good.</p>

  • 2 months later...

Alright, I know it's been over two months since I last updated this.. but there was good reason for the first few weeks.. As some of you may know I am a semi-trained pro-wrestler that was working for a Promotion named UWA: Wisconsin. In that promotion I was in a Tag Team named The Jackson Brother's, the team was made up of me, Tyler Jackson, and my "brother" "Big Mack" Ray Jackson. Shortly after I started this diary we had an amazing show and everything seemed fine. Over the next couple days we get a text saying that Ray Jackson or Jeremy Chaffin(real name) was diagnosed with Leukemia. We were so shocked by the diagnoses and even more worried since the doctor's said he was most likely not gonna make it. After he was in the Hospital for nearly a month we had a second show, it was great but very heavy on the heart without seeing him there. We were texting him after the show and he said he was feeling really good and was gonna try making out to our next show and show support for us, since he wouldn't be able to wrestle. Well a few days after that Jeremy ended up passing away, out of no where. We were all very sad when we received our texts/calls. I personally wasn't able to do anything for the next week after that happened until after the Funeral. That was one of the worst days I've ever experienced. He was only 22 years old, and had the biggest heart I've ever seen. I had only known him for a little over year, but wasn't tagged with him until the beginning of this year. But with Jeremy you didn't need to know him long to love being around him.

So, after getting that finally off my chest I think I'm ready to get back to doing this diary.. please bear with me, graphics probably aren't going to be that great, write-ups probably won't be that great. So please bear with me.

Dark Match: Adam Pearce & Niles Young def. The Shane Twins - D-

As soon as the show kicks off, Trevor Dontae comes out and tells the crowd that even after the beat down that Keenan delivered to Cross at New Year's Wrestlution, Cross was still here tonight! Cross comes out next to Trevor, shortly after he's out Keenan comes out.

Keenan: Cross you know that I deserve to be in this tournament more than you and you know that I could beat you easily.

Cross: Well if you think you can beat me and be in this tournament then prove it to me right now.

Keenan: Are you serious.. all I have to do is...

Before he says another word he takes the microphone that is in his hand and smashes it in Cross' face. Trevor pulls Keenan off a bloodied Cross and tells him to "get the hell out of here."

Keenan walks to the back with a huge smile on his face. Trevor says that shortly he will come back out and inform the crowd on Cross' situation, and if he'll still be able to compete in the tournament tonight.

After Doctor's get out to the ring to check on Cross' condition they tell Trevor that there is no way he is going to compete tonight. Trevor then looks so disappointed and sick that he knows what his decision has to be..

Trevor: Folks, I'm sorry to announce but the scheduled Matt Cross vs. Jack Bull match is no longer able to take place. So taking Matt Cross' place will be.. "Sterling Silver" James Keenan.

The crowd boos heavily and are upset with what just happened.
